After shopping at a few other appliance stores where we were ignored and told to put our name on a list several times, we went into Pacific Sales and their amazing reviews are honestly all true. We walked in and were greeted immediately by Caleb and they quickly set us up with Joanna. She gave her suggestions for a kitchen remodel and bathroom remodel. When purchasing our appliances we worked with Tony and Chris in plumbing who are both very knowledgeable. I have never experienced better customer service at an appliance store. When I called to get an eta for a plumbing fixture, Chris gave me an estimate and it was still on backorder. He then took the time to look up a replacement that would go with our shower fixtures so we could get started on our bathroom and not have to wait. Dont waste your time with the other places, just go here!

All I can say is Pacific Sales Escondido is the go to place and that I don’t think you’ll find a better place that has all your Kitchen & Bath finishes! I also have to give a shout out to Joanna for her service and professionalism! Since the beginning her and her team helped me look for the perfect high end appliances that would work and look good for the very high end house I was building at the time. They were also able to answer all the questions and things I needed to know. So… when I received all my appliances everything was absolutely perfect except for one of the dishwashers that I found out later when I opened the box. That’s why it’s always good to open everything once you receive it and to check everything ASAP and so you don’t have issues later! But anyways… Joanna was able to contact the company and solve the issue very quickly and the dishwasher was replaced ASAP! Once again I think you very much Joanna for all your help and hard work! This also goes out to everyone else that helped me and works at Pacific Sales! Can’t wait to do more business with you guys and I definitely highly recommend this place!!

The manager Joanna at Escondido is wonderful and really enjoyable to work with! She is very efficient and knowledge. She spent quality time with me and helping me find the perfect appliances. Tony was also extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We had a great time together. We found a unique kitchen hood as well that I was able to collaborate finding the right design and they now carry it for all to choose from. They have a incredible products and a good array of items to choose from. All the staff were friendly and helpful too. Her knowledge helped make it a great experience. Joanna assisted us. She was great. She listened to what we wanted in our kitchen and guided is through their vast array of products. She listened but did not try to direct our decision. Were doing a kitchen remodel. After searching big box and specialty stores we found Pacific Sales in Escondido - more specifically - we found Ben Moorhead! Ben took the time to review our sink/faucet options and then Allen and Michael helped with a wine fridge and range hood. They all were simply amazing and so helpful, knowledgeable and professional. This is my first review ever. I just needed to post something about my experience at this store. I went into the store 15 minutes before closing thinking I was just going to get one item and I’d be super quick. I left over an hour later (keeping the employees way past quitting time). During the hour (in which most time was spent wading through a nightmare checkout process not at all the fault of the staff - update your POS procedures Best Buy) everyone was super nice, working together to get through the purchase. I want to thank Tony, Mary, Joanna, and Caleb for their calm, courteous, and professional demeanor. If I had been on the other side of the desk I would not have been as patient!

Just want to give a shout out to Joanna & Kaleb at Pacific Sales in Escondido. They both went above and beyond excellent customer service. We had a new refrigerator delivered and installed. A few hours later when the ice maker started we noticed a puddle of water seeping from the bottom of the refrigerator. I called the delivery and installation department and was told that the next appointment to send a tech would be in three days. So I called the store and talked to Joanna and she decided to send Kaleb to at least shut the valve to the water line until the appointment. Kaleb showed up with a bag of ice to make sure we wouldn’t go without. He found out that the water line along the side was unhooked (manufacturer’s fault) He put it back together and that seems to have solved the problem saving us a lot of headaches. Kaleb also offered to come back to shut the valve if the fix didn’t work. Joanna even called at the end of her shift to make sure everything was still working fine. In a world where excellent customer service is almost extinct, Joanna and Kaleb proved that it still can exist.

Michael Lundstrom is a dedicated competent customer service representative. He assisted with an exchange and upgrade that we had numerous difficulties including 3 washers and 3 dryer install issues. When the delivery guys from Best Buy (Pacific Sales Products are delivered by Best Buy personnel) didnt install a new gas line as purchased he handled it, when we wanted to upgrade our purchase he assisted the complicated process. He insured that a new washer was delivered after the Best Buy installers, installed it correctly causing water to leak all over( thank goodness for washer plastic pans definitely worth it in an upstairs laundry room.) Overall though the issues were numerous and the installers a nightmare, Michael is the sales representative you want at Pacific Sales in Escondido.

We were in desperate need of a refrigerator after ours broke suddenly. We went to, probably, the best appliance store I’ve ever been to: Pacific Sales in Escondido. The staff is always friendly, always knowledgeable and helpful, not pushy about selling the most expensive item, working and really focusing on my needs.I’d like to give a shout out to Mike and Mary today. Mike listened to exactly what we needed didn’t push any other item on us and the refrigerator will be delivered in three days! I couldn’t be happier. The topping on the cake was Mary: she made the purchase super easy, seamless, and made us laugh a few times. I highly recommend Pacific Sales in Escondido and these two associates.

Extremely happy with the service Manny has provided to my company I have been remodeling homes in Arkansas for a very long time now and finding the appliances was always a struggle for me. I did my first purchase with Manny in December and since then I have done all my appliance selections through him. He is knowledgeable and has great customer service but most of all he is a go getter. No matter what gets in the way Manny always finds a solution and for that I will keep buying all my appliances trough Pacific Sales.

Unfortunately, we couldnt make it into the store to see anything in person so everything had to be handled remotely. Thank goodness for Joanna, only nice comment of this post . Make sure you see her to get advice, amazing customer service and guidance. We wished we ddi prior to our purchase. That’s what makes her extra special because she didn’t even sell us our fridge but went our of her way to help us. .We bought a Viking fridge for our built in and it took five months for the order to arrive as we were very excited as we already had two Viking microwaves, two Viking ovens and one Viking dishwasher. During the installation the fridge was making a very loud noise. I was told this should go away within an hour. 24 hours later the noise is still consistent and there is no ice. They came out times three within nine days and replaced the icemaker and it still didn’t work. As we are waiting for them to replace ice maker we finally stock our fridge and freezer with lots of food. 48 hours later the freezer fan breaks as well as the fridge. We lose all our food. The technicians come out again only to have ordered the wrong parts. They come out again and replace the parts within hours the fridge goes up to 57° and the alarm goes off intermittently. Pacific Sales has to turn this over to Viking for help as that is who they reach out to as well.I would call 3 to 4 times a day to be promised a return phone call with none. If I did get in touch with someone it would be a promise to hear back from their boss Tim Stewart Regional manager of California that he would help, guide and me and that he’s very caring and is not OKAY with unsatisfactory customer service let alone broken/ paid for products. This was completely falsified information. It took him over two months to call me back with me calling every other day sometimes.. When I finally got in touch with him he had an attitude and then he seemed to listen for about two minutes. He told me to write a lengthy email so he could help me. A week later in one sentence ” sorry can’t help you”.I tried to reach out to him again for an explanation and he refused to respond to me but had a technician reach out to me asking if they can come out to do a diagnosis again on the fridge x9. They admitted they had no idea what was wrong with the fridge. No one cared about how much time I had to takeoff from work. TIM STEWART does not stand behind the VIKING BRAND nor his own name “TIM STEWART!”I will never buy another Viking product and I’ll be more than happy to tell everybody the story. The outcome is I still have a broken Viking fridge in my home with a family and there is nothing I can do to get rid of this fridge that’s alarms goes off at random times and is unusable and loud. My new fridge arrives December 2021, NOT a VIKING.. This VIKING was ordered and paid in full last February. TIM STEWART should be ashamed of himself.I do want to make a shout out to Joanna again at the Escondido branch of Pacific Sales. She has been kind, comforting, understanding and has tried everything in her power to help us. She returned phone calls after hours and tried many numerous things to help accommodate my family and I. We will recommend her to anyone and everyone. She is an amazing person!!!

I normally dont take time to do company or product reviews online; but due to the outstanding experience I had at the Pacific Sales - Escondido store with Appliance Specialist, Zaid Sharifi, I just had to share! Zaid Sharifi was so knowledgeable & patient as I asked tons of questions about different appliances & brands for our kitchen remodel. When I asked him about features of each appliance he was knowledgeable & helpful. If he didnt know the exact specification I needed, he would quickly look it up & even offered to print the specs for me to take back to my contractor. VERY HELPFUL! Zaid even stayed a bit after closing hours to finish giving me price comparisons & spec sheets. He never tried to rush me or pressure sell me. I really appreciated Zaids calm demeanor & attitude with me & my husband. I purchased a stove hood that night, but later found out from my contractor that I bought the wrong size. I called Zaid & he said no problem, we can fix this over the phone for you. Wow, I was so stressed over all the details of this remodel & he was so calm & helpful in fixing my mistake! My husband & I later went back & purchased a stove, microwave & fridge from him. I wish all sales people were as kind, knowledgeable, helpful & no-pressure sales like Zaid. Its a more personal experience. Home style feel. The employees will help you dream and come up with bathroom/kitchen ideas. The prices are aggressive if not better than big box home Improvement stores. The quality of products are beyond whats out there. On the Appliance side. The employees do try there best to get you the best of the best with alot of them having over 20 plus years in the business. Its not the same service from your typical hardware store. Many people dont know they sell plumbing and kitchen fixtures , sinks, disposals etc. Its distributor grade, not the typical hardware grade. Meaning much more Brass and a lot less plating. The store carries the higher end appliances. Viking, Thermador, Wolf, Mele. On the plumbing side they have Graff , Newport Brass, Waterstone etc.

Joanna is the best. We purchased new kitchen appliances, all but the fridge. The experience was great. PS has a lot to offer. We did have an issue with the range which required multiple services call to try and resolve the issue. Joanna was constantly following up on our repair progress. Unfortunately, the problem was not corrected, UNTIL Joanna got involved. Within a day of telling her the range was a lemon, Joanna elevated the issue and now the manufacturer is sending us an upgraded model. Couldnt be happier with the outcome.

Friendly and well informed sales staff that cares about your business. I bought two clearance items off the floor in addition to other items and had to leave them there after leaving town for emergency for a long stint. They held them for me for a long time and had the best and most patient attitude. Super helpful taking apart an item so I could fit it in my car. After purchasing the plumbing, we ran into a few issues on my end where we misplaced pieces. They are a great one stop shop with terrific pricing. I met Christopher Graciano in plumbing while doing an addition onto my home. I found Chris to be very knowledgeable in helping me to pick products that not only were in line with my vision but also my budget. Chris helped me through all the changes that come with an addition and he remained the constant professional. Chris was quick to call me back on the times that I had to leave a message. Im so happy for the opportunity to have worked with him and look forward to seeing him in any future projects I may have.

Tony at Pacific Sales in Escondido was a rock star! He was my one stop appliance shop when building our new ADU in Encinitas. He not only found me the right appliances for the unit, but knew how to package them together to get the best pricing. I had a small laundry room which was hard to find the right stacking washer/dryer, but alas Tony knew what I needed. I own 6 properties and I have shopped Sears Outlet Center many times, but will now always go to Tony for my appliance needs.

We shopped appliances at Lowes and Home Depot then went to Pacific Sales. Pacific Sale price matched everything. The biggest difference was significantly more knowledge and expertise.

Had a terrific experience shopping for dishwashers this afternoon at Pacific Sales Escondido. The appliance specialist Tony Coffin greeted me as I walked in and began asking me about what I was looking for in a dishwasher. Told him mine had died and needed something to match the other appliances. He carefully went over the options available with the various models and in the end I purchased a perfect fit for my home at a competitive price. He even arranged to have it quickly installed around my families schedule.Tony and Pacific Sales has earned my respect and future business!

Helpful staff to educate and advise of huge variety of fixtures and items for almost any project. Great price range! Not trying to force high end down your throat.

I love my new Wolf/Subzero kitchen!! I came in for a remodel and didn’t even know about wolf and subzero. The salesman helping me was very smart and explained all the great benefits of the appliances and I condone help but to say yes. We opened a new card with them which’s was very fast and they gave me 18months zero% financing!!!! So awesome! One of the best buying experiences I have ever had. They had so many too chose from and I wasn’t the easiest to deal with after switching my mind 10 times. Tony was very patient with me and was always there for me with a smile. Customer service is excellent. We bought a Samsung refrigerator a few years ago and had some issues come up with it. The customer service people are so helpful and friendly and have taken care of us every time. They maintain our warranty information and always send a technician right away. Will buy all my major appliances here.

Tony saved the day for us. We were really burned out after several frustrating days shopping for a new refrigerator. I wish we had thought of Pacific Sales first. My husband and I went to buy a refrigerator. Tony Coffin was our sales rep. He was great and knowledgeable and was able to cater to our needs right away. We knew what we wanted and he guided us well.The front desk staff and other sales reps were all friendly and fun. I would go back for any other appliances to this store! Thanks Tony.The two turn downs for us were, we bought a sub zero and it was a thousand dollars about our budget and in spite of me trying all methods nothing was done to make it fit my budget, no store credit nothing. I got to speak with the manager as well who was very impersonal and only repeated ( with a much sterner, impersonal and unfriendly robotic attitude) what Tony kept telling us, so i dont think i will talk/ negotiate with him in future.The second one was- during installing i had a person that was super anxious and kind of putting us in tight spots beginning of the installation and we had to really put him in place for him to stop that annoying behavior and call his Boss, Junior.Junior spent 5 hours ( although our Friday evening plans were ruined) he took care of everything and was fantastic! Thanks Junior.

Pacific Sales in Escondido has amazing customer service. Stewart helped us find what we were looking for and Daisy was always friendly during checkout and pickup.

Knowledgeable staff to help you get what you need and not over sell. They beat Sears prices , warranty with free delivery. We spent over $1,400 for state of the art washer and dryer. They give you free delivery. Sears chargers for delivery fyi. :)

Great experience! Recently bought a Samsung TV as well as a Lynx grill for a great price. I worked with the manager Sergio who was extremely knowledgeable, and worked to get me the best product, at the best price possible. The checkout process was smooth, and the people were polite. I would highly recommend this store to anyone looking for great service and a great price on appliances and electronics.

Great products and excellent sales staff. Extended warranty is Horrible - beware! It took 1-1/2 weeks and hours of phone time and 2 repair companies to be told we need to defrost a 2 year old $3000 refrigerator.

Worst customer service ever! Ordered an item in November and they still dont have it. We never get a call back when we try to check the status and when we go into the showroom no-one seems to know what is holding up our order. For such a high end place I would expect much better service!

Fiance and myself bought appliance here. In and Out, received the information we were looking for and great service. Any questions the rep couldnt assist with, the manager was able to assist.

We should have read the other reviews. Buying a new oven at the store was easy and we felt well taken care of. Getting it delivered has been a nightmare. They have now failed to deliver on the THIRD scheduled appointment. We are still waiting for then to call us back with a new time window we have no faith they will be able to meet. There has got to be a better place to buy an appliance!

Decent selection.

Bought a refrigerator to replace ours that broke. Pacific Sales delivery guys showed up late, then refused to install it because they didnt like the way our water line looked, even though it was the same brand of refrigerator with the exact same hookup. Left the brand new fridge in the box in my garage. Made an appointment to come back 2 days later to do the installation after we fixed the water line. Never showed up after telling us they would be at our house between 7 and 11, then between 3 and 7. These people are either liars or incompetent or both. Ive shopped at Ferguson Appliances in the past, would definitely go there again instead of Pacific Sales. I will never set foot in Pacific Sales ever again!

We just bought a stove, refrigerator and microwave from Pacific Sales and I have to say it was a very pleasant experience. This is not One of my favorite things to do because of sales people pressuring and pushing you which angers me and I usually leave. There was none of that from Bobbie Adams she was awesome to deal with. She saw us looking lost and in need of help and came from another department to help us out. She found out everything we needed to know and got us what we wanted. Wonderful experience with herOn the backend Suzann and Lazzaris did an amazing job helping us pay and get delivery set up.I will certainly go back if I need anything else and will recommend this store to anyone I knowThanks so much for the pleasant shopping experience.

Went in to buy a refrig. after about 15 minutes a salesman came over started helping when another salesman came over to tell him lunch was ready but his hamburger had no cheese. they argued about who gets cheese and who doesnt as if I was invisible. I told him go eat your lunch we were left alone. After about ten more minutes I had landed on a product I wanted but had a couple of more questions asked for help but since , I guess, my first salesperson was now helping a lady in the high dollar section the idle salespeople did not want to help me and in fact argued about who was going to help me.Pass Ill go elsewhere. i have spent thousands over the years there but no more its costco for me.

We had a TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE at this store. We bought an expensive oven and when it was installed it did not turn on. Their customer service was very poor and they refused to replace our newly bought oven. This was a very disappointing experience and I recommend that you never even think about going to this stupid store.

We have worked with Kathy Queener and purchased several appliances. She has gone out of her way to help us decide the appropriate appliances for our application. She has also helped us resolve warranty issues. We highly recommend Pacific Sales and Kathy Queener as sales consultant.Jeff & Catherine

Horrible service! I purchased a refridgerator over 6 weeks ago it was supposed to be delivered between 4 and 6 weeks from the date of purchase. I had to call and check on the status of the order because they forgot about my. Scheduled delivery for Friday the oct. 21 between 4 and 8 pm. I left my mother in the hospital post surgery to come home for the delivery only to find a message at 2:11 pm asking if I had been informed that my appliance was still not available and maybe could be available Monday. They we sorry for the trouble. I canceled the entire purchase and will buy this appliance from a competitor, even if the price is slightly higher. I will never shop at Pacific Sales again.

This place is ok, they have some good deals. Their delivery is AWFUL!!!!I purchased a washer & dryer on a Saturday. Gave them a full week to figure out how to deliver it the following Saturday. They said they would call me the day before to schedule with me. That day came (Friday) and no phone call.I proceeded to call them and they said the schedule was not done yet and that they create the schedule between 5 and 9 pm...so they couldnt tell me when they could deliver my items.....I know weird. They also said they would call me that day (friday).Again, they never called me back or told me when they could come. I called back Saturday morning (delivery day) at 7am and they said it would be delivered between 3 and 7pm that day and sorry about the fact that no one called the day before.After waiting around my house between 3 and 7, I got a phone call that their truck broke down at 6:30pm. That they couldnt deliver it until Tuesday. (rolling eyes).I really think they had no intention on delivering my washer and dryer on Saturday as promised and were just giving me the runaround.

The service department and the management/manager cannot support the customer volume in this area. Because of that, I would not purchase from Pacific Sales Escondido, but rather go to another store that has better documented service/management support.I bought the pro series Viking Dishwasher from them which they installed last week (after waiting 5 days for a installation appt). When the installer left, I ran the unit and it shut off after 3 minutes displaying error codes on the control panel. I called the store immediately and was told I would get a call back that evening or the latest the next day, which I didn’t. I finally got another service appointment for NINE days later. Their customer service people would rather avoid the problem than communicate/resolve problems with a justifiably unhappy person.I would go a step further in saying that if I were a manufacturer; I would pull their dealership, as they cannot provide adequate service/management for the product in this area.Service on my brand new Viking pro series dishwasher is still unresolved.

LOUSY , LOUSY ,SERVICE. CHARGED ME FOR ATTACHMENT KIT BUT NOT DELIVERED. SCHEDULING A DELIVERY WAS A NIGHTMARE . HAD TO PAY MY CONTRACTOR OVERTIME TO STAY FOR DELIVERY AND RUN TO HOME DEPOT FOR INSTALL KIT WHICH I DELIVERED.
