My car had been totaled, and I had gone 3 weeks without a vehicle. When I reached out to Mark, I was in desperate need, and was hoping for a smooth and fast process. Called service dept for fix of a recall guy was totally rude. Monday is only day my husband has off we live in coos bay I cant drive myself that far he said we dont do those on Monday sorry theres nothing I can do for you. I’m still a bit irritated they never followed up to do the paint job that they agreed to when I purchased my car, nor have they gotten me my second key. One of their female sales reps was really rude, as was their finance guy, but I got a low enough payment I was able to pay off my car fairly quickly.

I was stranded in a rural town that had no public transportation. The only way for me to get home was to buy a used car. I bought the first vehicle that I was able to get a seller to respond to. It was a Kia. My intentions were to sell it as soon as I got home. After using the car for almost three years now. Im a huge Kia fan. Keifers service department was wonderful in providing me a FOB for the car at a reasonable price that included programming the new. FOB.i was in and out the door in less than 30 minutes.

Wife’s car was slowly going dead, so it was time for a new car. Kiefer Kia was the first lot we stopped at. We looked at all the other car maker lots and eventually ended up back at Kiefer Kia. Our primary reason for buying a car from them was that all the other Kia dealers had marked their cars up by $7500 due to supply and demand caused by the micro chip shortage. We ended up getting a top of the line Sorento for the price of a mid grade one from another dealers. The finance guy was the typical pushy add on sales person, but was really honest about why he was pushing add on products. He’s just doing his job. Salesman Trenton Teller was good and easy to work with.

Great service. The staff was nice and answered my questions and gave good advice Ian maintenance schedules since I work from home and only out about 7,000 miles on my car a year. The waiting room was also comfortable. My only gripe, and it’s a minor one, was parking was not great (mostly because I’m fat and the spaces are narrow enough to make getting in and out of my car a pain lol). I also appreciated they sent me a video showing the start of the service on my car. Oh and bonus points for washing my car.

I called Kiefer Kia late one night after another dealership we were working with was trying to make last minute changes to raise the price on a vehicle we had a deposit on. We were looking for a very specific car color and packages that are difficult to find and Brett was able to let me know they were expecting one in the next month. The next morning Brandon sent me over the window sticker for the car and final cost when it arrived. He was able to take the deposit over the phone and answer any questions. The car arrived a couple weeks early and he immediately called me to let me know it was in and sent pictures. We live in Phoenix, Arizona and working with Brandon over the phone was easier than working with the previous dealership in person. When we arrived to pick up the car everything was exactly what they said it would be and the process was quick and easy. Even though it’s just a car I was set on this specific one and Kiefer Kia was able to turn what was a terrible car buying experience from another dealer into a great one! I’m very happy with my car and am relieved I was able to give my money to a dealership that wasn’t just out to charge as much as they could in this crazy market.

When we arrived we were assured by the manager that we would receive a friends and family discount of approximately 2000 dollars. The credit department was very busy and we sat around for hours. Pricing was not really discussed and they finally brought us a lot of papers to sign. My wife was concerned that we never actually got to haggle about much of anything. The staff including Marco seemed very nice and seemed to be trying to help us through the process.

Marie was the best sales person I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. I wish I was great with names but the finance department was just as great. I felt right at home, they were a little short staffed but they did such an amazing job getting to everyone and getting things done. They helped .e to get the best deal and what was affordable to my budget. If you are looking to get a new car I highly suggest going here!

Kiefer Kia is simply not a great dealership. I was quoted a price of $9,994 for a car and when I was sitting down to buy it was told that price was no longer being offered and was instead nearly $15k. Manipulative sales tactics aside, the team at Kiefer Kia were not able to provide me with a level of information about the car to make me confident in buying it. If you can I would avoid buying a vehicle here because peace of mind will not be one of the safety features of your purchase.

I went to purchase a Kia Soul for my granddaughter, I was greeted by Marco and he was very personable and friendly. I explained our situation , he listened to what we had to say and then picked a vehicle he thought would be best for us. Of course we loved it so we then had to deal with the financing. That was quicker than I thought it would be and we were approved!!! They also did some wheeling and dealing and got our finance rate down.The whole experience took a little over 2 hours and I really have nothing bad to say.

I would like to mention how well the staff have helped me but most of all the service and ethics they have preformed. There friendly and helpful even when it comes to calling you when you vehicle has been finished in what ever service was being preformed. They call you giving you a heads up when your parts has arrived. What I like the most was help me understand the work that has been made, knowing that time can be a challenge, I respect the fact the techs can be busy and if it takes a bit longer thats OK with me. knowing we can work as a team to figure out a solution I really like the customer service 😇😇🤙🏽 so to kiefer kia I thank you for your hard work and strength you guys have. Would not recommend buying a car from here. Watch out for the finance guy Jeffery and sales guy Ray they got me good as a first time car buyer and sold me a $2000 warranty and never said a word. They will take advantage of the inexperienced.

My boyfriend had gone in there in hopes of a car. Granted maybe not the best credit so i was going to cosign. They ran over 30 hard inquiries on my credit to the point i cant do anything!! I did not authorize them to do this. They said if i cosign for him i would still be able to get a car. Well guess what, because i have so many hard inquiries on my credit that were denied. Neither of us are able to and i have good credit! He wouldnt even tell us the price of the car he was running our credit for which was way out of our price range anyway! I highly do not recommend. These people literally ruined my plans.

I have a nearly 3 hour round-trip drive each time I need to get my car serviced. In the past, I have had very long waits for my car to be serviced and return trips for parts that were unavailable for factory recalls.This time, the service was performed quickly and I was informed right away about my car being ready. Trent and the others in the service department now have my support.

A family member of mine visited Kiefer Kia and was helped by Cole. He didn’t know the price of his inventory, he also was rude and seemed disinterested. He also employed shady sales tactics to make my family member wait for a long time to entice “the sale”. As someone who is a sales manager at a Fortune 15 company, I was appalled at hearing the “old school sales tactics” that this place of establishment chooses to employ. If you love your family members, I encourage you to stay clear.

I will never buy a car here again. I bought a 2021 Kia K5. They screwed up the financing, made me sign all new contract. No communication at all. I bought for way more money than the dealer in Portland. Took forever to receive a notice that the first payment was due, was due the same day I recieved notice. These guys have all the radio hype, but let me assure you, they dont care about anyone. My credit is perfect. And financing anything is easy. No excuses.

Still not changing my review. I took my Kia Sportage into Kia because my battery kept draining. They had the car for almost two weeks and told me I didn’t drive it enough. So I bought a battery tender and that’s how I get my battery charged. I took it into another place today and turns out that some cables to the battery need replacing. I’ve not familiar with the jargon. It took them 4 hrs or less to diagnose this problem. I liked the mechanic at Kia but disappointed. Will not be returning. And I never want to talk to Heather again. Jeff was the mechanic who suggested I drive it more, very pleasant, but not a very good mechanic if he couldn’t find this problem but East Amazon could. Emotionally drained. Do better Kia.

This would have been 5 stars if I didnt have to deal with morning check in person who was not helpful and basically said You should not leave your car here even though the problem is still under warranty because we wont have time to get to it for days, maybe a month even. I had no other options...never ever experienced such rudeness from a Kia Service person. The car was done by 5 that day. The afternoon folks were superior !

They couldnt find my reservation but did get me in for service. I wanted to buy my lease car but the sales staff , except Brandon, was willing to help. I kept being told to call KMF and get this and that. I could have had it done BUT was told tocome to a dealership. Wasted 4 hours if time driving to the dealership.

I am from Medford, OR, but was visiting Eugene when my battery unexpectedly died. We replaced the battery, but when we tried to reconnect it, the horn just honked and honked...thinking someone was trying to steal the car. I contacted Triple A to have the car towed to Kiefer Kia to resolve the problem. I then called Kiefer Kia to let them know my car would be towed to them. I spoke with Ron. He said they were fully booked for the day but they would do their best to help me after I explained the problem. A few minutes later, Ron called back and had me speak to Greg. Greg was able to tell me how to reconnect the battery without the incessant horn honking, which saved me hundreds of dollars.Thank you Greg, Ron and Kiefer Kia! I was amazed with the service I received from Keifer Kia’s service department. I came into town and my car started driving very rough. They were backlogged until October, but Ron still suggested I bring it down to have a scan run. Kip, the Master Technician determined to be an issue with one of the cylinders not firing. He and Trenton offered that I could leave it with them, and they would do their best to squeeze me in, since I was out of town and leaving in the next few days. I brought it in first thing the next morning and by 1:30 that afternoon they had repaired the issue. It was found to have a bad ignition coil. This was a recall warranty repair, so they swapped out all 4 as well as covered a few other recall repairs the car was due all within a few hours of me dropping it off.I am beyond grateful for the team and if I lived in the area would not hesitate to bring my car in to them for repair. Thank you soo much.

I was very happy with the overall experience with Jeff in service and Kiefer KIA. It wasnt perfect, but based on other KIA experiences at multiple locations in multiple states, this is definitely one of the top 2 in my experience! More than most, they listened, quick to apologize and fix miscommunication, and really tied up the end with detail and extras to set the stage of me leaving a happy customer. I appreciate the efforts of being a good service department. Business is business, and mistakes and mishaps can happen, but owning up and making it right is where you ultimately gain loyalty!
