Badly needed a new pair work boots that could allow me to be on my feet for 12 hours a day, but was uncertain what exactly I was looking for. The employee in the boot section, Tyler, was very knowledgeable and helpful. I am very appreciative that I was so competently assisted in finding what I so badly needed. I was also pleased that the price for my new boots was very reasonable to me. Thank you, Tyler, Coastal, and the nice lady that rang me up at the counter.

Prices were great. Customer service was not trained for exchanges and they were short handed.

Had pet vaccines, seed potatoes, & 1/2 oak barrels. Quick friendly service. I was in & out. Nice young fellow loaded the soaked barrel for me.

We quit going to Coastal Farm years ago because their staff wasnt friendly at all but things have definitely changed for the better! We buy all our water softener salt there because its cheaper and some of our Amsoil products too. Im SO glad we have a Coastal Farm in Eugene!

Ive been a General Contractor (CCB# 228085) in Lane County for over two decades now and Coastal has been the most helpful place here. The local lumber yards slogan is Better head to Jerrys but really that should be Coastals because somethinh need something they always seem to have it. They have everything from clothes, pet supply, camping, fishing, building materials, even livestock. You never know what youll find down the next row as you wander through the store; They have things you wont find anywhere else and the people there always seem to know where to send you if they dont have what youre looking for.

As usual good service but lines were a little long but I know to expect that.

Need social wear? Someone to help you pick it? Need cute animal clothes that match? Dont go here. On the other hand, if u at most want to be given 8 directions as to where to go to get your own damn merchandise, without someone holding your hand giving their whole life story and their personal preference on the purchase this is the place for you!

Ive had no issues with this store until today. I went in looking for some specific boots and didnt find them. I went on and got some other things and checked out. I asked the pleasant cashier if they could order the specific boots, She needed to call the boot department and they would come to the check out to assist. Welll the boot person did not :( they helped another customer that walked up which was fine I wasnt rushed, the boot person finished helping that customer and then seen a friend or ex employee and went and started chatting with them! Asking them how far along in their pregnancy they were and if she could help her find whatever she was looking for. The cashier called her again for assistance and I said I was fine and went on my way. Just disappointed I was forgotten

I have always had the staff at Coastal Farm here in Eugene so very helpful to me. Whether locating a product, or helping me get heavy things in my cart, or in my car, they have always helped with with a good attitude and smile on their faces. And if they dont carry a product they will help you problem solve as to where you may be able to find what you are looking for. The store is busy at times, but Covid conscious, and more of the old small town Mercantile appeal. I highly recommend checking them out!

I Love Coastal. They have a huge selection of quality products from Nationally recognized and respected businesses. The staff is very helpful and gets people out the door quickly without seeming like theyre rushing you out. Prices are a little high but not outrageous compared to their competitors.

A good place to shop. Prices are a bit high but you get good quality products. They have a vet that comes on Saturday so you can take you dogs and cats to get there shots and it is not to expensive. 30$ for the rabbies and 58$ for the full complement. Their selection of boots and apparel for work is outstanding but like I said you will pay a premium for the quality. Also they have a big clearance section to choose from. Pretty much have anything you could need from a supply store from clothes to tack for your horse. I recommend this place for any one who needs gear. Oh yeah that also have a very good selection for welding and cutting gear. For a supply store they wont dissapoint.

This is a fun store full of everything for your farming needs. Including live baby chicks!!!! How can one go wrong. And a crowd full of helpful staff to guide you along

I love the work shirts they have here. And for myself I enjoy their cards and jewelry! My daughter and I go here in the spring to see the baby chicks & ducklings! Great place for seeds & plants too! And nice beekeeping tools & gear.

Great place to buy work boots. My son works at a local lumber yard of sorts... They are currently undergoing construction, he might as well be in the rain. Thanks for having reasonable prices for much needed comfort.

Great assortment of farm and pet supplies, friendly staff. Its funny to see customers trying to get in here without a mask. If you forgot your mask back at the farm they have one for you. They are required no matter what, so if you cant wear one send a friend or order curb side pickup.

Want to like this store but they are always out of what I need for my animals. Kinda seems more like a clothing and boot store and not an actual feed store. Last week I went in for a bale of straw and they threw a bale of hay in my truck instead. I live out of town so this was not convenient at all. The time before that I was in and bought a pair of Bogs that said they were on sale but when I got home and looked at my receipt I was charged full price. Not worth the hassle anymore and I will be going to the private feed store in Junction City for what I need now.

The staff are very knowledgeable about the items they have in store. They usually have the odds and ends I need for repairing fence and caring for animals in stock when I visit. Their work clothing is one of the best selections in town without breaking the bank.

Holy wow! So much to find in this for all your critters and farming needs. Plus they have what looks like a full line of Carhartt gear which is super cool.

After purchasing a very expensive pair of boots and wearing them for a couple of days, I realized Id made a mistake. So I went back to purchase a different pair. The cashier asked me didnt you just buy boots a few days ago?. I relayed the story and she said they would take them back!! I told her I worked very hard in them and they looked terrible, she said no problem! She saved me $100 as I was prepared to simply take my losses and learn to be more patient picking books. Amazing customer service, Ill ALWAYS shop there

Went in for poultry feed supplies, very limited on their offerings, no small duck food, no rooster booster supplies. LOTS of clothing, home stuff, footwear.

Irritated that the dressing rooms are closed. It doesnt make sense that you can purchase items, take them to your covid house and then return them to the store. That doesnt make sense. The clothing department was not designed for easy accessibility. Staff are always friendly.

Great store!! I got great advice from both Kirsti in the animal section and Tyler in t6he clothing section!! Kirsti was so very knowledgeable regarding the baby chickensTheir needs in food, housing, comfort, bedding. Showed me a started kit that was a great bargain!! Tyler explained so many great features on Wrangler Rigg mens jeans for work. They both took the time to make sure all my questions were answered and invited me back. When I told both of them I was moving closer to Albany they recommended the Coastal Farm and Ranch in Albany and said what a great store it is. Both a amazing asset to the company!!!

They give Veteran discounts, service is always top notch, great selection, good prices, great access in & out of the parking lot.

Its a good place to get chicken fees and 5 min from my house. Small parking lot full of big trucks. Ok selection. Didnt have the Carhartt jacket that was needed. Did have gloves that my son needed. Good place for skinny girl clothes, which is not me. But their clothing fits my 18 year old and both my littles, my husband and my grandchild.

Amazing - Needed 1/4 galv pipe union, not to be found in HD, the Lowe-down, or Uncle J*rrys. Coastal had 4 in stock, who would have guessed? Emblematic of the incompetence of upper mgmt in the big box universe, bigger stores but less selection. Costal F&R truly represents American Exceptionalism, not the big box mediocracy.

Favorite place to shop for clothing outerwear, animals needs and nursery item, plus motor works.

Pretty good store not like it used to be they have everything all scattered all.over and the aisles are so narrow you cannot even push a cart and most things are just overpriced cowboy/ cowgirl styles not worth the cost unless you get a work discount. People are nice thought and have lots of good stuff for the animals for a good deal other than that.

The mobile vet that they have every Saturday from 10:30 to 1:30 get there early is some of the best most compassionate veterinarians Ive seen in the years lived in Eugene. In 8 years! They fix my service dog Skittles quickly and promptly every time super cheap super efficient $20 for just the examination and all the meds will cost you around lay around 50 or so depending on the condition. As well Coastal has so much cool stuff they have Carhartt dog vest they have Carhartt pants they have everything you need to live in the country and perform your tasks your job in your life comfortably correctly and with cash in your pocket!

Its a great Farm and Ranch store with a great selection of product and fantastic customer service. I shop here often and if you catch their sales you can get some really good deals!

Best workwear in eugene, if your job is in the outside like construction and stuff. They have boots and good sturdy shoes. Also the people are very nice and helpful.
