I dont know why I spent 20 minutes in this store browsing. I knew what I wanted, I knew where it was. The magic of a well stocked auto parts store.

Everyone, I cant say more about this store and the staff at this location. I frequently shop for my automotive products at this location, and, every time my experiences have been positive. - to make a comparison between the other automotive parts retailers, this shop was able to find my brake pads and rotors without the drama. Yay! How else would I express my emotions?And, a shout out to Gabriella (store manager) she knows her stuff!

Shane H was a huge help in changing my break/turn signal light! highly recommend asking for him when you go here. AMAZING service!!!

Battery was dead... they quickly replaced it for us and wouldnt even take a tip.

Dont go there often but its was the closest. They are actually alot better than I am used to. People finally have knowledge of what I was talking about

Heading home from vacation in North Carolina, our Jeep broke down 95 miles from home. Had it towed to Autozone and was going to have to get another tow home. Also tows are only allowing 1 person to ride in the truck so we would of had to have someone drive to Elyria to pick up my husband. Believed it was an alternator issue. Long story short, purchased an alternator and John put it in for us and we were on our way after a 3 hour delay in our trip. Excellent customer service. Thanks John!

Stood in line for 23 min as I was waiting for my turn i picked up a can of spray and was reading it killing time next thing I know guy behind me walks past me and is helped guy had just walked in maybe waited 2 minutes if that and when I said u excuse me you just cut in front of me he says guy waived me to come up .so I left and went to advanced and they were more rhen happy to take my 600 bucks and treated me great advanced is the place to go not autozone .

Wrong part everytime i visit this location been there 20 times have yet to get any part right have to go back at least once every time nevermind it was the memphis ave Cleveland ohio location always gives me wrong parts your guys and girls in elyria get it right

You guys should remove the “masks are required “ sign on your front door. While sitting in the care waiting on someone to make a purchase, I watched 4 people walk in without a mask. Your sign should read, “enter at your own risk” lol

Making a trip from out of town and my windshield wipers quit working and it’s rainy day, the day before thanksgiving! Stopped in to get some rain x and a young man working went out of his way to take a look at the windshield wipers for me, tells me the motor is going out and helps me find a mechanic. The only reason this store is still alive is because its a HUB store. All they are is a big storage unit for the surrounding Autozones. Want a part found or for your 5 min stop to ONLY be 5 min? Than go to the Avon store. Avon will get you the CORRECT part with FAST checkout.

Helpful staff, usually have the party I need. Im glad they put this store in Wellington. Its nice when your check engine light comes on you can have them ready the code, get the part and fix it, without having to take it to a mechanic. The rewards program is pretty good too

Usually my go to for parts. Todays trip was eh. The sales associate I felt with seemed annoyed to be dealing with me. Went to purchase an ignition coil, that showed in stock. Neither associate could find the part. Went to a different autozone store, this associate much more friendly, still had trouble finding the part. They found it by transmission filters.

Needed a cover for a car that will have to be kept outside this winter and didnt want to spend a lot of time getting it. So I checked several store chains and found that only AutoZone carried them in stock at the local store. Found it quickly when I got there because the store aisles are well-organized and well-marked. After a quick checkout, I was back home within 1/2 hour.

Guys that work night shift are a hoot and made my experience a lot of fun!

The gentleman that helped me was super friendly and very nice. He even took the time to engage conversation with my son. He put in my brake light for me too.

They are open until 10pm. Asked if they could check the battery and they did. Also checked alternator and the starter. They offer a price match on similar battery with warranty length. Doesnt have to be a duralast.

This is the regional parts warehouse for Autozones in the area. Therefore they most likely have the part you need. The staff is always helpfull. Theyve gone above and beyond for me in the past when the part didnt show up in the computer. Steve went back with the part manually searched the shelves matched it up.

I just love the people at AutoZone! They are very friendly and helpful with putting bulbs in my car with no hesitation!

The employee that took care of me was very patient. I really appreciate him because he was very busy and most people would not have been.

Parts guy was rude, insulted the business I own and told me to get out. I havent been treated that way by any business in my 40+ years on this planet. Maybe he was having a bad day but you never want to purposefully insult your customers. If this was the first bad experience at an Autozone I would let it roll off & give them another chance, but since it is not I will stick with Advance Auto & order parts online from this point forward.

I went in to get a new car battery. The manager first entered my name wrong in the system and ignored me when I asked him to fix it. Then he tried to make a joke about me being retarded which, as you can guess, wasnt funny at all. Lastly when he was referring to some customers that came in earlier, he used gay slurs when referring to them. Not only is it unprofessional to talk to a current customer about other customers, but when I asked him not to use the slurs he said I didnt know what I was talking about. Overall, extremely unprofessional and very impolite. 0/5
