Its an ok service. Employee at the counter seemed nice enough!!! I think the prices are average but they do really, really good work so they are reliable when they do repairs!! Weve had our cars in the past serviced here. But my grandaughter needed her car serviced and I scheduled online but it wasnt there when we got there!! Then we scheduled for the next morning and they canceled. I understand they are short staffed like so many other places too but still!! The store looks so clean and pretty!! The show room is amazing but I guess what I dont get is why the bathroom is so filthy!! Ugh!! It should be as clean as the show room!! Short staffed I get it but it takes 15 min or less to clean a bathroom. OR call a service to clean it so it looks like somewhere u want to use a bathroom!! Besides that they can repair most stuff and they are definitely reliable!!

Incredibly frustrated with our service at Firestone. We were promised tires would arrive on multiple occasions and had scheduled appointments for them to be put on. We left three days in a row with no tires because the shipment “didn’t arrive.” After a screw wound up in our tire months later, we called to have it replaced and were told to come in because they had a replacement tire “in stock.” After waiting 4 hours, we were told the tire in fact, wasn’t in stock and would arrive by tomorrow. I do not have confidence this tire will actually arrive by tomorrow after our previous experience, and regardless it was wrong of them to have us make the trip and leave with NO tire replacement after 4 hours.Poorly managed inventory and very unprofessional communication. We will never service our vehicles here or purchase tires with this company again. I do not recommend this company or their services.

Great experience! Just called to get a tire fixed on a busy Sunday and it was done far sooner than expected. Troy was very helpful, funny and just an all around good guy. I will definitely be back. Great customer service.

So totally satisfied with my service at the Eugene Firestone store. I had a rental and got a flat and Greg was able to have some sympathy and after at first stating he couldnt do it today, saw my urgency and changed his mind! It took 4 tires in Tuesday at approximately 430 to get 4 new tires put on that were supposed to be there. Did not get a call till 10 oclock and next day to tell us that the tires were not there. Is why we didnt get a call shortly after dropping off the tires to be done that they were not there which would have given us an opportunity to do something different. Yet we brought the tires in only to make it easier for them to get it done so this vehicle can head to California. If I was told that on Sunday when we made the appointment that there were no tires even though it said there was I still would have options to do something different. Is very poor product management and poor management to start with. If something needs to be done with management in that store. There are always problems happening. They start from the top.

This place repairs tires slower then my grandma. I had a flat in a enterprise rental and was told Firestone was the only place I could go. I waited over 5 hours and then left!!! I was originally told 3-4 hours and return 3 and a half hours later. I was happy to see my tire behind the counter thinking it was ready but in fact it never moved. They said they were still working on it and it wouldn’t be more then another hour and a half. I waited a hour in the lobby thinking it would pressure them, it didn’t. I went back to the counter after a hour in the lobby and they said then just got approval thru enterprise for the repair, but it wasn’t repairable and said they had to wait for approval to replace the tire. What the heck! 4 and a half hours for a email!!! Dude! Do your job when I arrive and I probably wouldn’t of had to wait that long.I will never go to a Firestone dealer again and will never recommend any service. I went to Les Schwab 4 miles away and walked out in 30 minutes. It’s a tire repair not a engine removal. This place is a joke, listening to what they would try to sell costumers is depressing. If more people actually knew about their vehicle this place wouldn’t make any money. DONT GO!

I rented a vehicle & drove to Eugene from Portland. At some point I picked up a screw in one of the tires. I was directed to this store & I was helped very quickly. The staff was friendly & everyone was following safety guidelines, masks & distance. I was there for maybe an hour & a half which isnt bad considering I wasnt on the schedule & they had to work me in, I appreciated their effort to help me as soon as they did.

Don’t waste your time here. They just want to make money off of you that’s all they care about. Attempts will be made to convince you that your car needs a bunch of extra stuff done.Tried telling me my car needed over $5,000 in repairs for an issue that should’ve been caught when THEY inspected it last, told me it was so unsafe to drive it needed to be towed. (I had been driving for several months since the previous oil change when it was last there)Even the other customers waiting overheard and thought I was being fed lies, when I told them I wanted my keys and was going to get a second opinion their demeanor became extremely rude, unprofessional and childish.They rolled their eyes at me, slammed my keys on the counter when my car was done and walked off.ALWAYS get a second opinion and always go to someone local that owns their own shop. They care about people and their cars and will be honest. Chains like this just want your money.

Terrible customer service. Made an appointment online, got an email saying We got your request, if theres anything wrong with the appointment time, we will contact you. Go in on day of appointment, and I get looked at funny as I try to check in. Rude guy sitting at the counter clicked through his computer for a second and tells me Oh, I see we have the request, but we dont have any availability today. Were booked solid for the next week. Like, really? What happened to you would contact me if there were any issues? This place is a time waster that doesnt know customer service.

I had went to another Auto shop where they put on my new Starter. The other shop messed it up. The wires were fried and my starter went dead. I had it towed to Firestone. They did an amazing job with fixing it. Yes I had to leave it overnight. But it was well worth it. Thanks everyone at FIRESTONE. You have been a great help.

These guys were fast! Stellar performance!! We have a fleet vehicle so that does make the experience a little bit more different than normal. But man they said it was going to take an hour and a half and it took 45 minutes! I was thoroughly impressed they have a nice little waiting area with the TV and some other items plus its right next to the mall so it makes a really good time to go goof around at the bowling alley or movie theater while they service your vehicle so the location of this place is perfect. employees were super duper nice even as I was listening to them on the phone while we were waiting they were super nice to people on the phone and very patient. Definitely would recommend this place to anybody looking to get Auto servicing done they also polish up the car pretty good with a rag when you get it at the end and even though it was a little step and made the car look even cleaner than it was when we went in and I was super happy with the result.

Took my Subaru in about 8 months ago for an oil change. I explicitly asked for a full synthetic oil change, I remember paying less than expected, but didn’t realize until yesterday that they put in “synthetic blend” or 5W-20. IT SAYS ON MY OIL CAP 0W-20- I don’t understand how a store specializing in auto maintenance can make a mistake that obvious. Potentially damaging to my car, AND today when I change my OWN oil I discovered an extra washer on my drain plug. Completely incompetent. I am furious. Do not take your car here they have no idea what they’re doing.

I dont know how I got a flat tire on Saturday. Going to Macys. Saw Firestone. At 5:00 they greeted me, offered options, sold me tires, got me back on the road. I was amazed! What usually would require a tow truck turned out to be a pleasant experience. Wonderful people. Excellent service.

Thank you so much to Troy, Patrick and Greg. They took care of my Audi in the best way possible. I was having a service due display on the dash that no one could get to turn off, I talked to different shops and searched Audi forums. I was thinking I would have to take it to the dealership and pay some obscene amount. Patrick spent extra time with the car and fixed the problem, no charge. This along with a spark plug change, center differential fluid change, axle work. Also the car was ready a day early. (estimated 3 days they had it for 2) Wont be going anywhere else but here in the future.

I needed a urgent change of tire during the Thanksgiving holiday weekend and they were able to schedule me in the same day.

Was ready to drop $300 on two tires- they REFUSED to work on my vehicle unless I bought all four. I understand their opinion on an all wheel drive vehicle but I wasn’t there for their opinion. Unless you need all 4 tires changed - go somewhere else. Their up- sale technique just put $300 in another shops pocket. They say, “thank you” by the way!

Went to have my gf car checked before my 12-14hrs drive trip to LA and I’m kind of want to ask myself if you guys really did checked the car. I’d to stop three times throughout the trip for ac and engine cooling problem. When I got to LA my engine was covered with white liquid and smelled burnt. If you guys think a trip from Eugene to LA is a joke so close your store and don’t risk people’s life for money. Ok! Thank you for taking my money and I’m more than unsatisfied. I’ll make sure the CEO gets this cause I really almost lost my life because of your unprofessional service.

Staff is friendly and I am sure knowledge, but I had an appointment at 3 pm and was told it would take 2 hours to put new tires on. Its now an hour later Im still waiting as they didnt get my car in until 5 pm. Im told another 40 minutes top. I would be more understanding if I hadnt had an appointment and then told one service was unavailable because the person here only knows how to change the tires and not trained on the other. So 3.75+ hours of a Saturday is too long to wait for tires with an appointment.they told me my wheels were bent and it was taking longer to balance them. Might be true. I dont know much about cars. But regardless my car didnt even go back to the shop until 5 when they said it would be done. So if it had been taken back even a half hour later than my scheduled appointment, it still would have been done on time. And no one told me they were behind. Not once was it mentioned the entire time I was there. I do appreciate the attempt at correcting a situation with them allowing me to have the service they couldnt provide tonight for free, but it was a 15 dollar cost, and it is something that I would need to make another appointment to get done. So it is sort of an empty gesture. Probably will not be back for tires.

Still trying to figure out what the $7.65 in shop supplies is for an alignment. Lost $118 to know that I will never take my car to this so ever again. Alignment is still off. Took it to another firestone and they corrected it for me free of charge, and no shop supplies fee.

They try and up-sale you on services and products like crazy. However, if youre comfortable saying No, then youll be in good shape. Dont let them try and fool You. Id request working with Catherina to avoid the pushy upselling. She was very pleasant to work with. The tire job I got done was satisfactory (no issues there at all).They are a busy location, so plan to find something to do for a couple of hours or so while they work on your car. Take a walk on the beautiful River trail thats just behind Firestone. You can walk from Firestone to the top of Skinners Butte and back in just under 2 hours.

Havent been there in a long time.

The people are friendly and professional. I only use this place to rotate and align my tires. Everything else is too expensive and takes all morning. Even with an appointment. The lobby is comfy with a TV and chairs. Plus its next to the mall I dont shop at the mall, but it would be a good place to waste 3-4 hours while you wait for your vehicle to be ready.

Very friendly and pleasant. They did not have the brand or size of tire I needed, but they did tell me where I could get one. I appreciated their honesty and time.That being said, they took 3 hours just to tell me that they could not help me. I recieved no call or text and was stranded in Eugene for HOURS as a result of their lack of communication.

I havent had such AWEFUL service in a long time!!! I will never be back! I made a appt. and a hour latter they finally took it back. I SAID WHY BOTHER MAKING A APPT? A hour latter they had my tires and wheels off, but nothing. Come to find out they couldnt find all the tires Id ordered and they said was delivered. 45 minutes latter still couldnt find them!! I said put my old ones on Im gone. They barely said they were sorry.

This is a great place to go if you was to throw your money at. Most recently I went in because I thought there was a nail in my tire, even though I was able to pump it up drive to work and then to their shop over the course of several hours without the tire going flat on me they still deemed the tire unrepairable and I had to buy a new tire! This is after charging me over a $100 to not be able to find my oil leak when all it turned out to be was the screw in the oil pan. I also have had a radiator flush from them and ever since have had to put coolant in the car every 6 months but they cant find any issues. Save your time and money and go ANYWHERE ELSE!

I went online and made an appointment for 1:30 today. When I showed up they said that they saw an appointment request for me but that i could leave my car for a couple of hours and see if they could fit it in. That is unacceptable! Take the appointment feature off the website if there is no actual appointment being made. If I could I would have rated -5 stars.

The team were able to fit me into their schedule, and fixed my slowly-leaking tire quickly. They are always friendly and reassuring that they have the products or services to meet my needs. Ill be a returning customer!

Staff are all super friendly, and fun to talk to. Theyve yet to try to upsell me anything I didnt need. And their oil changes are about as affordable as doing it yourself, which is a plus for me since I dont have a safe spot to do my own oil change right now.Only downside is that, sometimes, the work can take awhile. But that is easily offset by good people.I recommend them highly.

Aweful, aweful service! 3 hours after my appointment the told me the lost some of the tires I ordered. Never kept me updated. Slow and rude!

I had an appointment at 1:00pm for an alignment and get new tires and I didnt get my truck back till closing time and I also had them look over my truck and figure out why I had an oil leak out of my drive line and was told I didnt have a leak and everything was good but I could make another appointment so they can look over it again. Why should I come back and have them look again and pay for them to tell me the same thing. Definitely frustrating and I dont under stand why it took all day to get my truck back.

We have been trusting them for years. Feel like we have always given truthful answers and what was needed without upselling or pressure.

I like Firestone All Weather tires. Theyre supposed to last 60,000 miles and in general they do. The staff does need some help in understanding that women do know how to buy cars, tires, and have their cars repaired.

I came in a few days ago to get get an oil change and inspect the back brakes. I told them that Hyundai Sonata usually burns oil fast so wanted to get an early oil change out of the way.The gentlemen at the front counter told me about an extended warranty on certain types of hyundais due to consumption of oil and engine failures. So I called the dealer ship and told them about the oil bur ing and pinging in the engine (2017 model btw) and scheduled for huyndai to look at it.Well turns out my engine failed the test and is now getting a new engine. I want to thank your crew for that Information, if it wasnt for you Id never have known about that extended warrenty. You saved my car before it was too late! Thanks Firestone!!

I scheduled an appointment for an oil change at 3pm, killed some time, left Barns and Noble at 4 to see my car exactly where I parked it an hour prior. Whats the point of making an appointment if they get to your car whenever?I would have been totally fine with waiting had I been informed that they were busy and it may take longer than usual to get to, but I received no such communication. Finally got my car back at 5 with no mention of the wait, as if oil changes usually take 2 hours to complete.This is not the first time Ive recieved less than satisfactory service/communication from this location. I dont think Ill be coming back.Edit: I miss Genevieve. She was only reason I always went to Firestone for my car needs.

I got a flat and triple A couldnt take off a stripped bolt. Firestone not only got the stripped built off but they put on my donut spare tire and only charged for the two bolts. They called and kept me up-to-date on every step of the process! They also showeredme the damaged bolts and parts. Amazing Job & Great customer service.

So my brakes were very low on fluid and I just needed a top off. I stopped in since there are no auto parts stores nearby and asked if I could get a little fluid, maybe a pint. The manager said We are closed and dont sell fluid, so I asked if I could just get a top off so I can home safe. He said hed go and check, came back up and said Nope, were plum out. Out of brake fluid in a shop that has almost a dozen bays with 2 lifts a piece? Im a mechanic and also a good person, if I had the ability to help someone Id do it but it must be the culture of the shop/corporation. Dont trust them.

Well, my faith in Firestone was just restored.I had a break job done with them in December 2018, and the calipers were faulty.They replaced them, the brake pads, and even the rotors.I wasn’t expecting that!Thank you Firestone!!!!!!!😁👍👌

My car was towed in. They told me the timing belt was loose and I needed a new one plus a water pump. They guaranteed this would fix my car. They installed a new belt and water pump. They started it and then let it idle. They then took it for a test drive and the car died. Now they say the cam wont rotate and I have a failed engine. Really?! I am livid. They wouldnt call me the next day. I had to call them. Obviously the cam was rotating it when they drove it. I believe they botched the repair.

I called this morning to see if I could make an appointment to get my car serviced and after holding on the phone for over 2 minutes the friendly fella said sure bring her on in. When I arrived only 20 minutes later, I was told by the serious young man at the desk said the lady manager on duty had said they were not accepting drop ins...that I would need to make an appointment. I told her that I had called just 20 minutes previously and was encouraged to come in. She challenged me and said I must have called another store. I showed her my phone call history and it was clear I had called their number at 9:46. She said that was weird because the call hadnt come in. When I deal with her (as I have in the past), I feel like the customer is always wrong to start with. I think there is an opportunity for some good customer service training.

Went for an inspection. Recommended I replace tie rods and pitman arm. Got a second and third opinion elsewhere and was told they were fine. Also charged $200 more than other shops for the same job, a job not needed.

Quote for over 400 bucks to change a belt and pulley on my car. With 60 on parts and 50 min of work I did it myself. 15 min of my time was spent looking for a socket I dropped that got wedged into a hidden crevice in the engine compartment.

Their prices and tires are fine but one of their employees blatantly tried to rip me off. I went in their to get new tires and deiced to get the back ones done first and the front ones done the next week. I had the back tires replaced and I was informed that my alignment was off and needed correction to which I agreed to. The tires and the alignment felt fine. The following week however I went to get my front tires done and they inform me that my alignment is off and I needed new transmission fluid. I had not hit any curbs since I had my alignment done there a week prior and I had my transmission fluid replaced within the last 1000 miles. It was apparent that they were attempting to tack on extra cost not were not needed, especially the alignment which I had got corrected at the same store a week before. All in all besides the attempts of ripping me off their price are good and having a mall right next to the store is a great way to make your wait for your car go by faster

This appointment went well others in the past have not gone so well. Looks like new management so hopefully they will be doing better service.

Cane over here after the complete and utter failure of the E. 11th store to do their job after spending 2.5 hours at a scheduled appointment (go to their listing for more information).The team here was amazing, sent a driver to Corvallis to get the correct materials and really made up for the deficiencies of the other store.I would recommend going to there guys, as I will for any future needs when we are in town.

Awesome place, ive never taken my car here.But I take my bike for air once a week, they dont charge The$2 gas stations charge.The mechanics know what theyre doing..Clean place, which is not easy especially a mechanics shop. ...

Overall very poor service, I have done business with Firestone for 20 years but will no longer be using them. They mess up simple services, fail to do the work they say they are doing and have rude employees. To date they have failed to diagnose a bad battery and tried charging me for for extra diagnosing, incorrectly changed a differential seal, did a brake job that failed after 3 months and then continued to do alignment services without notifying me of a bad tie rod. There are better mechanics and tire stores in town.

Had to get a nail out of a tire in delivery van. Set an appointment because theyre always busy. I did just that and they had me in and out in an hour. Friendly service and good coffee.

Bought 4 new tires installed and then had to come back 3 more times before everything was ok to drive on... In the end they did fix the mistake but they should have never let a leaky value stem off the rack and then let the customer drive it home... Bad customer service people!

Very bad service, we had an appointment for 11 and they didnt even look at the car til about 2. I shouldnt be told that they have an appointment at 11 and then have to wait 3 hours for my car to get looked at.

This place is pretty good. I the only thing I did not like was that I felt as though the staff could be more friendly. They did not do or say anything wrong, they just did not seem very happy.

Absolutly not complete auto care. Techs are not permited to top up Antifreeze and the guy working on my vehicle refused to diagnose the rattle from the exhaust. No go with both the Firestones in Eugene. Absulutly absurd to have the tools and space available and lack the proper skills or courteosy to complete the work properly.

These guys totally messed up my vehicle. Not only did they cause me to have to sleep on the side of a highway, but I had to visit two subsequent firestone locations just to get my vehicle semi running again. Ultimately what they did fried my electrical system and they took no ownership of it.

Wasted my time to make an appointment and me drive all the way from veneta just to tell me they cant fix my a/c because of something in it which they could of told me over the phone. And the gentleman was extremely rude about it

Terrible company! Would not recommend. Purchased chains and didnt use them, tried to return them 2 days later and they refused to take them back. They were un opened and untouched.

Rude staff been here a handful of times and everytime Ive delt with them its been unpleasant. They would rather line their pockets with the customers money that give in to their BS then treat the customer right and with dignity.

WOW! I DONT KNOW WHERE TO START.I went for a oil change and a tire I ended up with a broken motor mount,the new tire I got was flat the next day and 500.00 dollars later the mechanic came out and we got into a yelling match in front of everyone. I took it to Firestone on 11th and they couldnt believe the customer service and the auto service. They looked at everything they did and called and emailed corporate and if that wasnt bad enough the guys used someone elses employee number on all the receipts.
