We called Rent-A-Center in need of a fridge due to a broken fridge, our warranty company wasnt going to be able to fix ours for 3+ weeks. I spoke with Ivan and within 2 hours we had a fridge delivered and installed in our home. We are forever grateful and appreciative of the amazing customer service we received! The ladies here are great I won’t use names for privacy However I called them Monday told them the table that I wanted they did all the paperwork over the phone and had it all delivered all in one day so if you’re looking to go to Rent A Center definitely go here they’re super helpful and everything came with a scratch

Good place to build your credit, yes the prices may be a little higher but its easy to pay in weekly or monthly payments. You have the option to pay off in 4 or 6 months with no interest same as cash as thay call it

Wow..I am truly shocked to see the bad experiences shared. I am sorry you have all encountered this. I have been a customer for years..I continue to go back because it has always been easy and convenient. No issues with their products, warranty, delivery or customer services. 5 stars from me.

I came to rent a center for the first time because my bf recommended it. I just want to say the bald guy with glasses was very rude and no help what so over. He stood there behind the desk for 30 mins without asking me if I needed help or how the whole thing worked. Again I am new to all of this so a little help would’ve been fantastic. He ruined my first experience. I won’t be back again. Disappointed!

This place has the worst customer service ever. They have this employee named Richard that has the nerve to call and give attitude . They honestly need to fire that old man and find people with good customer service cause Ive had enough of their crap. They are definitely loosing clients and the people that I referred. Go ANYWHERE ELSE but here. Unless you want to get the wrong furniture or pieces missing .They deserve to get no stars at all !

I have been renting from Rent A Center in Escondido,CA. The service I have gotten here has been a nightmare! Eddie is the manager there and he is RUDE!!! He never lets you speak when you talk to him its as if he loves the sound of his own voice. He trys to hurry you off the phone with him. I have been renting a T.V. a stand, and a home theater system from them. The delivery was a week late and the home theater system had a busted speaker, which they had said they would come back later and fix. Needless to say THEY NEVER SHOWED UP and its been two months!!! Please listen to my WARNING do not rent for them go to Aarons Sales and Lease. I also recommend USA Living.P.S. I called them two days ago to tell them to pick up their stuff and they told me Saturday they would come and now they are telling me Monday! Nice service Rent A Nightmare!!!!

Terrible customer service! I wasnt helped. I was spoken rudely too by an employee. I asked about a TV he said were only 3 people you cant expect us to help everyone. You work in the customer service department!! Its your JOB to help people. I only had a question about a TV hate to be a person who wanted to purchase one! Youre better off going to a different store!

I Bought my New Bed Here And I Love It!

Using this place was truly what nightmares are made of. They didnt deliver the furniture when they said they would and changed the deliver date three times. They didnt pick up when they said they would.They dont return phone messages. The one of chair cushions was very worn and shody looking.Do yourself a favor and save your piece of mind avoid, avoid this store.

They never call you back they dont deliver your furniture when they say. I have asked to speak to the manager Eddie and he never calls me back I have been promised my couch for 4 days now and assistant manager Luis is a lier!!! I do not recommend this location. Now I am going to have to fight to get my money back. And they would not let me speak to cutis regional superior.

Since day one I have had trouble with this location. They are rude and very obnoxious, they have a bitterness sense to them. I have had encountered the worst customer service there!!. They feel like they can threaten you and you have to be submissive if not they will make it HELL everytime you go in to make a payment. These people are very spiteful; They supposedly fired everyone and got new management but the same crap still goes on. There is a particular man there names Richard and he is an older man, very rude and damn right offensive. I am done with this place, I DONT RECOMMEND this place at all. The worst location and company, if I wasnt too far in with my bill I would have left this place a long time ago. Please people do yourself a favor, DONT get anything from there.
