I continuously get my oil changed at this business they always give me great service great price on tires very friendly service

Employees are nice. Scratched clear-coat on my wheels mounting tires and damaged strut tower using a pry-bar to adjust camber after being told car needed to be lifted to adjust camber. Instructions were included but ignored. I was going to let it go until I discovered they also over tightened bolts crushing the camber kit on one side. Sent email to Jim Whaley 11/17/20 after I discovered camber kit was crushed. No matter the length of time that has passed, it does not undo the damage. Car is under 82k miles now

Best place in town for vehicle services! Very easy to set up an appointment if you use the website. Was in and out in record timing in my experience. They opened their doors a little bit earlier than opening time too. Prices are more than reasonable and the customer service is unlike I’ve seen before! The staff is beyond helpful and has the best attitude!

Had a flat, just as we were about to take trip. Got the spare on and went over without an appointment. The helped me straight away! I was in and out in 30 minutes and they charged me nothing. Great service, Ill continue to go there for all my tire needs.

Came in as an out of town viator needed two tires replaced. The crew at Jim Whaleys was able to get the correct tires in and replaced in time for me to get back on the long journey home. The communication was excellent and the professionalism was great. As a young woman traveling alone I felt comfortable and treated fairly the entire time, which is a huge plus for me. Unfortunately, we won’t be using Jim Whaley Tires in Enterprise again. My wife took our new vehicle to have a tire puncture puncture fixed yesterday. When I got home from work I looked at the tire and the black painted rim was completely scratched all around the edge and face. Had to take my frustration out with about an hour of rubbing compound and polish. Most of it came out but some of the deeper scratches made it through though the paint. I went back to notify the manager and got a very dismissive “sorry it wasn’t intentional.” So I left before I lost my cool and will be taking my business elsewhere. Wish google would let me upload the video and pics of the damage.

Phillip answered all my questions and set-up my appointment to have tires installed right then and there through text. All services were conducted in a timely manner and their price beat anyone else’s. They also do a military discount for those who serve! I will continue to use Jim Whaley’s for all my tire and oil change needs!

I was passing through when I ran over a screw and my tire was leaking. I saw them and quickly pulled in. They were super friendly, competitively priced and had my tire plugged and me back on the road very quickly.

Hubby and I have been getting our new tires here for years, and always had a good experience. Two days ago, Jim Whaley Tires went out of their way to help us and blessed us tremendously. I got an instant flat tire on the parking lot of my childs gym, my husband couldnt come help because he was stranded with our youngest at home, with no car seat and car that can take a car seat. I had no roadside assistance, and was quoted for $80 to have someone come change the flat. Then I remembered that we had just gotten new tires. We called Jim Whaley Tires and they sent someone that came quickly and changed the flat tire to the spare. I then drove to their shop and they quickly changed the spare to a brand new tire. It took just a bit over 1 hour for all that! (between phone calls and all). and the charge? $0!!!! They did not even charge me for helping me while I was stranded! That was such excellent service, and it really did help me so much as a stranded mother :)

Oil change sticker has the mileage of what It was at time of oil change not when it will be due. They can not balance tiers it took three times and still cant get it right. Taking to another place.the will check your truck out and say front end is in good shape. On the third visit to get balance. I need $1600. Of front end work. Had someone else check it out and they said front end is good.

I have had multiple visits for different situations over the last few years. Has shown to be honest and upfront about all information. Clean waiting area, clean bathroom & friendly service.

Prices were very reasonable for service call, tire patching, and replacement of studs. Would do business again with these folks

Super friendly and efficient service. I called yesterday afternoon at about 3PM to make an appointment to get a new set of tires installed on my car and made it for 11AM today. Even though they were very busy when I arrived they had my car in and on the rack right on time. An hour later I was driving away with my brand new Michelins installed.

I got a fair price for 2 tires during a walk in appointment. The service was fast and I was never offered any unnecessary repairs. I did notice that I was charged $20 for a road hazard warranty without having asked for it, but I guess thats a good deal anyway.

Great service both times I’ve been. Was up front and honest with what needed to be done to my vehicle. Hope to do business with again.

Ive been using Jim Whaley Tires since 2015 when I bought my fist set of tires. Ive never had a problem with them. They always provide excellent service. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone👍

About a month after new tires, the vehicle sat for almost 2 months. Once it was back on the road, the tires needed to be rebalanced. The staff was very courteous and eager to help. They balanced all 4 free of charge. Only 4 stars because the bathrooms NEEDED attention.

Preface - I make every effort to do ALL of the maintenance on my cars, and have gotten pretty good at it. That being said, I steer clear of alignments and tire changes, letting the pros do the work since they have the right tools. Ive found that Jim Whaley is, without question, the best place to go in the local area to have my European import aligned. I was skeptical at first, having asked whether or not they pre-load the suspension (they dont), however I am pleased to say that they still NAILED IT.Dont go to the dealership for alignments, even if you have a European import. This shop is the best independent shop Ive ever gone to.

I’ve been twice. First time I went they changed spark plugs that had just been changed and charged $120 for labor for 4 spark plugs. I had to take it back 2 days later because the problem was still not fixed they charged another $83 and the problem is still not fixed. Finally went to someone else and come to find out it is my transmission.

Awesome! I picked up a nail on my Volvo S90. Called in the morning for an appointment. Was told bring it on in for a plug. Was in and out in less than a hour for only $20. Very professional and friendly staff!

Ive been coming here for almost 15 years the work has gotten slower. Today it took over two and a half hours to replace two tires. Ive tried being patient but theyve lost me as a customer

While traveling from Tennessee to Panama City Beach we had a flat tire right outside of Enterprise. A God Sent Gentleman helped my husband put the spare on, we made it to Enterprise where we came upon Jim Whaley Tire. They were very busy, but said it would be a wait, we didnt mind at all, we were so Thankful to get our tire fixed! Your Wonderful Staff didnt charge to fix our tire! Im confident that I was gouged here. Twice went in for flat repair neither time was flat repaired, even the second time on new tires. Credibility, integrity and trust issues exist behind a proper facade.

Took my jeep in to Jim Whaleys Tire to have a set of tires I purchased from a private owner put on. They did an amazing job at balancing the new set. I went from having slight vibrations at 45 MPHs to an absolutely smooth ride. They were very helpful and interactive while I was waiting to. Would definitely recommend my friends go there.

Wish I could give 0 stars. Husband brought my car in for a nail in the drivers side front tire. He didnt do a walk around before leaving and when he got home we noticed a 4 to 5 inch figure 8 shaped dent in the passenger side front door. Unfortunately we didnt have before and after pics and we didnt notice the until the next day because it was pouring rain that weekend. I called and they said theyd pay if they saw anything on tapes. Well of course they saw nothing. Its hard to believe that something randomly jumped off the road, dented my door, and went unnoticed on a 5 mile trip back home from the tire shop. So now I have a dent in my door on a brand new car. Thanks Jim Whaley. I appreciate that. Id rather have the nail in the tire than a dent in the door. I will never go back there again. Please take pictures of your car before and after and do a close check before leaving because they WILL NOT take responsibility.

I am sorry for the delay in writting a review for this company. If you are ever in Enterprise and in need of service I highly recomend this business. My husband and I lost all of our things in hurricane Michael. Our one car with little damage got a flat on Hwy 84 on the way to the motel 6 in Enterprise. After a 3 hour wait and trip to Dothan to get a tire and another 3 hour fo the tire to be put on the car we were more than frustrated. The tire was oe that dropped from under the back of the Van. The Miller county office who came to help us was very nice and was going to change the tire for us. After he dropped the tire we relized that the tire was dry rotted. He tried to crank it back up but it got jammed about 1 foot off the ground. Needless to say the people at Walmart couldnt get it to go up either. The next morning I searcheed the net for a tire place close to the motel 6. Jim Whaley told me to come right in. Not only did they fix the spare so in was back in place but the put a used tire on so that I would have a spare if it should happen again and I got another flat. When they were done I waas not charge anything.this was the firrst ray of sunshine for me. Everything had been bad for so many day I was having a hard time beleiving that it would get better.
