Great service that gets the job done right everytime. The only downside is the parking lot is always full, but other than that highly recommend.

I made an appointment for my vehicle to get checked out and I was told to make sure to drop it off right when they opened at 7am. I dropped it off the afternoon prior so that they would have it first thing. Near the end of the day I called and asked for a update and they said they didn’t get to it but would look at it first thing in the morning. The next day came and went and when I called in the late afternoon they said they weren’t going to be able to get to it again. If you need your vehicle to get back quick this isn’t the place to take it.

I initially went to Goodsons because of reviews I saw online. I took my vehicle in for an oil change and had a wonderful experience. This time I was in for a low tire. I also asked them to check the other tires, fluids, etc to prepare for a road trip. They took care of my tire and vehicle, were friendly, and got me road ready for less than $20! Im grateful to have found a great place to care for my vehicle!

I’m a single mom with a fixed income. I don’t understand much about cars. A mechanic told me that my shocks & struts were shot & I need all 4 break pads changed. He estimated $1700! I took my car to Goodson Tire & Auto & they said I don’t need anything. That my SUV is running the way it’s supposed to. Another time my tire was low but the car shook. They told me that I had a knot & to go very slowly to where I bought the tires & they’ll give me a new one free of charge. May God bless them for their honesty! I’ll never go anywhere else & I trust them completely.

Took in my vehicle for a minor issue to be fixed before I moved out of state but took this business 3 visits to finally fix it. They are terrible with giving their customers updates on how long to fix the vehicle. I had to drive my vehicle back 2 times as the issue they said they fixed was not fixed at all. The mechanic who looked like a high school student seems like he does not know what he’s doing. I would go to a different shop if I were you if you’re strapped for time. Prices are fair here is only the good thing

We have been bringing all of our vehicles here for repairs and preventive maintenance for a couple of years and have never had a problem with work or service. Very friendly front office.Took away one star today after getting pushed to the end of the line for no apparent reason and no communication.

Every time I have a problem I dont even think of going anywhere else. I bought a full set of tires after I found a screwdriver in one of mine, needed new tires anyways. Found a nail just the other day and they fixed it in just a few minutes. They also replaced the coil packs in my 2008 F150. Good pricing and great service

Outstanding service! The service manager was super polite and very helpful. I had a new tire installed on my vehicle and was there for maybe 20 minutes. Great service, great employees and very fast service!

Charged about $11.00 A Quart for fluid could have got anywhere in town for around $6.00 I checked... Leaks on Vehicle that Will was paid to fix. When talking to him before agreeing to let him do the work was like talking to an old friend, MUCH DIFFERENT WHEN PICKING UP VEHICLE. Was like I. was at some other shop talking to a different person... An. Many other problems also... VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Got my rims swapped here and now my truck shakes(it didnt before I brought it there) even after the alignment. They test drove my truck im sure but never said anything to me about the shake.good place but service could be better

Didnt know a trustworthy mechanic when I moved to town. After some bad experiences with a few local shops these folks were recommended to me by a co-worker. Since then Ive taken numerous vehicles to Goodsons and theyve never dissappointed. The desk manager treats me like family and I have no doubt theyve saved me hundreds of dollars over competitors on several trips. I trust them to identify whats wrong with my vehicles and theyve always been up front and accurate about estimated costs and expected repair times. The part I like most is I dont even have to think about shopping around because I know theyre going to do it better and cheaper. I routinely recommend them to friends and everyone seemed happy with their service.

Got an alignment done, and they over tighten the bolts. Had to get a breaker bar and an extension to get the lug nuts off. Probably ruined some of my studs.
