Don’t leave your car here unless you dont want it back for months. This business has poor communication and constantly changes the estimated date without explaining why or contacting you with more than a message. I was quoted 3 weeks and at the 3 week mark they informed me they hadn’t touched it at all. I understand things happen but I haven’t had my car for 5 weeks now and it was a simple paint job being done on the door. Absolutely ridiculous save your time and energy and go somewhere else

Caliber Collision is THE go to place to bring your vehicle in for auto body repair. They have a fantastic team.My truck was originally brought in to another auto body shop in town, but after several weeks they were not able to repair it correctly. Following a run in with a deer, we needed to get our Nissan Frontier repaired. After reviewing several companies and reading customer comments on the web, we decided to go with Caliber Collision and were not disappointed. They quickly assessed the damage and got us scheduled for the work. They worked with our insurance company and were able to complete the work quickly--it looks great. They even did a nice exterior/interior clean up before returning it to us--which was such a nice bonus. The office team was professional, friendly, and observed all of the current safety protocols. We highly recommend them. If we ever have need of repairs in the future, we will certainly be calling them!

Catalytic converter was stolen and Caliber is the company our insurance recommended. Read many good reviews about the Eugene shop so we went with them. Tyler did an amazing job on my car repairs. The parts all fit perfectly, and the paint was a perfect match. He was very friendly and professional, and met all of my expectations and more. He even went above and beyond and cleaned out the interior of my car! Great shop, will be back again for any future repairs.

BC, the center manager, was more than helpful. My side mirror was dislodged through vandalism & he helped me reattach it so I could safely drive with it. He also was super helpful in figuring out the next steps I needed to take for a permanent fix. I would highly recommend this location under his management, he was very kind & knowledgeable.

Caliber went so far above and beyond expectations. They got me an appointment immediately, got my car repaired three days ahead of schedule, dealt with my insurance, and washed and detailed my car inside and out! Great place to take your vehicle body repairs. They were very helpful. They kept us informed the whole time about the process. Dealing with insurance was so easy because they pretty much did it all other than our initial call to report the damage. Quality work.

I was only dropping my car off to have body work done, so I cant give a full review yet. But just the drop off was excellent! Super friendly and efficient people. Just really nice staff. Will update once I get my car back.UPDATE - Excellent work. Like the damage was never there. The work was done a day sooner than promised. Would definitely recommend Caliber Collision to friends.

Recommended by my insurance carrier when I sustained major hail damage to my car. Was able to pick up and drop off rental car right from the premises which was very convenient and Caliber kept me updated on the status of the repair the whole time. Would recommend.

This was a great experience all around. The rental car situation was taken care of super smooth by the Caliber folks. I don’t think it could have been better.

My car had suspension issues after an incident with a curb, damage was missed by shop my car was first towed to, also had non-functioning seat belts after the impact. Both repairs handled perfectly with great customer service and my car was cleaned inside & out when I got it back!!

Abra was great from the moment I walked in the door until we picked up our car. I was warmly greeted by the receptionist and was able to get a walk-in quote with my daughters car. I was only in Eugene for a couple of days, and Abra was instrumental in expediting the process with my insurance company. I can see now why my insurance company refers Abra to their clients. Im incredibly impressed. We were in an accident, and they handled everything with our insurance incredibly well, it was very easy, and we were updated during the entire process almost daily. They also did a great job of inspecting some other questions we had about the car, unrelated to the accident, and were very reasonably priced. They even buffed out some of our dents on the house. We will be back!

They did a great job and they got it repaired when they said they would. My new hood & bumper looks beautiful. They also wiped down the inside of my car and vacuumed.

My 99 SAAB 9-3 was rear ended, and they did an absolutely amazing job at repairing the damage! Being a SAAB, they couldnt get a replacement bumper, but you wouldnt be able to tell its not brand new. There were huge gouges in the plastic that they somehow complete fixed, and the paint is very well matched. They worked very well with State Farm insurance and Enterprise car rental to make it a seamless and painless experience. And on top of all that it only took three days. 10/10, thank you so much for repairing my Swede!

My car got damaged by a falling limb in the last ice storm. John Wilcox at Kadels handled my auto insurance claim and the repair of my car. This was best auto body repair experience I have ever had. Mismatched paint on entire rear area, unable to install wiring they had disassembled, hid the fact that it was not working, the 3 days past when they said the car was ready to pick up was because they did not know what to do. One of the worst body shops I have had the misfortune to pick.

These guys fixed some stuff in my car that a different body shop didnt do right. Its really their customer service that wins. They communicate well, make it easy and are warm and welcoming. It seems they put people over profit.

When I wrecked my truck the insurance company suggested kadels, and I was apprehensive about using there shop.I was expecting to be haggling and fighting to get things right, as that has been my experience other places. It was not like that at all. I was extremely pleased with kadels, especially john, however all there staff was polite and professional. There were some unforseen issues that came up and they were right on top of it, and handled them to my complete satisfaction. They genuinely went out of there way to make me happy, the best customer service I have had in a long time. True professionals. I took my car to Kadels in August after I was hit in the parking lot at work. They worked with my insurance to get my car all fixed and looking better than it was before the accident. They even worked with my demanding schedual when I asked to bring it in one day, then called and chenged it to a sooner date.They dealed directly with my insurance, wich made the whole thing really easy. I didnt even have to get an adjuster to come out. I just took the car in, set up a date, and a few days later had a brand new hood, and shiny new paint. (And the color match is perfect)I would definitly recomend them to anyone who needs body repairs. Not only is the service great, but the shop itself is very clean and new. Thats the reason I took my car there to begin with. A clean shop means they take pride and care of their work. And they really do.A++

They took 2 months to repair my vehicle! I found out that the money that was paid to fix it was worth the amount of the car. They didnt total it because Abra wouldnt have gotten any money from a totalled car. I am beyond disappointed at their wait time and their shady BS. Dont go to Abra!
