Excellent i like going there because they are. So friendly and always ready to help you. We have all our med there and the pharmacy people are really kind and help you with all your needs. I recommend them with all. you needs 😌

How in the Hell is this store still open? Clueless staff. Non existent management presence and everything looks like its from 1980. Perfect place to shoplift, because literally no one is watching the store. Do yourself a favor, go elsewhere.

I came into rite aid to get some cold meds and the tag said 18.99 on one item and the other item said 8.99 so I grab both get up to the register and the price tripled in total wth when I told the lady 2 times both item said 18.99 and 8.99 she made no apology but said that is what it says , I will not come back as your pricing tags compared to register ring up does not match

Rite aide has gone down hill since Bob retired the new manger is not helpful one bit the last straw was last week i went in to cash in my bottle drop acct i only make it to town a few times a month. There was an issue with the machine not printing out my return he said he would call them and promptly get back to me he never did i have since taken all my prescriptions and moved on. I will not be going there again it was only 18.50 but its the principal of the thing NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!

This place is so frustrating. I waited an hour in an empty store to get my prescription at night. Im now waiting an hour to get a prescription that I called in twelve hours ago. Never coming back

This Pharmacy Team is always on time with prescriptions and are very kind and courteous. I especially like dealing with Dave The Pharmacist. They uphold a high standard of professionalism.

This Rite-Aid always has multiple items, including lots of make-up, in the 75% off clearance section. This Rite-Aid is a full fledged department store, with clothing and household goods as well as the drug store with pharmacy. Much larger than the Rite-Aids I have frequented in the Portland Area.

First impression is very clean & Organized Store & Pharmacy.Front staff is kind and helpful.Especially appciated the clerks suggestions about the handles on the top of the per bags.The Pharmacy Staff was so nice, took thier time with me to answer all my questions.Youll find Make Up, Personal Hygiene,Baby Care, Pharmacy, Some Medical Items like Crutches, Canes, Etc.. ALSO Seasonaland Holiday Items, Things to help care for your Yard and Toys for your Children , House Cleaning items, some Camping Gear, Snacks, Wine and Beer...DONT FORGET TO CHECK RITE AIDE FOR FUN AND UNIQUE HOLIDAY SEASON GIFTS AND DECORATIONS!!

I have NEVER had an issue with this pharmacy. VERY helpful, and Dave is GREAT! I cant believe these negative Reviews. Did they go to the same Pharmacy that I went to?

I have gone through many pharmacies and this so far is one of my favorites. They are always kind to me and try to help. They are open late which is really helpful and I can call in my prescriptions any time of day.

Horrible customer service! Would not honor price listed on product. Manager refused to identify herself. They actually called the police on me. Thank you Rite Aid corporate and Sydney for the apology. General Manager is Bob.

Worst pharmacy ever. I call in to get my prescription refilled, and they tell me it’ll be ready at a certain time. I get there 2 hours after said time just to give them some time to fill it and they tell me it’ll be another 45 minutes to an hour. I’m not filling my prescriptions here ever again.

They are always kind and courteous to me, dont know what these others are complaining about. I have used them for years now. They are quite busy at times, so always call and get a human voice to insure your prescripts are ready before going to get them.

Tried to switch pharmacies. Been having problems for 3 months now with getting multiple important medication. Just today i tried to get my HEART medicine, called at 8:16 am called 2 hrs later still no. By 5pm im on the phone again, apperently it was sent.. but the bi-mart didnt have it. So 2 phone calls later and a talk to the manager it was down to im sorry ill send another fax and finally got what i needed. Bi-mart finally got it around 6:30pm. As u can see below ⤵⤵⤵⤵Poor communication, poor customer service, and overall just a huge headache when it shouldnt be. Rite aid needs better employees. 0 stars.

HORRIBLE customer service. Rude staff and so unprofessinal. I came to pick up my prescription and they told me to wait for their text while sitting in the waiting area to know it was ready. Really????? Also they gave OUT LOUD consultation to all customers including me without using the area for consultation. Why do I need to know the people in line have anxiety or constipation? Just plain wrong. I just changed my farmacy to Saveon. I cannot deal with this pharmacy anymore.

My prescriptions are rarely ever ready on time. Or they didnt get to it. The people seem clueless with the exception of Dave.

Weve literally have had more problematic visits over good visits.. they NEVER have our prescriptions ready when they say they will.. VERY INCONVENIENT! PEOPLE BEWARE!! GO ELSEWHERE!! SWITCHING TO SOMEONE ELSE!!

Every time I go there we have an issue. Either it takes forever to get prescription or they say they never received it. Also always chaotic and unorganized. They dont instill confidence, switching to another pharmacy.

This is the store I usually go to. Its not updated like other Rite aids. The bathroom is horrible though. Disgusting. One thing is outdated, another is filthy dirty.

You can usually find what you’re looking for 99% oh the time I find what I’m looking for.

Every time I pick up a prescription it is wrong or not ready on time.

Be ready to wait! Pharmacy employees are nice, but obviously understaffed.

Every time Ive had a prescription sent there, it was not ready when I went to pick it up. Extremely slow service which is hard to understand when the store is virtually empty.
