Great place, friendly and professional. This is the first mechanic ive been to that didnt try to tell me everything else is wrong with my car! Highly recommended especially if your a woman who may be timid of mechanics.

These guys were great! I thought I needed a whole new tire because of a nail, so I thought Id be buying a brand new tire. Once they got a look at it they realized they could fix it for me. They couldve not told me and just sold me a new tire and made a buck off me, but they were completely honest- which is becoming rare these days. I wont go anywhere else!

Paul being the store manager is amazing! As a human that suffers with anxiety, Paul was very thorough and also just kind to put my mind at ease. I didnt trust them the first few times but every time I double checked what they said was wrong by either coming in and making them show me on the car or googling searching symptoms of the problem. They havent lied to me and do good work so I trust them.I recommend them if you live down town.

I have been travelling over 8,000 km and just passed through town when I realized I had a flat tire.I came in on a Saturday and they were able to help me right away, David in customer service was incredible helpful and friendly. They even topped off my windshield fluid. This is my first time coming to Goodyear and I just love their service! This location really put me at ease, a Canadian in the US. Really helpful customer service, Im not much of a car person but they helped me answer a lot of questions and were very straightforward/respectful about their quotes. Got a tire rotation and car check for free which was a super nice service of them, I definitely plan on getting some tires done here :) Thank you David(I think that was his name, he was very friendly and helpful!).

I’ve bought tires here in the past and have always had great experiences. They were behind the last time I purchased tires so they gave me a ride home and picked me up. Above and beyond for sure! I’ve decided to give them more business and called to get a quote. The gentleman that answered the phone was informative and gave recommendations. I appreciate people recommendations and honesty.

Today I had to bring my fleet van in for service, and we always use Goodyear at Charnelton and 7th street! They repaired my van, so that I can feel safe and I can complete my route safely! Well Done!

My wife and I were on are way home from Oregon to California and had a run flat go down on our car. We made to the store at 345 in the morning and the manager Paul arrived early and took care of us until his employees arrived at 0800 he had us back on the road in an hour. One of the very few tire places open on a Sunday, which came in very handy when I had a tire blowout. Dave was short handed, but still very friendly and did his best to get us a new tire mounted & send us on our way as quickly as he could.I gave four stars instead of five, only because the new tire is at 49 psi instead of the recommended 35-40.Store was busy, and still clean. Hopefully they hire some help for Dave soon!! Thanks for your help!

Was on a trip from Phoenix to Vancouver BC and was very concerned my brakes were failing.......they were making a loud grinding sound ! Stopped in with no appointment and was told they would check my tires and brakes. One hour later they called me to say everything was looking good ....probably just a rock stuck in a brake. These gentlemen at this shop were very professional and reassured me that all was good ...I was very grateful to say the least. There was no charge for their evaluation and when I tried to show my appreciation for their speedy work, by buying them lunch, they wouldnt hear of it and refused my offer. As a grateful Canadian neighbor, I wanted to point out that there arent many shops left that demonstrate integrity and honesty like I received . Goodyear is very lucky to have employees like them !

I noticed a flat tire on the 4th of July and I couldnt find a single place that was open to get it fixed. I eventually came across Goodyear and they told me that theyd inspect my tires. The guy at the counter warned me that if something were really wrong, I may need to get new tires. I immediately thought GREAT. They are going to tell me that I need all new tires even if it can be fixed. Well, I was so wrong! They ended up finding a giant drill bit that was so long that it was scratching the other side of the tire. They said that if it were any bigger, I may have not been able to just do a patch but they did it! AND for zero cost? They did all of this in about an hour even though the shop looked pretty busy. I was extremely grateful for their honesty, as I am a 24yr old woman with absolute no knowledge of cars and could [sadly] be easily manipulated. I will definitely be returning for my future tire needs :)

Goodyear in downtown Eugene took great care of me before I ever made a purchase with them. Fixed a flat on a holiday weekend when my regular shop was closed for the holiday (since I started driving I always bought tires from Les Schwab). The guys at Goodyear were helpful and pleasant to work with and thats what brought me in today for a whole new set. Thanks for being great at the service you provide! You are my new regular spot 😊

Absolutely fantastic! After being turned away from not one but two different shops (both Firestone which I have been loyal to), I gave Goodyear a call to see if they could help me deal with a screw in my tire. They were pretty booked but still able to get me in and Im so thankful that they did. Paul, the man who helped me is the epitome of a great guy. He was honest and cordial and a really great guy to talk to. He really went above and beyond for me even though I hadnt spent a dime there previously. Wish I just had gone here in the first place but consider me a loyal Goodyear customer from now on!

We bought our tires online and Goodyear messed up the order but Paul went to great lengths to get the tires in and on our car. Since then we have taken all our cars in for service and tires. This is the only place I have actually been talked out of services I requested because they werent needed yet. It takes them a lot longer to change your oil than a drive thru type place but its worth the wait. An honest shop is a good find. No business is perfect but these guys will shoot strait and if theres an issue, they make it right.

My husband and I were on a road trip from LA to Vancouver, the cover underneath his car was slightly falling, we didn’t know what to do and worried it might affect our original plan. This place was the only place open on Sunday. The staffs were so nice. Our problem was fixed in half hour, I’m so glad we stopped by this place. Thank you for all your helps.

I’m skeptical. Two blown tires and brand new tires. Get real. I believe Something happened, after they changed the tire. I believe the tires could have been patched.Both tires needed replaced. Not likely!Some of the bad reviews I’ve been reading makes me wonder, about this place.Seems like sensors came up in the reviews also.I have a 2017 vehicle and my sensors, don’t function correctly. Is that a coincidence or not?I’m going back to Les Schawb.

More than 2 weeks ago, one of the tires on my Subaru went flat. Since I got my original set from Costco, I went back there to get a replacement tire. The technician there told me they dont have my tire in stock. So he ordered one tire for me and told me they should arrive within 3-5 business days.A week goes by, I dont hear from them. So I call them...again and again. They NEVER pick up the phone, nor do they return messages. Even when I call Costcos customer service desk, they cant get ahold of anyone at the tire center for me.The second week goes by, I still dont hear from them. So I go into their office in person. All they can tell me if my tire has not arrived and they dont know why. They would attempt to call the manufacturer to check on the order, but I walked away empty-handed. No answers to anything. I havent been able to drive on the freeway because the spare tire doesnt allow me to drive over 50 mph. Im supposed to travel to Portland from Eugene this week.I went to see Paul over at Goodyear and come to find, you cant just replace one tire on an all-wheel-drive vehicle. You have to replace all 4 tires or else the tread depth will be mismatched. This can cause further problems with your vehicle in the future. I wanted to cry because I just got a new set last year and I wasnt prepared to pay for 4 brand new ones.Paul at Goodyear took a look at my flat tire and told me it was actually repairable. They fixed it for free and sent me on my way. I dont even need to pay for a new tire(s). Costco Tire Center never even bothered to look at my flat tire or point out that you cant put one new tire on an AWD vehicle.Im never going back to Costco Tire Center. Just based on customer service alone, its obvious Goodyear actually cares about their clientele. I actually felt like a person, instead of a number. Thanks for the great service, Paul! Ill be back.

I had a 2 oclock apt to get my tires replaced but the truck didnt arrive until 230. They had a really hard time finding my online order. The manager told me installation was free but since the online store charged me $88 he couldnt refund me.

I went in at 7am told the guy at the front desk I needed an oil change I even called before getting there and made sure my price wouldnt be over $80 prior to having a bmw, the man said itd be $74 so I agreed. I waited for about 2 hours still nothing, finally the man comes out and says I need new tires and that he wont let me leave without getting all new tires, I disagreed because I just bought my car and my tires arent bad at all. So he proceeded to try to pressure me in to getting an alignment, I said no because obviously Ive been driving my car I know it didnt need one. He then showed me a huge scratch my car did not have before getting there, I was shocked I just wanted to get out of there. He charged me $94 and my car does not run the same anymore. FOR YOUR OWN SAFE DO NOT COME HERE

As a result of the poor service and failure to do the work requested (checking timing belt due to poor performance), the timing belt broke a week later and now the car has a blown engine thanks to this companies incompetency.The review only allows one star I would give this company a negative star rating especially given their national reputation.NEVER take your vehicle to this location.

Repaired my Goodyear Wrangler tire that had a nail in it at no charge even though I had purchased the tires at the now closed Sears. Gave me a quick rundown of future services needed with quotes. Clean waiting area & friendly staff.

HORRIBLE customer service!!! Pulled up to have the pressure in our tired checked and sat there for like 7 minutes only to have to get out and asked to be helped. Like really? We went down the road to Point S, tire factory where we received EXCELLENT service! They came right to us as soon as we pulled up & parked!!

Long Waite, but I got my tire changed from spare to my rim free of charge. David the counter guy and Brandon one of the technicians are very knowledgeable and good people.

Everytime i have been there i have left frustrated...now its not that they do bad work thats ok but the employees seem to get confused easy and can never seem to figure out how to pull up customer info and i leave with a headache and confused myself. However they were never mean or rude, just go in on a day you have lots of time to spare.

Had my car in for transmission flush, brakes, alignment, tire rotation and balance. $450 later had to make an appt a week later due to a significant pull to the right, front right tire vibration, brakes pulsating, and a grease/oil smell permiating the inside of my car. When I arrive for the appt I am told they are too busy so we rescheduled for the following week. Now even after them having the car there for 5 hours, all the problems described above are still present. I so dont have time to take the car back let alone take the chance of nothing being done correctly. Dont waste your money here folks.
