This location in particular has some of the nicest and most helpful staff out of any of the local parts stores, and trust me, Ive been to alot. I have yet to see another parts store that has legitimately knowledgeable employees. And not just one car guy, everyone there that I have talked to is a car enthusiasts themselves and has been able to help me out alot!

Got my parts and was out

The staff really doesnt focus on how many customers are in the store at once. There could be 6 people in line and we are waiting 45 minutes at least because they just want to talk and joke. Please focus on getting the need of the customer reached and move on. Been going to this store for a year and always am there for a half hour minimum just to buy oil or tools

I just needed a replacement brake light. First day the gentleman was too busy to help me. I asked if they were able to put it in he yes. He then said there was nothing wrong with the bulb. I probably had an electical issue...I took the car into the dealer and it was a light bulb. SMH $72.00 later.
