We have ordered shirts, coats and sweatshirts from Eugene silkscreen for years, love doing business with them. Love the new Sweatshirt I got this time.

I do not recommend them because unfortunately Eugene Silkscreens Quality does not meet my standard. When I brought up my issues with quality the owner didnt want to hear it and was unpleasant. They did not have any hats I found acceptable to use and claimed they would get me the hats I wanted but then charged me for shipping on the hats and made me keep them unless I wanted to pay a 20%re stocking fee. So now Im stuck with hats. They charged me to digitize my artwork even though I did not have them do any work and then would not give me the file even though my invoice clearly states I paid for it. So yeah go here if you have some brand that needs products where quality doesnt matter.

Best Customer Service Ever. I have been ordering shirts, coats, hats, etc. for my company for years. Once I found Eugene Silkscreen I have never even thought about using another company. I am VERY well taken care of. Prices are great and I always get EXACTLY what I want. The send a proof and if you like it, approve and the order is on its way quickly. The other day I had a horrible experience trying to be a customer here. I clearly came In her on a day robin (an employee) wasn’t having her best day. The unisex t-shirts came out different than the proof (the design was too low), and the owner Brian didnt offer any solutions and didnt offer a discount or a refund. Instead he told me that they were printed by industry standards, that the proof isnt guaranteed to be 100% accurate, and that examples of other band t-shirts I brought in were printed wrong. It seems like the owner thinks he knows what the customer wants better than they do, or rather, he knows that the design they want is wrong and ridiculous. More details below, if you are interested.I am in a new local band and we have shows coming up. I ordered $300 of band t-shirts that I was really excited about. They sent the proof and the size and placement of the design looked perfect, so I approved it. I picked up the shirts but only looked at one of the small womens shirts and not the unisex t-shirts. When I opened up the shirts at home I realized that they did not match the proof design. The print was too low on the shirt.I went back in the next day to see if anything could be done about this, because they looked different than the shirt I had approved. The owner Brian seemed defensive and interrupted me every time I tried to express my perspective. He told me the shirts were printed to industry standards, and that the disclaimer at the bottom of the proof says that the proof is not 100% accurate of logo placement. I brought in 5 examples to show him what other well known bands had done (including Yob and Conan) - all images were higher up on the shirt. He said that they were printed wrong. He also mentioned a time when a customer wanted an image printed 1/8 of an inch below the collar, saying that request was ridiculous. He told me that I should have specified the exact logo placement I wanted. I wish I had known before I paid for them.I assumed that this professional screen printing company would have communicated thoroughly about these design details before I paid. I will be trying Threadbare Print House next time I need screen printing done.Edit:My quote provided below by Eugene Silkscreen refers to the 6 womens tank tops that I ordered. These matched the proof exactly, which is why I was so happy about them. I sent that email before I looked through the box at the rest of the order - the unisex t-shirts - which did not match the proof. Unfortunately, you cant unsend an email! ;)

I needed 55 shirts to sell to benefit the St. Baldricks foundation, they were very affordable and even donated 2 hours of their time to get the art done right. If you need screen printing done in the Eugene/Springfield area, look no further Eugene Silkscreen is the best.

I needed help with a rush order of printed T-Shirts and started calling around. Prices were either too high or they were buried because of the holidays. I could understand, but I only had 3 days till the Springfield Christmas parade and it didnt look good until I contacted Bryan at Eugene Silkscreen. Bryans price was right and he was willing to take my order. I ran right over and he put it all together. I was thrilled, he even used our logo from my business card and I had the shirts by 8:30 on Friday morning. Red shirts with white lettering, Metro West Ambulance looked so good on the kids helping us out at the parade. Thanks you so much Eugene Silkscreen!
