Great service - they helped me print business cards same day! It can be tough to expedite materials and business right now but they went over and above to help me out. Pricing is absolutely worth it for the convenience. I will be going back!

Tip for the Staples Powers That Be....I know protection plans are the most crazy high margin thing you can sell, and practically free money for you. But if youre pushing your employees to sell them so hard that they resort to dishonest practices to do so, thats a problem.

Came in and was greeted by the person close to the door.. Very considerate as I would of needed help to do what I intended to do.. She set me up with the person in the copy center and whala . In and out in just a few minutes..Will be back to get the job finished.. Person in the copy center made it so easy for me...Always will come back to this one and believe me I live 45 minutes away... Its not easy during these trying times having to be covered in masks and wipe everything down.. Cant see who your talking to . Cant hear what anyone is saying.. I give them alot of credit and the store was exceptionally clean.. It saddens me to see not many people in the stores... Good job all of you

Pros:- Good amount of office supplies and small things you forget about as well.- Tons of selections for office chairs- decent priced office furnitureCons:- Pricey on small things like keyboards, mouse, phone cases, etc.Experience:- I went in to get a small office desk and spent 25min not just waiting for someone to help but looking around for someone as well until I had to skip a line and ask if someone could help me with getting the desk I wanted. After a couple minutes, a gentleman came to help just to find out they didnt have it in stock and neither did they have it online to order. Simply put, I wasted 45min of my time. Good looking store, clean inside, well organized but, spent way too much time just to not be helped and told they didnt even have what I wanted at the end.

The worst customer service. Left after being lied to by the Manager about the ability of another employee to put together a product I planned to purchase. Hes put together several of these, said the Manger. When I then asked the employee if he had ever put this item together, he said, No, Ive never put together any of these. Weird. Why lie? Customers pay extra to have the store employees assemble a product, right? Hence, its a reasonable question to expect that we want it put together correctly. I guess it didnt matter to the Manager. Bye.

Had to walk around forever looking for something I couldnt find. Finally I was helped by a gentleman in the back of the store. The cashier didnt greet me, say thank you , or even smile. The other lady(employee) off to the left of the main registers just stared at me like I was from a different planet. Very unfriendly people. Wont be back.

I placed an order for postcards online. They took forever to send me the email saying it was done. 2/3 had significant color flaws. The guy asked me if I wanted then redone or if I just wanted to good ones discounted at half the cost. He seriously called taking100 postcards at half the cost of 200 a discount. He reprinted them but I had to go back the next day and then working out the discount for the error and inconvenience took a long time and didnt come out right, either, but probably to my benefit.

Respectful, helpful and easy to work with @ the copy and print department. They are open late during the week which helps out also!

I walked in to look to see if they carried Moleskine stetchbooks and looked at there display, they didnt. I thought, Ill just have alook around and see if anything catches my eye. I probably spent a good 15 to 20 mins walking around the store, not once was I greeted. As I go to leave, an employes or manager stops me, maam did you not find what you need. I told him Im fine and I was just looking. He began again what can I help you find? Dude, im leaving, if i wanted to buy something i would have... it made me feel like was being interrogated and i was waiting for him to ask to search my bag. Thanks guy... probably never going to that store again.

They advertise that they can fix broken Iphone glass. The first staples I called never answered their phone, the 2nd one I called said they mail the phone out and it will be back in a week. I then called this one and they said yes we do it in 4 hours. So I went, I show up and hand him the broken phone. He says , oh man we are out of parts, we need to order some, maybe they will be here in 5 days. Clearly they dont really fix the phones. I went to the apple store like I should have done in the first place

BEWAREDropped of an Amazon return at Staples in Escondido for UPS pickup. Several weeks later, after receiving no refund on our credit card statement researched the problem.The package was never received by UPS. Staples LOST the package!Returning to the store it was explained that STAPLES is NOT responsible for packages dropped off for either USPS or UPS.
