I enjoyed having the team at A&M take care of the damage to my rig. Aya was upbeat and professional, Brianna was efficient, and Stephanie took the time to help me understand the process and costs; associated with the repairs. While I didn’t get to meet the elves in the workshop who did the repairs, they were able to get the truck back to me the same day of my appointment, which was great. The free car wash was a nice perk. Good as new...on the part they fixed.

My first time with a body shop, recommended by my insurance company. It was a positive experience, A&M staff were kind, very helpful and professional. They helped me obtain a rental car, sent timely texts and emails to keep me posted on progress, and completion estimates. I would recommend this business without reservation.

Body work and painting were done to standards and the vehicle was cleaned & detailed prior to pick-up. No complaints there. However, communication with the customer was extremely poor.The vehicle was scheduled for a three day stay. I had to call late in the afternoon of the third day (Friday) to find that the painter had gone on vacation and that the vehicle would need to stay an additional 7 days. Shouldnt the person that scheduled the repair been aware of that? To say the least, I was not happy.

This business is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! Just got my Miata back and I am happy to say that I would go back to this shop again. The level of professionalism is amazing, and I can stand-by the fact that they really want to help you however way they can. They even fixed up some of the small skiffs in the front of my car! Chose them after a collision and they fixed the damages to the side of my car fast. They were easy to work with and streamlined everything with my insurance company. My car came back looking the day I drove it off the lot-- they went the extra mile clean it up and make it look nice. A great small, local garage.

Over the past several years, I have gone toA&M Auto body collection center a couple of times and they have always impressed me with the ease/clarity of their process, reasonable pricing, seamless coordination with insurance company, and most importantly going above and beyond my expectation. In my recent visit, they fix a set of issues that I asked, but I asked them to not fixe one problem on the bumper. When I went to pick a piece from their shop, one of their folks (Elijah) suggested to try to fix the last part that was not repaired. He spent a short time and significantly improve the problem on the bumper without any charges. I really appreciate the fact that they try to take a great care of their customers.

I was involved in a collision in late August. Although A&M had allot going on they took my truck in.My adjuster there was BreAnna Brown, who worked very hard to connect with the Ins. Co`s involved in order to get things rolling. My truck was in their shop for nearly two months, but not because of them. There were difficulties connecting Ins. Co`s, and getting parts because of the pandemic. BreAnna followed through on each problem that came up, doing her very best and beyond to get my truck done as I was under a time line.I found the office Ada, the receptionist, and BreAnna, the adjuster for A&M, to be extremely helpful and courteous throughout the entire process. They made me feel comfortable my truck was in the right hands! There were a few last minute mechanical surprises that came up and BreAnna took charge as she had all along and got them taken care of quickly. I am usually not that easy to please but found this company, A & M to be A plus and would recommend them to anyone I know and everyone I meet who needs this type service.I do hope Ada forgives me if Ive misspelled her name.This is a real evaluation from a real person and I was not paid to say good things. Major repair done on drivers front fender and grill with headlight and foglight replacement, repairs to front sensors, front mountings, and much more. They were very thorough and went through all they did on my car when I picked it up. Was able to use a loaner car during repairs and staff all very pleasant and easy to work with. Love the warranty they give too.

Everyone there was very friendly and helpful, especially our interactions with Aya at the front desk and Isidoro Godinez our consultant and the car was not only expertly repaired but returned totally cleaned and beautiful inside and out. I was in a wreck and A&M Auto Body was the repair shop listed on my insurance. From the moment my car was towed to the shop I was notified immediately when it arrived. I was kept informed of the repairs and updated frequently as to where they were in the process. They also kept the rental car and insurance companies updated as well. I appreciated not having to worry about that. The car was fixed in a timely manner. The employees are friendly, courteous and professional. My car looked as though it had never been hit. I could not have chosen a better shop. Its no surprise why they have been in business so long and maintain an excellent reputation in our community.

A&M performed collision repair on our Durango. It took awhile but the reason for that was they were having issues getting parts. Other than that they were great at keeping us informed and they worked well with our insurance company. We are overly satisfied with their service.

My car was hit in an intersection and got paint and body damage as well as something with the rear tire. A&M took care of the body repairs, matched my. faded paint color exactly, and had the alloy wheel repolished so it looked undamaged. And they handled getting it to and from the tire store I wanted to use for checking out the tire, rim, brakes, suspension, etc. Very happy with all the results!!

I took our car to A&M after getting into a minor accident . I worked with BreAnna who was courteous and professional. They communicated with me throughout providing updates when available. The work was finished on time and the car looks great. While I hope to never require their services again, I would without hesitation return to A&M if need be in the future.

A&M obtained the part I needed faster than anyone else could. In fact, all the other places had all kinds of reasons that they couldn’t find the correct part. The authorized dealership would have cost 4 times the amount A&M charged. A&M called me as soon as the part arrived & when I pulled up expecting to make an appointment to have the part installed, they simply ran out & made the adjustments necessary to install the part on the spot! Then, they under-charged me & wouldn’t take additional cash when offered by me. This is my new go-to body shop & Ill make sure my friends go there too!

A&M Auto not only did a great job servicing my vehicle but their employees were kind, understanding, and diligent. I called to ask for a timely pickup and they called me just hours later. When I arrived they did a couple finishing touches and (after seeing my “lit” dash) ran a free diagnostic report to let me know I was due for some maintenance. The service was great, my car looks great, and now I can go to a mechanic knowing exactly what I need. All in all their employees do a great job. I 10/10 recommend this business.

This place was phenomenal. They had me in and out and gave me a pretty quick estimate as far as work that needed to the done. Then they handled my insurance and everything. The receptionist is probably one of the nicest people I’ve dealt with. Patient and great with kids. Would hope never to have to use a body shop due to a wreck again, but I would not hesitate to use this place again.

My car was taken to A&M for diagnosis and potential body work. A&M was prompt and very communicative with me regarding the process and timing of my vehicle and repair. As it stood, my vehicle was totaled and A&M never completed any work for me but they still treated me with great respect and attention. A business that does that when they stand to gain nothing (I am an out of state resident) is the best in my book. I hope I never need them but Id hire them in a second if I did.

I thought they did a great job! I have a 2004 truck where the roof was starting to rust. They worked on it and matched the paint perfectly and it looks good as new. They were very timely in their communication and let me know every step of the way what was happening (I guess they have an email system now that does that). And they delivered the truck on the day they said they would. Customer service was great and they were friendly. And the price was pretty reasonable for the work that they had to do. So I had a really good experience with them.

Only the second time I have used A&M but if you get into an accident, there is no shop better. Very professional, great work, track the repairs, and great value.

I got in my first accident ever and after reading reviews, chose A and M to fix my beloved Honda CRV. The communication was good, they gave me a free loaner when my insurance took forever to approve additional repairs, and they communicated consistently on the status of my car. My car now looks better than when I first bought it (its used) and they also cleaned it! Great attention to detail and they go above and beyond on their work. Everyone there was helpful and pleasant.

They are amazing! First, only certified Subaru collision specialist in town. Stopped in to have them look at damage done to the front of my car from someone backing into me. They got the parts the next day! They gave me step by step check in texts to let me know the status. Was told it would be 2 weeks and it was only 1.5. They made the entire experience smooth and transparent. Given the circumstances (car damage) it was very pleasant. Highly recommend.

Customer service was on point. I had to get my car repaired and they were the best estimate I got and didnt try to add extra fees without telling me (2 other places tried to sneak in costs that I didnt need). The time in which they did it was also the fastest among other places. There was also a part that they discovered needing replacement further down the line, and because it was possibly an error on their side (not sure), they didnt charge me for this part. My car looks much better once again, and a bonus that really made me go awe was that they dusted my dashboard and clearly wiped down my wheel, and that made me feel good. Thank you very much for the service!

Customer service very rude! I was with my children to get a estimate and the guy that worked there started bring aggressive. I am an victim of abuse so when he started being aggressive to me it scared me n my children. We left asap will never go back there! His name is Isidro and I would be aware since he has two bad reviews about being dishonest and a cheat!

My daughters car was involved in a parking lot accident at Western. Luckily the student who hit the car left a note so we could claim on their insurance. The other party was insistent on getting a second estimate but A&M beat the other estimate for almost $300 less. We brought the car in, we got updates and the car was repaired in 4 days. We were amazed with the repair, happy with their communication, professionalism and the other party was excited that the bill came in less than the estimate. I recommend A&M if youre looking for an honest business, one which took care of arranging the rental car and professional from start to finish.
