They fixed a slow leak in my tire and were very fast and professional. The associate Gage in particular was very professional and attentive. I had a chain car shop tell me that couldn’t take me for 2 weeks after scheduling an appointment previously (I suspect because it was a cheap slow leak fix. I’m sure if I told them I needed new tires and brakes they would have “squeezed” me in) so I dropped it off here and I’m glad I did. I’ll certainly be coming back.

They were not supposed to put weights on the outside of the rim on a black rim. Top it off they are the wrong weights. They said that is the way they are supposed to do it. Then said if I don’t like it I can talk to the supervisor tomorrow. Poor all around

Bought tires online a really great value!I mean Sam Walton started his business selling tires.Set up appt for install. Called again to make sure I had enough cash for install.Today ready for 30 mi roundtrip for job. Show up no go.That cant do my tire size(that I talked to the installer about twice).Oh so frustrating and 30 mins waiting for the to find them to load in my car.BIG BUMMER!

Called 3 times over 2 hours, on hold every time, never answered.They do not want business, so do not bother.

Great people honest and fair. Actually documents what they do unlike some other Walmart tire centers that didnt properly label tires on paperwork and almost voided my warranty.

The website said they had 5 different brands of tires for my vehicle. At the store they only had 3 brands so I settled for a little more expensive brand. I was told I 2 people in front of me and it would an hour. Got my shopping done and got a phone call saying that my car was ready. I was able to checkout everything at the register. Ive been driving for an hour now and absolutely love the tires. Thanks, great job!

Just bought a new van and went to get oil change and tire rotation they took my van in did oil change brought it back out said my tires were dry rotted and cupped so they would decline to rotate them. Guy said he wasnt getting written up for know one. Took it to Finleys in niles alex checked them out and let me know they were ok. Went there just to rotation said it was 2 hour wait no one was there said they only allow a certain a week ount of techs obviously Monday they dont allow any ..I think they are masters of not doing anything 3 visits 3 times they have had a reason why they couldnt do it. Guess Im hard headed but I learned my lesson off to find someone to do my work

Stopped in to have a tire checked. Thought I had a nail in it. An associate by the name of Will was incredibly helpful, found out my stem was just loose. Fixed it right up and sent me on my way. Incredible service and a very attentive staff. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

Im seriously impressed with this Walmart auto care center. I was traveling from out of town for my grandpas funeral and developed a slow leak in my tire. I pulled up to the garage door and was greeted by a friendly service worker. They were quick and very helpful. Unfortunately the nail hole that I had in my tire was too close to the wall for it to be safe to repair. The mechanic offered me if you options, but was happy to change out my flat tire with my spare at no charge. I highly recommend going to this tire shop!

Once I was able to reach them on the phone and make my appt the service was excellent. Quick abd easy. Any issues were resolved and I was on my way. As with any other department in Walmart they need more help.

Id just moved and needed keys made, and was all about to pay for two copies of four keys, when the clerk noticed that it was only two different keys - the landlord had given me two of one kind instead of one of the four each that I needed. The clerk saved me about $20.00 and a whole trip back to the store, just because he was so observant.

Worst customer service out there. Lied about how busy they were. The bays were empty. I needed a flat repair. Inflate a tire find hole which was a srew take screw out get plug and glue team hole push plug in cut flush done. It can be done under 15 min. The told me 1 to 1 1/2 hours ...never again they didnt have a lot of business and now I know why. Firestone on abbey but get estimate because they can be pricey

Horrible service department with no Covid protocols for when in a customers car.

Went to buy 2 new tires and to associates behind counter didnt even acknowledge after standing at counter 19 minutes. Wont be shopping Wal-Mart any time soon. Id rather help small auto shops prosper.

Longest line, shortest staffed Walmart auto store in the area. I get it, it’s Walmart. But you do like 4 things.... and you should do it fast. I stood in line 1 hr waiting for my car to be picked up after it was done. Literally stood in line longer than it took to do my oil change. I would have rather gone to the$80 place and paid for it being faster then this..... also the customer service was horrible. The people behind the counter had 0 desire to work. They took their good old time doing every thing.

Older African American lady is the most helpful,shes been there the longest and works the hardest. She needs to be promoted because shes holding that department together. We got screwed over by one of her associates and she made it right and even told the assistant manager to ensure we were compensated appropriately.

I purchased tires to be picked up at the Avon location and their tire center was “closed due to unforeseen circumstances until further notice” so I took my tires to Elyria and the crew there was perfect. I was greeted promptly and they finished putting my tires on in about 20 minutes. The price was very fair (less than $50) and my car drives much better. Thanks!

I went to get a wiper blade for my car, no problem. Waited a while though for service. ( check out), oh well....

Went in for an oil change and to get brake lights and 1 turn signal bulb replaced. Oil change was fine and brake lights replaced, but they didnt fix my turn signal issue. They would have known if they actually tested after bulb replacement

Absolutely zero service...just like all walmarts and every department. They hire the cheapest labor and receive the laziest workers. What do you expect?? Its walmart spending all their efforts to get the cheapest prices from china and dont spend any effort at all on their employees. I would never work there because i actually like to do work.

We went to get a tire put on at Walmart today. After waiting 15 minutes in line behind a lady who was buying groceries with a tone of coupons and was not at all having her car serviced in any way we finally get to the counter. They tell us it will be a 1.5 hour wait , ok thats doable. We are in the middle of paying when her phone rings and instead of putting it on hold she takes said call. After the call and my husband is about to sign she then says it will now be a 3 hour wait.....she took a apt over the phone and put them before us! Needless to say we did not get tires from Walmart today.

Ive gone here in the past for a flat repair. every time the same guy turns me away saying they cant do it. so i wait until hes not there and boom flat repair gets done. ... took my truck in today to get tires balanced and rotated. got turned away because my newer tires looked dry..... i peeked at 4 cars on the way out and all the tires looked exactly the same as mine. low and behold same guy turning the work away. pure laziness.... ill wait a week and go back when he is not there and get it done im sure. except ive decided to never go back. i only trust them with tire work im unsure of the oil quality due to the low cost. also only selected one star because it wouldnt let me chose zero stars walmart needs to get more consistent on their policies.

Horrible service. Three people walked out before me. Waited 45 min for a lawn mower battery. Clerk kept leaving his register. Guessing have a problem with people leaving with merchandise so they have the exit door locked witch has to be unlocked by the clerk. I believe that is a fire hazard. You cant locked customers in your store.

Went to get a tire replaced with the wheel on the ground and parked out side of their door(Flat). They pulled the line [tire is of a different size than the OEM part] I am not putting the same be=rand on it either. I was having them put 2 matching tires on the front of my vehicle and they come out with the story of we can only do the job if I do all 4 tires and put these smaller more expensive tires on it. The fact that I had 17 instead of 16 was not a problem...P.S. They lock the door in the back so you cant escape, I believe that is illegal as it is a safety hazard. Calling these people Idiots or morons is almost giving them credit for showing up to use oxygen.

Absolutely do not take your car here. Suppose to be a simple oil change. They pput in the wrong filter for my car and didnt replace oil rings. Which was the cause of oil going all over the engine. They dont know what they are doing.

THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL UNDERSTAFFED UNCOORDINATED UNEDUCATED BUNCH OF MORONS!!!!!!On 10/28/2017 I called Walmart auto center at chestnut commons in Elyria to ask if I could make an appointment the unprofessional idiot on the phone told me that I would have to come up and that it would be fist come fist serve so thats what I did I arrived at Walmart at 830 am the same woman I spoke to on the phone was there and tried to service me I asked her if I could please get a tire replaced she replied standing next to the new woman she was trying to train that day ITS GOING TO BE TWO AND A HALF HOURS i asked her when I spoke to you on the phone you said it would be first come first serve and you me to tell me at 8.30 am there has been that many people already here she replied YESwe had a line at 700am and that it was going to be TWO AND A HALF HOURS to wait so I decided since I had a flat I would have to wait it out after the lady training took care of me on her first day with almost no help and after forty five minutes later I told the Dynamic Duo that I would just come back she replied. Ok so I took my ticket and left to return in the next hour and a half or two hours so I left within 50 mins the woman at Walmart called me back and said...... YOUR CAR IS NOT HERE SO YOU WILL HAVE TO LOOSE YOUR PLACE IN LINE AND COME BACK UP AND START THE PROCESS OVER WHAT ARE YOU JOKING ME IT WAS NOT ENEN ONE HOUR AFTER I TOOK MY CAR UP AND NOW I LOOSE MY SPOT IN LINE !!!!SHE NEVER TOLD ME I COULD LEAVE AND ALSO REPLIED THAT SHE THOUGHT I TOOK TWO CAR S TO WALMART (WHAT AM I MAGIC) NO WE ALL KNOW WHAT HAPPENED WALMART AUTO CENTER WAS SUPER UNDERSTAFFED AND DID NOT WANT TO OVERLOAD THERE EMPLOYEES AND DID NOT WANT AND MORE BUSINESS SEEING AS THOUGH THEY WERE SWAMPED WHAT BAD BUSINESS WHAT A UNPROFESSIONAL WAY OF DEALING WITH A HEAVY WORKLOAD.
