Friendly and kind staff! They always have great recommendations and are personable and attentive. Products are definitely amazing as well! Nothing quite like a lush bath bomb.

My wife and I visited the Lush boutique at the Westfield mall. There seemed to be a fair enough selection of excellent, all natural products. However, the highlight of the visit was, and should always be, the superb customer service. We had the pleasure of working with Serena. She was very knowledgeable, but most of all, genuinely enthusiastic about her product. Serena made it a very enjoyable experience. Thank you!

I really like this little store. It can average about $10 for a bath bomb, but they are very unique. Bought some of their handmade soaps, and cant even explain the difference after using them. After one use I can visibly see and feel the rejuvenating and fresh difference.

This location is not one of the larger Lush stores but it has quite a selection in a very well organized display. The staff was extremely helpful, nice, and enthusiastic about their job all while helping others customers. Lush is 1 of my favorite places to go but it wouldnt be fair to say that it is a true 5 star Lush compared to other Lush spots.

I love lush. i use the ocean wash the cup of coffee and i really love some of their perfume, even though my favorite has discontinued.My choices are limited as I am allergic to nuts . If you are be careful, shop with a friend and let them touch stuff.

LUSH is amazing!!! We did a LUSH birthday party for my daughter’s 12th birthday and it was seriously the best birthday party ever! Liz and Alyssa were the best!!! They were so sweet and patient with all the kids and made the party a wonderful experience the kids will remember and talk about for a long time! Highly, highly recommend the LUSH party!!!

I love what LUSH does for the environment, their shampoo bars and other natural soaps in bulk are just what is needed to help eliminate plastic use and waste. Grateful for this and other similar stores on a mission for good.

Amazing customer service!! First time visiting LUSH and the staff was extremely helpful and informative. I walked away with a lot of knowledge on the product, as well as a few samples to try at home. The store is large with numerous sample stations around to try out their organic, vegan products including hair care, lotions, bath bombs, oils, etc. Great place to get gifts or pamper yourself, no matter your gender or age. Highly recommend this location!

Excellent service. Walked in and was greeted right away. Someone came over to help me find what I needed within 2 minutes. They found two options for me and I was leaving within 10 minutes. Will come to this location again!

Lush is one of my absolute favorite places for when it comes to smelling good and having the most amazing bath experience ever, Everything is on display and you can test out any products you want in the store before you buy them. The employees are also always very helpful.

Purchased shampoo bar and a conditioning bar.....loved the sampoo bar. Not to pleased with the conditioner. Maybe i got the wrong. Ill try a different one next time.

Impressed at how environmentally conscious LUSH is with their products and product packaging. Plus they accept returns as long as at least 60% of the product remains in the bottle!

I think that their customer service is a little too agressive and it feels fake. I went a couple weeks ago and was getting some advise from one of the sales associates about a moisturizer, as I was explaining to her my concerns, she literally cut me off to say hi to another customer that had just entered the store. Even though she continued to assist me after she said hi to the other customer, I felt that what she did was very rude. The world is not going to end because a customer doesnt get greeted within the first 5 seconds she walks into the store and there were other sale associates that were not assisting any customers that could have greeted the customer that had just entered the store. I felt that all the sales associates are kind of pushy, every time I looked at something, they were already behind me explaining me the product. The best customer service is to offer assistance just once and not be so annoying. I live in the San Marcos area and this is the closest location for me but I would rather drive to the San Diego location or just order my products online.

Approaching this place from anywhere in the mall, the heavenly scents sing to you to come inside for an aromatherapy experience.
