Had the oil changed and my truck left with greasy hand prints all over it. See pictures. Didnt give me a reminder sticker for the windshield. Didnt show what my differential fluid was looking like. No military discount. Absolutely will never return.

I had my oil changed in my truck then came back later to get the oil changed in my car. They did a thorough job with my vehicles.

We will never go here again! They did an oil change and tire rotation for my car today and it was a horrible experience. Whoever did my oil change didnt screw something back on correctly. It was dragging on the road on my way back home! They also had very bad customer service.🙌UPDATE: 04/17/21....Management has personally reached out to us. They went above and beyond to make sure they fixed the part that was damaged. I am very impressed since he came out in the rain to my home and fixed the issue. If anyone ever has the same issue, please reach out to management. They really do care and want to help their customers.

This business doesnt pressure you to buy anything. Courteous employees. Quick oil change with a minimal wait time! When I got there, all three bays had three cars waiting three deep. I waited approximately 20 minutes tops, and then I was next. Great attention to detail! This is the only place I take my vehicles for servicing. Very CLEAN , looks like they take pride in keeping a clean work area.

I have used them for the past several years with no complaints. Never had them do any mechanic work but if they are competitive I would be open to it. I found out that all oil change businesses have stopped checking the rear end fluid. I just assumed they did. So far they are good about checking it when I ask and they dont push extras like filters I dont really need yet.

Charged me 15$ more than other locations. Apparently 10 min oil change really means 30 min plus the 30 I waited in line.

Its a good place, a little pricey at 43 dollars. But you do not have to get out of your car. Only took about 15 minutes. They check your lights, and other fluids. I would recomend them..

I have used this location to do routine oil changes on my vehicles for years. The employees there have always been extremely courteous, helpful and completely the requested service in a timely manner. Today they even agreed to stay after their normal scheduled closing time to take care of my truck so that I wouldnt have to return tomorrow. I highly recommend them.

I highly recommend Jason at Express Oil Change for your auto repairs. You might not think an oil change place would be the best place to find a good mechanic, but that would be a mistake. My family has three vehicles and he has done a number of repairs to all three. He is very good and very fair on price. Good-cheap-fast you can get any of the two, but you wont get the third. Ive found Jason to be good and fast, not always the cheapest but fair and very good. Hes also a great asset to look at a vehicle before you purchase it. Two things I dread about PCSing is finding a good barber and a good mechanic at the next assignment. I definitely owe it to Jason to give my full endorsement.

Very bad service, and very poor communication. Took almost 50 minutes for a very basic (10 minute) oil change, and that was actually sitting in the bay. We as a fleet use Express oil alot and have never experienced an issue like this. Wont be using this location again.

They are fairly quick, Ill give them that much. Went to replace a cabin air filter and it was going to cost me $36 dollars. They sell the filters at Walmart for $17. I understand it is a business and a lot of places charge for basic lack of understanding, but labor for an air filter is not $19.I dont have the know-how quite yet but Im looking forward to doing some research and doing a lot of this kind of repeated maintenance on my own. Itll be a lot cheaper that way too.

Jason is the man! My first visit, I asked for a full diagnostic to pinpoint an annoying sound. He didnt charge for the diagnostic because he couldnt duplicate the issue. I dont charge unless I find something wrong. He couldve easily charged me an arm and a leg to fix something that didnt need fixing, but didnt. His only recommendation was to change the serpentine belts, which he allowed me to purchase myself. When I came to get the belts changed the following day, he also disassembled the passenger side dash and was able to pinpoint the original issue. He couldnt get the part to fix it, and only charged labor to install the belts. When I picked up the vehicle, he took the time to explain the issue, where I may be able to find the part, and the worst case scenario if the part failed. Basically assured me that I wouldnt be in any danger if the part failed while driving. Excellent, honest, thorough and friendly service.

This is the second and last time I will go here. Both times my 10 minute oil change took at least 60 minutes. Employees looked like they were in hyper slow motion. Ive used other Express Oillocations before, none have been this slow.

Had oil change on 12/2/2019 for what I thought was only going to take 10-15 mins. Turned into 45 mins. It was only myself and one other car. Not only did it take to long one of the bolts from my heat shield did not get put back in causing a bad rattle. Employees seemed really new to their job and kept getting side tracked playing around. I will not go back again.

They need to take the word Express off the sign. I was the only car waiting outside the bay door and I waited 30 minutes to get pulled in and another 30 minutes for the oil change so a total of 1 hour. No since of urgency. What happened to America we have gotten absolutely lazy.

The service is great and the people are Great at what they do, very nice.. But they tried to charge me $40.00 for a cabin air filter and they are $14.00 at advanced.. Ripoff, And A oil change is to much $. might as well do it yourself might save 5 to 10 bucks every oil change..

Just went to the place and the man was not friendly just said have you ever been here before I said no I just need a basic oil change and he said price starts at 41.99 but it could be higher according to what kind of oil and how much oil and your type of oil filter guess he thought I was some sucker who he was fixing to rip off..I told him I usually get my oil changes in Troy al at the 10 min oil change there for 32.99 thats tax and all..in Troy they have never said anything like he did they have a set price on oil changes not any bull crap like this place in Enterprise.....so dont let this man rip you off with that bull...guess he was thinking he would make a big profit off me....in am not rich and I am not an idiot..and dont appreciate people who swindle....

You can see my first review of this place in the next paragraph. It was 5 stars but I felt like I had to change it when they tried to sell me a service for my truck that it didnt need. Now I use Jim Whaley Tires by Walmart.One of the friendliest places I have been to. Fast and reasonably priced. If you can only save $5-$10 doing it yourself and you are not a mechanic, you might as well bring it to a professional. And $40 is pretty standard for a new cabin air filter, it is a ripoff but at least it is a standard one. Look people, if you dont want to pay too much all you have to do is read your owners manual and see what services you can do yourself. Some of them are very easy.

Went here for the first time. My luck got a trainees. A message from the bottom got relayed to him that we was missing a few things on our car. He failed to let us know. He said he was done wanted me to sign the receipt. My first remark was is this the sticker for my next Oil Change or is this the old one. Oh thats the old my bad, then I looked at the receipt as I was sign in it it was a wrong car so I said is it the right oil of course he said yes but who knows so we ask for the manager tell him whats going on he tells me I told you myself that you was missing parts but then he said he relayed the message. He told my wife the customers are not always right. I was trying to tell him youre not doing too good of a job on training your guys he told me its none of my business I was not going to insult his guys if you get off his property he made my wife cry I am really upset yall need to talk to you what caused the next person he talks to like that might not be as nice as other people

Paid $80 for an oil change and they spilled oil all in my air filter. I noticed it a few weeks later after taking the top of the air box off. They said it might be a clogged PCV valve but that’s obviously not the case and the car is basically brand new.

Don’t go here alone if you’re a female who doesn’t know much about cars, they racked a bill up for me so high of things they insisted I needed, including a filter, all of which I didn’t actually need... Found out after by calling my dad and he told me they scammed me... Never going back to a place who takes advantage of unsuspecting women.

One of those places that will talk you out of some bullshit other places try to suck you in to. Nice folks. Work usually done twice as fast as other places.Downside: Charged $78 to replace sparkplugs for a 30min job. I provided the spark plugs.

Wow, I have a Dodge Sprinter, uses 13.2 quart of diesel oil and a special filter. In and out in less than 15 min. Firestone always takes at least a hour( because they fudge, when you call and ask what the wait is, they say no wait, THEN they put your ride on the rack for 30 mins with nobody in sight). I drive a company van long haul, monthly oil changes. I will be back....
