Our company has worked with Pinnacle Products for several years, the quality of their work and service is good. However we recently had a falling out and they have refused to release us copies of our cutomers logos, even though we have paid for therm. So if you use them for embroidery service I would highly recommend that you get a copy of your digitized logo(s) right from the start.
