Everything about my visit was pleasant. My cashier was so nice and attentive. I loved seeing the different styles because I live in Missouri. Im visiting my brother.

Store is easy to navigate, clean, and has a good variety of most things I need.

Always good experience shopping there so often. One of few main stores I shop. Always buy at best prices and plenty of toys for our kiddos.

I ordered on-line from the store and the items came ahead of the scheduled time and are really nice.

Cleanliness and demographics. Not like Walmart clientele. Cashiers are much nicer and appear to be happier.

Terrible customer service. I had a sick kid and didn’t want to take him into the store. We were traveling by this Eugene Target, so I placed a pick up order for a cellphone charging cord because mine suddenly quit working on our road trip. When I got to the store, my order wasn’t ready. I called and spoke with a female and explained that I had a sick kid and couldn’t/shouldn’t come inside, and asked if they could bring my order out (it was only the one single item). I told her I was worried my phone would die and wouldn’t be able to tell them I was there via the app. She said no one could help me and it “could” be an hour and a half before my order was ready. I again explained my phone would be dead by then and she said there was nothing she could do. I canceled my order and went to a gas station nearby for a charger. The guy working at the gas station was 10x nicer then the girl at Target. Absolutely terrible customer service and I’m disappointed with their lack of caring and consideration.

Target has the best prices on the things my family needs, every day. And I love the 5 percent discount from the redcard! Target is my absolute favorite store and I will always be loyal to them.

Clean, bright and easy in and out. 4/5 stars due to lack of stocking. At times, its like Target of Canada. Completely out of certain flavors of Starbucks Coffee and other staple items. Dont get it. Self checkout now available.

For the most part it was a good experience, but the stores need to put a contact number at the pick up parking sights, because many people dont want to have to put an app on their phones. I ended up having to go into the store to pick up my item, which is what I was trying to avoid doing in the first place. The person at the desk was really nice though, very helpful and it was super fast. My order was accurate and of good quality.

Visited this target on a rainy Sunday morning. Store was busy but easy to navigate. Restrooms were a bit messy and the store condition was messy for an earlier morning shopping experience. Not one associate asked if we needed assistance. The enormous amount of overbought Halloween candy wasnt even marked at the 70% off price. The exterior of the building was cleanand in good condition

Horrible experience. Dad left to put coffee in car per store rules and was told to go to back of line despite already been counted. I left store because he was stuck at end of line. Left and called manager who gave the company line of sorry. Super condescending and could care less. Wont be returning there while she is still manager. Know nothing will happen but not the way to deal with people in these trying times

I love shopping at Target in general, but at this particular store on West 11th, the employees are all so great! They have always helped when I had a question or needed to find something, they are always happy and upbeat, and they honor their online prices if its different than the store/price match. I love their selection of kids clothes also! So cute!

Found every thing that I needed

I had called the store to make sure they had this carseat in stock when I called I got hung up on 3 times when they were trying to transfer me and then when the same employee looked for it they said it was only an online item. Went to the store anyways to find the only online item on there shelf. So if you have them look for an item I would still go in and check for yourself.

Clean store friendly staff

The Eugene, OR store is always well stocked (well..except for toilet paper lately!) and the staff are always friendly and efficient. Wether I need household items, groceries, new sweater or some new home decor this is my go to place to shop! Just love the vibe of my store!

This was my first experience with online shopping, store pickup. I pulled up and thought I had to go inside the store. I saw this young lady giving packages to a person in a car and pulled over and asked her how to sign up for that. She told me when you check out to look for the car pickup option. I showed her my receipt on my phone and she said she would go grab it for me. She was so sweet and polite. I will shop at Target when I can just for this experience.

Great location and customer service. Store is well stocked. We really prefer the CVS Pharmacy here to the Getway location. This CVS has attentive and professional employees that are never rushed. Store is clean and pretty well organised. No complaints.

Awesome diaper prices. We have twins and save a ton on diapers here. There are sales at least once a month that are amazing. Combined with red card 5% off, these prices are very good. Great selection of baby clothes, car seats and high chairs. Love the store and friendly staff.

This store is the best. It is welcoming when you come in with the nice colors and decor. The employees are all awesome, very helpful and kind people. I love the cartwheel offers.

I go to target all the time. I walk around check out the new items and find the best things for kids. They have the cutest supplies for your office. I love that they have Starbucks inside very convenient. They also have a basket with free fruit for kids its nice to have that available.

Recently stopped in to do a little shopping. Make my selections and went to check out. Wasnt feeling like having to do self checkout and usually there is at least one check stand open. There was only one young lady standing at a register but the light on the sign wasnt on. Asked if she was open, expecting her to say yes as there were no others up front, but she promptly stated No and said I needed to use self checkout. I was annoyed by that point, made a quick check of the things I needed and proceeded to self checkout. Same young lady was apparently managing the self checkout area. I noticed a couple of the eggs in the carton I selected were cracked. Let the young lady know who look them out of my hand and walked away. I asked if she could ask someone to bring up the other carton and she again said no. Said she couldnt do that and said I could just go get them myself. Yes I do know I could do that myself. Usually things like this arent a problem for a well adjusted adult but seeing as how Targets customer service is usually stellar, this upset me a lot. Considering Walmart is right across the street, I will be doing my shopping there from now on. I dont need to pay a premium for someone to treat me like a child. Walmart is all too happy to do that for less money.

Inconsistent with target policy they limit everything in the store to 1 even vendor items👎🏼 no other store does this with vendor items. They’re not in the business of policing who gets how many products and when.

The assistance I received at the counter was great she answered all my questions. Conveniently located by the door so I was able to do some shopping and pick it up on my way out. What more could you ask?

I swear this place has the friendliest staff. I have never been much of a target customer before moving to Oregon but I would choose their warmth and smiles over the sour faces I see all over the place all the time. and I totally do. they have made a customer out of me. Thank you west 11th peeps

I like going here wearing khakis and a red polo shirt just to see how many people ask me for help.They usually have cool Star Wars and Batman t-shirts to add to my collection, and have them for kids as well so my son can join in the fun.My only reservation of giving five stars is the location, as it is way on the edge of town so I normally only go there when tagging along with someone who is already going.

This is most likey the 5th time I have been over charged for a bag of Starbucks coffee. On sale for 5.99. Charged 7.99. I was so frazzled by all the people in the store because of holiday shopping that I didnt pay attention. I live out of town so going back for my 2 dollars will have to wait. This will be my second time going back to get my money. Why cant you ever get this right in your system??? I spent almost 90 dollars and I feel taken advantage of yet again. When will I learn my lesson? TODAY! I will go somewhere else where I dont have to watch my register every second. Get it together Target!!!

We bought a small item for12.99. We brought it back to Target, I had the receipt, but since i did not have the DEBIT BANK CARD with me I got a gift card. A GIFT CARD WITH THE RECEIPT. I am just so disappointed in TARGET. I thought there were the best with returns, I HAD THE RECEIPT AND IT WAS 10 DAYS AGO. they got their money from the DEBIT....

The customer service is excellent I want to thank Holly for helping us talk about exceptional customer service. She was so helpful in helping us in the childrens clothing department find clothes for 4 small children. The store is always clean and well stocked.

There are some things in Target that are very well priced. Other things are not. Look for the deals and you can usually do pretty well here. We generally shop here for baby stuff. Target brand diapers are great. Staff is helpful and friendly.

The employees were incompetent and disorganized. The lines were long and there was no communication between the people gathering pick up orders and those staffing the desks. Pathetic.

I was blown away by the cashiers helpfulness and the fact that she educated me to something I didnt know about Target - that being that their Eugene, Oregon location gives free paper bags when you use EBT cards for purchases. In Eugene, Oregon there is usually a five cent charge due to green policy in the city and that can be an expense if you forget to bring in your own reusable bags. I was happy to learn this and it really made me smile at Targets kind consideration - especially during our unfortunate government shutdown.

Target itself is cool, but one of the girls working in Starbucks was extremely rude to me. Super short and didnt smile at all. Started tapping a pen in her hand waiting for me to decide. Do not treat your customers like that

Picking-up baby shower registry items was super duper easy, efficient, and i wish there was a shopping registry where I could just order what I needed and pick it up the same way. THANKS for making shopping easy and I loved the option to save the shipping charge by just picking-up items.

For several years this was my go to store to purchase Dark Chocolate Kit Kat Bars...I would purchase 20 at a time as my husband loves these...learned yesterday they no longer carry them 😪. The Store Mgr was unable to give me a reason why. I personally know many people that love the Dark ones and they are hard to find. Needless to say I was very Unhappy !

Located conveniently off the OR 569/Beltline Highway, this Target store is in a great outdoor shopping center. The store and its facilities are clean and well-maintained. A full Starbucks coffee shop is located inside at the front of the store. This target location expanded a couple years back to include a full grocery section as well. There is plenty of parking which is usually never full, allowing for full-size vehicles that are towing to safely park on the outskirts.

I like shopping at Target over the other department stores in my area. Great selections in all departments, a good variety in their food including gluten free items and organics. I enjoy their expanding line of board games that arent just for kids. It would be five stars if some of their cashiers werent so pushy with that Target Red Card. I have one, sometimes I just want to use my cash on hand and not have a discussion about it.

I appreciate and like the staff here a great deal. I love the range of Target products and am a longtime, regular customer. Children’s section is inconsistently stocked and it’s difficult to find a selection of toddler socks or training pants. But there’s other greatness to be found.But the reason for the rating is that I wonder if the staff deserve better sick leave policies. I overheard a few of the employees talking about norovirus symptoms, while working, and having difficulty getting their shifts covered. Norovirus is going around, and there are schools even closing (at least one that I know of) because of it — and like anything, infants, immunocompromised, and older humans are significantly more impacted by it. So having vectors working IN the store with the active virus, that families shop at for everything from iPhones to diapers to La Croix to medicine to treat their family’s norovirus infection, seems dangerous.Better sick and leave policies for your hardworking employees, please, Target.

Its a store. Im still peeved at being denied the opportunity to purchase a big screen TV here, despite having money available. According to the attendant I hadnt spent enough money prior to qualify for the privilege of purchasing it there. Every other time, theyve not had a problem with taking my money.

Big store, wide aisles, lots of parking. Quick trip in/out for a few items. Target is my go-to store for everything. I like their political and community service stance.

I used to love shopping at Target but I have been extremely frustrated lately. While shopping many things in the store are advertised as on sale and the discounted price is posted at the item. So you think you will pay that price at the cash register but you won’t unless you are using the target app. Who knows how long I have been shopping there assuming I was getting the sale price on various items when I actually was not.Target has made shopping overly complicated. One day I ask the cashier about getting the posted sale price for a few items. I download the app. Enter my phone number and I got the sale pro for three out of four items that I thought were on sale. Okay, whatever, it kinda worked.Next time while shopping I see a toy that I want to get for my kid for Christmas at a really great price. Awesome. I remember that I probably have to do something with the app at the cash register in order to get the discount. So I point it out to the cashier. She has me use my phone to scan the item. It shows the discount and she manually changes the price.So I ask what I need to do to make sure I am only paying the prices posted in the store. The cashier tells me that I should scan EVERY SINGLE ITEM in my cart with the app on my phone to make sure I am getting the lowest price. WHAT!? that’s annoying. I am shopping with kids I can’t realistically do that.Then it turns out that she couldn’t even sale me the toy at the discounted price. The price advertised below the toy in the store! What? A manager comes over and tries to change the price. Still doesn’t work. They had to clear my order and re scan everything I was buying three times before they finally figured out how to give me the discount on the toy. The price marked below the toy in the toy isle.Why has Target made shopping so complicated?!You probably are not paying the sale price you think you are. Who has time or energy to mess with the app while shopping and then double check the price of each sale item at the cash register? I usually shop with kids and there is always someone in line behind me. I am very annoyed with how complicated things have gotten at Target. I don’t even want to shop there anymore and I was once a huge fan.

The staff is awesome here. Dude at the customer service/returns desk was really phenomenal. Staff is empowered to make decisions that ensure your happiness as a customer. Its....weird. I just dont expect that from a box store.The environment is a different world than the Walmart across the street. They will often price match.

I called to ask if the store had a certain color of backpack. Megan was a great help and walked all the way to see if they had the color of backpack. Unfortunately the store didnt have the color but Megan gave me the information for a few other stores to talk to and even offered to take down my information incase she found the color at a different time,

Always clean, always has lots of great stuff. I love the Knox Rose womens clothing brand. Some of the kitchen equipment is ok too.

Not a bad Target by a long shot but I cant say that they keep up much on their toy section. Its usually filled with outdated product and high prices. But to turn it around I will say they do have competitive deals on movies.

I prefer frequenting this location over the one near Gateway because Its closer to where I live, but also because the employees have a better attitude and friendlier personalities. I knocked off one star because the last couple times Ive visited, they were out of the products I needed.
