Mario is the best. He helped us choose a washer dryer set that was repairable. And then when it didnt fit right, he made it fit. Best experience ever.

These guys were the best. I was without a dryer less than 24 hours and they delivered on a Saturday, installed my new dryer, 20 miles from their store, and hauled the old one away for only $45. Impressive.I am a direct person and questioned them about some of the complaints within their reviews, to see what theyd say. I wanted to decide for myself if the complaints had any merit.Mauricio kindly and professionally explained that sometimes people want/need their item fixed that day, and do not understand this small store does not stock every possible part for every possible brand of every possible appliance that was ever made. Sometimes parts need to be ordered which will cause a delay in the repair. He did not blame or fault the complaining customers which impressed me, because thats true professionalism.Instead he just explained why they might be complaining.I feel confident that this is the type of store that I want to support. I believe they truly do their best in ever situation and I feel like they would truly do their best to help me if my appliance broke, or if I needed a new one, etc. And such a savings over buying something new, Dave Ramsey would be proud of me.

Great Service and affordable. Purchased a used matching washer and dryer set. They arrived later that week and installed it. Worked great for several months. Then there was a glitch with the washer and it was under warranty. Called and they came out the same week with another washer and replaced it. Extremely accommodating and hassle free. I am grateful. Definitely recommend.

Our freezer went out yesterday and Mario at Serv-U-Appliance was able to come by at the end of his work day to repair it. He diagnosed the problem quickly and was able to repair it on the spot at a reasonable cost. Im very thankful to Mario and Serv-U-Appliance for their prompt and professional service. Thanks to their promptness we were able to save over $300 worth of frozen food!

Compared to all the used appliance stores we tried this place blew them out of the water. Good inventory, great customer service. Went in for a washer and dryer today and already had it delivered and installed, all within a couple hours.

Great place to get used appliances and they fix them too. I purchase a used dryer from them for a good price but once i took it home it wasnt drying because there was no heat. I took it back to have them fix it and in a manner of minutes they fix the problem. They offer a 9 month warranty and they are able to deliver or pick up your appliances too but in my situation it was faster to take it myself back to the store than waiting 1hr or 2 for them to come to me. Good customer service and polite, I recommend this place for anyone trying to get used appliances. My dryer has been working fine.

Washers and Dryers don’t have to be super complicated. People often replace them after just a few years. Good news for you. I got a fantastic newer GE dryer for $125! I’ve had it a few months now and it works great. You can still buy this model at Home Depot for $625. Delivered and installed by a professional dressed clean in a nice truck. Very impressed.

If I could give a zero I would. Called them in Dec and they came and looked at my washer pulled it apart and didnt bother putting it back. Said they were going to order a part and never heard from them again. I wanted them to fix it and I paid the fee. Its their job to finish the job.

These guys are awesome! They offer a nine month warranty on what they sell and follow through. They came out twice to work on my dryer. Professional, kind and great customer service. And their used appliances are well priced. Highly recommend.

Had these guys come out around a month ago to fix my fridge and my washer. ( Which both now are working perfectly) the washer was fixed in no time flat, however the fridge kept giving problems. They fixed it then and just yesterday it started making this super loud noise like it was about to fly out of my kitchen lol it was so nerve racking! However today I had planned to call and ask if they could come look at it, but they beat me to it. They had called me first to notify me of a driver (Herman) scheduled to come within the next 24 hours. I was surprised because I hadnt even notified them yet. Well come to find out, the driver (Herman) told them it wouldnt be long before I called, only because he knew that the part was going out. I just wanna say thank you so much for being so knowledgeable in what you do. Thank you guys so much ❤️

When my fridge died, Mario try everything he could. But the old girl was not gonna give me another day.I told Mario what kind of used fridge I wanted. He did not have in Stock so he gave me a loaner. And not a beat down piece of garbage.It took a few days to find what I wanted.Heres the best part.He would not let me have the new-to-me fridge UNTIL he let it run in his shop for a week. After calling around & being told it would be 2 weeks to get an appointment even with the guys that advertise same day service! I called Serve U Appliance. Called at 9 am & by 3 pm Herman had my refrigerator humming. Very fair, reasonable, & fast service. These guys earned their 5 Stars.....

Amazing service. I have known Mario work from his previous employer for years, This is the 2nd time I have used Serve U Appliance since he started his own buisness. Even though thier schedule was booked he was able to fit me in to fix the washer for my cleaning buisness. They are Fast, on schedule, and very reasonably priced. The Tech was very informative on how to maintain the continuity of my front loading washer. Wont use anyone els for repairs. Fair and Friendly service.

I just moved here and was stunned to find that I have to buy a washer, dryer and fridge while renting a house at $$$$s a month! I went to this shop and they took great care of me. I got a great bundled deal from Mario on all 3 used (but looks like new and works great, even got a stainless refrigerator). Picked, bought and delivered and installed the next day. Also very polite and responsive. The store looks a bit seedy from the outside but they are great guys doing a good job at a very fair price.

Just had them service my business. My team tellse they were Fantastic, something they have never said about any other company that has come out to repair our appliances. I will call these guys first every time from here on out. My team tells me they were courteous and friendly as well, which is an added bonus.

Edwin was the one that called me to let me know the tech would arrive at my condo between 3:00-5:00. He was super friendly and even apologized that they were not able to fix the problem on Saturday. He explained that the tech had to order the part and didn’t realize he would need a dolly, since it was just supposed to be a visit to determine what was wrong with it. Today, the tech arrived right at 3:00. He was friendly and very fast. He ended up replacing a hose that wasn’t on the original order, which I thought was very helpful. My handyman Jessy recommended these guys to me and I’m so glad I used them! Their prices were faif. I am extremely satisfied with their service and would definitely use them again.

I’ve been a customer since 2001, when we first got our apartment and needed to rent a washer/dryer combo. They’re extremely reasonable, and any service is covered when renting. Since we purchased a new unit in 2003, I’ve relied upon them for the rare need for service and repairs- always great customer service, honest and affordable. They’ve actually saved us money instead of upselling anything- a breath of fresh air these days!

There ok the manager where I live has sent this company out 2 times for a leaking refrigerator the 2nd time the guy actually figured it out. Then 2 times for my oven door the first time I have no idea what he thought he did because he didnt fix the problem I had to show my apartment manager what the problem still was and he sent the guy back out to just replace the whole oven because the oven door wouldnt seal the hinges were bent. Also found out that if you have roaches these guys claim they have the only gel that kills for good for $35. Thats not correct I found the same stuff on Amazon for $ 26.

This company sent their serviceman to my home to fix my washer. I was told they would come between 2-4pm. They arrived promptly at 2:05pm to look at my washer. It was told to me that the repair was minimal and that the fix would require a bolt from the main shop and a dolly, but that the serviceman would have to come back another day to make the repair even though it wasnt even 2:30pm yet. I called the main office to voice my concern. Their website indicates they are closed on Saturdays, but when I called they stated there were customers in the shop that were of greater need and blew off my concern. I had to request off from work for this useless company to waste my entire day, to then tell me I would have to request off work again because they couldnt hold up their end of the deal. I would like to know why I was either lied to by the person on the phone, or why their website it lying to me. I would also like to know when I am going to be compensated by the company for the hours I am losing from work, or when they are going to get their useless servicemen to do their jobs. I would never recommend this company to anyone and would suggest you take your business elsewhere.

Called on the day the dryer stopped working in morning . They were were already booked for the day but managed to work us in to their schedule and Mario even showed up 15 minutes before the appointment. Same day repair-great service!

I just had them come out to fix my dishwasher. Ive used them in the past for my dryer repair and so when I found out that it was a brand new owner I was a little concerned. But Mario who is the new owner had me describe what the symptoms of the problem was and he determined the issue. He researched the parts and found a remanufactured part at the lowest cost and the service/labor charge was $65.Im happy that I am recommending a local business and someone who lives in my neighborhood. He was professional and clean (and clean-cut) and fixed the problem. If I had another issue with appliance needs in the future - I would call them again.
