Love the chain for their Funko Pop figures, fan memorabilia, and other fantastic collectibles. But when it comes to the selection of LARGER sizes in the clothing section they leave a lot to be desired. Shame because I love a helluva lot of those and would spend $$$$

I brought my grandaughter here to shop for some stuff. They got cool stuff for the kids today and cool stuff for adults!! The only part iwasnt too happy about was the adult section,, I had to tell dont look over to the right just keep it moving, because theyre were some very adult toys that I didnt think she neeed to see!@The girls at the registers were super nice!! They usually have the stufff my grandaughter wants. Prices are about average. They have alot of really cool pins too!! I even bought some tarot cards!!

The staff is very helpful and kind. The selection of merchandise was impressive, considering that it was so close to Christmas. The only thing that was unpleasant was having to waste almost 40 valuable minutes of last minute shopping time on waiting in line to get into the store. I realize this is nothing they are able to control, but when I saw the line a second time a couple of days later. I chose not to go to Hot Topic. So this is definitely a deterrent. Several people were angry or shocked when they realized they would have to wait in line to get into the store. Then they refused and left.

Great location with really friendly and helpful employees. They always have some sort of a sale going on so there are bargains to be had. Lots of band merchandise, toys, games, clothes and pretty much anything else that you could want. Great selection. Their clearance items are kind of scattered, but there are deals if you search a little bit.

Regardless, I said I could do either cash or card. Then you said I could pay at the kiosk. Did you happen to see the confused look on my face? DISCRIMINATING and RUDE. We were told that our face coverings were not good enough and we had to use their disposable mask to enter. We were warned that if we got too close to anyone we would be asked to leave. It felt like Judgement Day in there, one wrong move and you are out. The woman working there seemed to enjoy enforcing their tyrannical rules.

I do think their prices are high and they need more plus-sized clothes, BUT they do have a ton of great sales and some really cool stuff! Friendly staff. I ordered some pants online that didnt fit and it was super easy to exchange them in store for something that fit. Ive been a fan of Hot Topic for 20+ years. 😁👍

This store has a terrific staff. My 12 year old daughter has Cerebral Palsy and developmental delays.She loves the Disney apparel. She wears an adult size 8 and loves kids fashions. The clothes are easy for her to put on. The staff at the River Valley location lets her take her time in the dressing room. Let me help her with buttons, zippers and ties. They brings her size changes and are always kind to her. Thank you for being such an understanding staff. Their kindness should be a modeled for all stores.

I Love the music they play in the store. One time the entire store was singing Twenty One Pilots that was on their speakers. It was cool, we all knew the words and boppin to the songs. I LOVE ALL their merchandise! I go there once or twice a month to buy bts merchandise :-D

(DISCRIMINATION)Govt says its OK to wear face shield with medical issues but this store turns you away.. I came to pick up an order an wasnt breathing well when I got there.. In a sense, they are breaking the law for not allowing a disabled person in,(discrimination)
