Very good prices and great staff very acknowledge always there when you need it

My husband (74) always goes to Packer Norris parts for our 2002 Ford Escape. They are cheaper and if you do the work yourself (a much better job, if you know what I mean). He put the radiator and radiator fan so far. He still needs to put the tension pulley and belts all the hoses to connect to the pump area and the thermostat.Its a lot of work but at least you know its done right.

Disrespectful and degrading to women. If I was a man I would never have been treated the way they did. Women are allowed to work in the industry too! Grow up and accept it!!

Needed plastic tailgate rivets, they charged me 6 dollars each! Looked online and could of ordered them from another supplier for 1.42 each. Guess I paid for not having to wait for delivery.

Ofc you can get aftermarket at a lower price, but the quality isnt always the same. If they dont have what you need in stock it can usually be ordered and youll have it within a few days. Can also get a few different import brands or direct you where to go.They provide parts for Wholesale, dealers, auto & body shops and the at home mechanic. Delivery is available for most shops in and around Maryland; typically same day. Tho they wont usually deliver to a personal residence.

Prices are high, they read from s menu and if something isnt the right part, they say well, thats what the computer says is the right part . They got the Ford stuff though.

RUDE!!!!!! Very rude parts people!!!! Act like I was bothering them making them do their JOB!!! Some parts expensive...like the oil filter but the oil pan was cheaper than the oil filter...guy could care less I was there. Spoke rude and abrupt, not friendly...remember why I stopped using them...
