Definitely a place that has a huge amount of home supplies along with a wide price range so some things can be very expensive while others are cheaper than you will find anywhere else. I got my bedset there and love it, it even came with the little pillows and was less than $150 for a king set!

This store has lots of really cool stuff!! Its so well put together and organized!!They always have super cool coupons. So u can always save some money!! I love their towel section!! Its amazing, so many different brands and colors...from cheap to spend. The cashiers are very nice and knowledgable. I love everything about this store!!Truly one of my favorite places!!

Worst customer service I have ever experienced, as walking into the store one of the employees were right by the door grabbing a cart didn’t bother to say hello! Was standing around for about 10/15 minutes waiting for help after asking for help. Will never go to this particular store ever again

Its a little over priced for a lot of things but some things are a great deal. They have different stuff that you will not find at other stores which is great.

Staff was super friendly and super helpful! Offered to order anything I wanted that they didnt have in stock. Enjoyed my time browsing the Isles. Didnt feel rushed or in the way at all. Everywhere I turned there was someone offering to help if it was needed. Great prices too!

Ordered a airfryer June 10th. Finally delivered yesterday July 3rd!! After calling 3 times and they just kept telling me they didnt know where my item was and they would get another right out to me. Yeah right, and I am a bed bath and beyond plus member that I paid an extra 29.00 a year to get free fast shipping. What a joke. Customer service is aweful

Huge selection, poor customer service! Snapped a pic of this ironic sign as I walked out of my local Bed Bath and Beyond. It is ironic because BB&B doesnt even match their own prices.. At checkout the cashier attempted to overcharge me by 20% from the posted price for a cooking thermometer. I explained the issue and the clerk called for a price check and found they had the same item in 3 locations around the store. Yet still refused to sell the item at the advertised price on the shelf? I offered to walk them to where I located the item and they refused.

He was familiar with what was in stock and when things would be arriving for the holidays.only store in Eugene that actually had dinning chair covers, which we were looking for.

I like to go browse at Bed, Bath & Beyond and I have found a few items that I liked enough to purchase. There isnt as much of a variety as I would prefer for some products, but overall, I am able to find what I am looking for. I might have gone during an off day, but the checkout lines took a long time for only a few people. I wont hold it against the store though, I had company to chat with while I waited so it wasnt too bad.

Great place for shopping for fun things!! So much to choose from. Reasonably priced items. Sales persons are very helpful & friendly. The store is very organized to help you find what you are looking for. It is my go to place when i cant find what I am looking for!! I always take time to check out the new finds! Well I went late in the evening and there was lots of preparation for bringing things in from outside and so that meant not a lot of people floating around the floor to help with customers.On a couple of occasions that I had a question they were friendly and knew the answers and thats all you can ask for in a retail situation is that you have people that are willing to stop what theyre doing and take the time to help and they did.I had forgotten that at this time of year Bed Bath & Beyond or catering almost exclusively to the University students and their shopping needs and I knew that when I went in.

Took in a coupon and they couldnt find the item that was advertised , so it took an extra hour to fill out how to order it on line . which i should have done to begin with.

They have the best of everything! I could get lost in this store for daaaays!

They were so nice. One Manager, helped me at the desk and helped looked up on pc to find an item on line. I ordered and paid, it shows up a few days later. Good action. Very good customer service.

Good selection, but high prices. People shouldnt have to always bring a coupon in for good prices. I think our culture is beyond this level of maturity. Just give people fair prices.

Really nice store, so does the service. They have a variety of choices in different types and colors. The only thing to think of is the price. They are slightly more expensive than others, but it is what you get for that price.

Store is full of stuff but has good products for good prices especially when you add the coupons. We sometimes go here to see the product up close instead of relying on an online order. Staff are nice.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. I experienced SEVERE racism from one of the managers who treated me like I was below notice and rudely assisted me like it was the most difficult thing for him to do.

Ahhhhhh this store is very clean with tons and tons of various items down each and every aisle (well more like a cubicle type aisle.) Items ranging from pet supplies all the way to candles, and of course bed and bath supplies. They are well stocked with products, but Im very disappointed to say that they dont have a glue gun?!?! Out of all the odd findings they dont have that lol. But their store is clean and awesome. A must visit type of store!!!

Bed and no wheelchairs allowed in bathrooms cant pass by sinks to get into stall.I mentioned it to the manager a year ago.Came back 6mos or so still unusably.Sad.Bed bath and beyond anything some one wants, but dont plan on using rest room if youre wheelchair bound.I used to patronize.Do not go there now.

We have visited the store from time to time and have purchased on a number of occasions. They have a very wide selection. Their prices are not outstanding as a general rule, but I usually have a 20%-off coupon and that makes it worthwhile. Again, they have just about everything.

They honor all 20% off coupons even with expired dates. I have a ton saved up and even hand some to other customers.

Found everything we needed. However, the pricing is a bit confusing. It says regular price was $14.99 now $ 7.49But rings up $14.99 at register. Oh well. Julia the Cashier was extremely polite.

Amazing customer service and assistance during college move in week. Helpful, friendly and had what we had ordered through the Pick and Pack program ready and on hand.

They had everything I was looking for. I liked that they had pillow and mattress topper samples you could touch before deciding what to buy. The store is kind of hard to move through.Also, this doesnt affect my rating, because its not BB&Bs fault, but the other customers here are usually rude or entitled. Employees were doing their best to move the line along and customers were not paying attention or following directions, then complaining about the wait (which they were causing). I was also asked by another customer if I worked there and when I said no, she said, Oh, Im sorry, you just have so much in your cart! I didnt think you could afford all that! So, just beware of other customers when shopping here.

I will not purchase a gift anymore from this company. I received a gift with out a receipt. They only would give store credit and the other Item I purchased with the credit didn’t work. Returned it with my receipt. Purchased another item cheaper and they wanted to give me $3.00 cash back and put $7 on a gift card. When I asked, if I could just get the cash back it was like I asking for free items. Ask for manager and they ended up giving me all cash back! Some people don’t put gift receipts on their gifts. Such a hassle and not very good store policy!

The employees have always been helpful, with one exception. Ive had to deal with Mendi, a manager there, twice now. Once on the phone because I thought some shelf liner I bought hadnt made it into my cart and back home with me, and again just recently when I was trying to return a shower curtain liner. It wasn’t scanning in their system, so she got involved to handle a $9.99 item.For the amount of money I spend (or used to) there I would like to be treated politely and given the benefit of any doubt when honesty is in question. Unfortunately, Mendi hasnt been well trained in the area of customer service, business management/communication skills, or even basic common sense when it comes to dealing with pleasant, good customers. I cant even imagine how she treats the employees there.Mendi is the only manager that I have ever encountered (anywhere) that has been so rude, suspicious, and downright insulting without any cause what-so-ever. The first time her behavior and tone insulted me I just gave her the benefit of the doubt. After all, everyone has a bad day from time to time. But after her unprofessional behavior the second time, over a $9.99 item, as I stood there with over $700 of purchases on two receipts, it appears that this is how she is accustomed to treating people.Im not sure what exactly Mendi has been employed to do there, but if ensuring that good customers who spend good money don’t return, then shes doing a great job.
