Someone hit my parked car. My insurance recommended several places. I chose McCollum based on the reviews. I was not disappointed.Extremely attentive and courteous service. Regular text updates. They sent the paint job back once to be sure it was perfect. Its as good as new. And they vacuumed and washed my car on top of it all.Cant speak to cost as I wasnt liable in the accident, but the work and communication were fantastic.

Everyone was so nice and they kept me updated throughout the repair process. They did a great job and finished almost a week earlier than they said they would. I will definitely come back if I ever need to have bodywork or repairs again.

I far the best customer service I have ever had. They detailed and cleaned my car after doing body work and paint. This was my first repair at McCollum and it was a fantastic experience. The customer service was exceptional and the communication from beginning to end was on point. I was never left wondering what was going on. My car looked brand new after they detailed it inside and out (which i was not expecting,) so that was a pleasant surprise when i got my car back. They got me in same-day to get my front plate replaced. They said it would take about one hour but had it all finished within a half hour! Apparently the manufacturer of the piece had neglected to include the screws and attachments so they found the right ones at the shop to ensure it would fit properly and was secure. It hasn’t caused me any problems since they fixed it. They are all very reasonable, professional and hard working.The only thing I will say, and this is extremely minor, but both times I was there, they pushed the seat very far back and I wasn’t expecting it when I got back in so I kind of fell into my car. If they could return the seat to a more neutral location when they’re done, it would be perfect for someone with shorter legs like me :)

They painted my rare bumper and switched my taillight from my BMW after I accidentally hit another car. They work fast and have a Great quality of work. I would recommend bringing your car here.

I was referred to this shop by my insurance company. I’ll keep this short. Quality is horrible. Truck completely covered in overspray. Drivers door handle busted and check engine light on. This all after it was completed and no issues when I dropped it off prior to them damaging my truck. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

They were fantastic with my car! I was rear ended and, when they finished fixing it, you couldn’t tell it’d been hit at all! They also washed the whole thing down extensively and cleared out the trash from the inside. I almost cried because I have three kids under 4 and my car is NEVER clean.

Brought the car in after a collision. They got to the inspection quickly and sent the estimate on to the insurance company so I could move forward. Very professional. Explained everything clearly and kept me updated.

An engine starter came off the roof of a car, that was unsecured, while we were on the freeway. Damaging the front of our vehicle. Once McCollum had all the parts the repairs were done quickly and flawlessly.

Ive never had to take a car to a body shop. To me it looks like normal so Im happy. Other persons insurace paid for repairs so cant comment on value. Everything else I think they did good. Thought I wouldnt have car till Tuesday and got on Friday so they were 4 days early. Definitely happy bout that.

What can I say other than I will not go anywhere else in the future because my time spent with McCollum was absolutely outstanding. My vehicle got broken into and stolen. I found it a day later with the deck ripped out, including my AC and all that. USAA recommended several places in Eugene to take my vehicle to get repaired and based on the already good reviews, I went with McCollum Auto Body. Right away, I was treated like a valued customer. Trevor handled my vehicle and communications with me and my insurance agency. Because I was using a rental the whole time (which was better than my actual car and my insurance was paying for the rental, I didnt mind how long it took them to repair my car). Id rather have them take their time as opposed to give it back quickly, only for me to return it because of incomplete work. Trevor communicated with me every other couple of days to inform me the progress of the vehicles repair and new parts being ordered and coming through. Again...top notch all across the board. When it came to installing a new deck/stereo, they even called me to ask with decks Id like to chose from. I didnt not expect this; I was expecting theyd just pick one but I was very happy to get the call for me to choose one that fit my interests. Lastly, I was able to drop my rental off with them and they would deal with getting it returned to the rental lot.Great customer service, great communication, great overall service. I cannot imagine going anywhere else and I recommend all of you to choose McCollum if youre looking for a place to get your vehicle repaired too.

I brought my car in after a minor incident with some body damage. I was quickly helped and given regular updates on my repairs. My car was completed ahead of schedule, looking brand new with all scratches and dents gone. A fresh coat of paint, and my interior looking brand new which was above and beyond service. Very professional place. Unfortunately didnt get repaired because car was deemed unrepairable by insurance but they really cared about getting my car taken care of in a timely manner when I first brought it in. Trevor was especially helpful.

The business was used by the insurance company after an accident that totalled my car. The interaction I had with one of the employees was sub par. I had to get paper work so that the other person on the title could sign to release the car and the employee seemed confused and did not fully understand when I mentioned the paperwork. Other than that the facility is extremely clean and organized.

My 2019 Toyota Camry XSE had considerable front end damage from a collision into a Ford F-150 pick up making a left turn across my lane of traffic. Trevor, at McCollum kept me informed of every step of the repair process. Not once, was it necessary for me to call McCollums for progress of the repairs. We were in an accident Friday night. Monday our insurance towed our car to McCollum. Even though our car turned to be unrepairable, they were professional, kind and caring. They worked with our insurance company to make sure everything went smoothly.

I was sent here by geico, I had a choice of body shop but looking at the review helped. Extremely impressed with the time and effort. I looked over it, for roughly 30 minutes. I can not tell anything ever happened from the accident. They also stated it would be done on a Friday, I dropped it off on Tuesday. I got the car back on Wednesday! Thank you again!

I was involved in an accident which is already stressful enough! McCollum Auto Body made the process very relaxing from beginning to end. They communicated with the insurance company so I did not need to worry about any details. They received me with a smile and made arrangements with the rental car company to deliver my rental. They communicated with me everyday during the process and even completed my vehicle early. My vehicle was nicely done and washed. I even found out that post COVID I will receive four details a year for as long as I own my vehicle. GREAT DEAL!

I was lied to on multiple occasions by the staff, they took 9 extra days to do the job, the door came out the wrong color, the inside was filthy, covered in paint dust. Because of the extra time they took the insurance company refused to pay the rental fees for the extra time, the staff at the shop promised to take care of it and never did, even though they lawfully are responsible for something like that. All in all, absolutely terrible experience. Im certain this has happened to others. Do not use this company if you have any sort of choice in the matter.

Upon picking up my vehicle after repairs from a car accident (I was rear ended), I asked the gentleman if they inspected my frame. I was told they don’t typically check for damages given the type of accident it was! When I expressed my concern, not one single employee offered to do this (insurance by the other party involved in the accident was covering everything, so why wouldn’t they check). I am absolutely appalled that when someone is in any type of accident , regardless how “little” it seems, they don’t check the frame first! I will be taking my car in to get checked and if the frame is compromised in any way, this body shop will be getting sued!

The repairs on my car were incredible! I was worried about the paint not matching the rest of car or the finish being different, but the car looks amazing. No scratches, cant tell there was ever damage, and it looks brand new! The only negative side was how long it took. To be fair there was a decent amount of work that needed to be done to fix my car, I was hit by another car. With all of that in mind I am still giving this review 5 stars for a couple reasons. 1. My car looks actually amazing. They even vacuumed the inside of my car??? It was such a nice surprise when I came to pick it up!! 2. The shop had great communication with me through the entire process, I was really not expecting to have THAT level of great customer service but even the front desk people were incredible. 3. They made it easy to get it fixed, no loop holes, or sudden price changes like other shops. I would HIGHLY recommend this shop for anyone looking to get work done on their car. I will be returning if I need any future work done.

Decided not to go near this place because they were way slow in getting parts and when they did get them they were wrong. They also claimed they called me many times when in fact they did not. They not only blew the whole thing by several weeks of delay for LOCAL sources parts but then the told me they wanted to keep my vehicle for a day or two to replace a rear bumper.Would not recommend at all. Took my vehicle else where and got the work done the same day.
