Ash is amazing. I went to get a new phone and added on to a phone plan. Great consumer service from him he lets you know the specs of the phones and lets you decide which one you want to go with. Hes very friendly and doesnt try to rip you off. Very kind man! I would recommend him at cricket before anyone else. Was very helpful from the time I walked in to the time I walked out.

This is a great place if you want to get robbed, get your money jacked, get played. this place is extremely neglected from anyone that owns this joint... and stay away from wash. lol.

I went to the cricket store in Elyria today and got a phone from one of the coolest dudes. ASH. He was slammed with people and took care of every person in there like a champ. Everyone that walked in there knew his name. Even if it was because of a referral. I don’t know if he was the manager but he should be. That guy is the definition of customer service. I always thought cricket was for broke people but actually I was in a jam and my mom told me to go there. I don’t care where he goes in his career.. I am a lifetime follower of ASH. Thanks bro. Ur the man!!! Go see him u won’t be sorry!

Had a issue with sending pics from my phone and Ash at the chestnut common store was awesome he was able to reach out to customer service to get it fixed appreciate his help and doing whatever was needed to get my problem taken care of

I like cricket wireless, the phones run off of At&T towers and is really reliable. The plans are pretty good. And if you enroll in auto pay you get money off your monthly bill.If you need a cricket wireless store travel elsewhere. I was looking to upgrade my phone and the sales women was to pushy with trying to upsell me accessories even after I declined multiple times. So awkward that I told her Im no longer interested in upgrading and left the store.

Cricket is ok. Its all fine when you make the switch get the free phone but every single time you make a purchase its always hidden fees. Like when you make the switch theyll charge a transfer fee but its never mentioned untill youre about to pay. Or when you upgrade your phone they advertise the upgrade price on phones then charge you equipment fee $25 or so and then an upgrade fee why is there a fee for upgrading?? You should encourage customers to upgrade not punish them for it? Ive been with Cricket too long now but unlimited everything for $55/month (its technically $60 but if you sign up for auto pay you save $5) is kinda unbeatable and theyve got some real nice LG phones that are more affordable than Samsung still running the latest Android. Service is pretty reliable, although the map shows Ohio all green I know for sure theres an absolute dead zone South of 20 going down 511 so take that with a grain of salt. All in all I give Cricket a firm 3 stars
