Great customer service! I needed a specific type of marine battery, and Monika took her time to look up my existing battery and helped me find exactly what I needed. Also, while I was there they called me by name and were very kind to my kids. Definitely making this my preferred auto parts store.

When it comes to parts, NAPA really knows what they are talking about. I recently changed my brake pads and calipers on my 2000 Lincoln LS, but I could not find replacement brake pads that would fit into my new calipers, even though I was using the brake pads specified in my owners manual. NAPA was the 5th store I tried, and thanks to Monikas help, I was able to find brake pads from a 2003 model Lincoln LS that fit my vehicle. Do yourself a favor and come to this auto store first.

Years ago NAPA was THE place to go. Now? How about unfriendly people. Sorry I don’t know the actual term of part. Once we got that far, the return policy’s are like the law of the land. No return if opened. No return if a spec of dust on it. No return on electrical. No return buddy sorry. And...they always have to order it. Ship it In. NAPA has opened and closed 3 times in Elyria. This will be #4.
