I just bought a car for my daughter 3 months ago.with the extended warranty and Its already broken down twice and now they want me to pay them $550 just to look at it, and said I cant even get a rental car. Now the dealer telling me to take it up with the insurance company...

Brought my truck in for tire rotation and oil change… after damaging my wheel, it took 3 days to get my vehicle back. Decided to give them another chance, I had an oil leak and multiple service lights on dash. Dropped my truck off at 8:30am for an appointment which was made 2 weeks in advance. When I dropped my vehicle off I asked to please get updates on progress. 2:30 rolls around and still no call… I called them and was advised they still hadn’t gotten to my truck. 5pm rolls around…still no call, so I called again and was told my service adviser has gone home and so did all the mechanics… and still no one had even looked at my truck. Over all terrible experience. Don’t take your vehicle here unless you can go days without it.

My husband dropped off his vehicle for repair. The appointment was scheduled one week in advance. When the vehicle was dropped off on scheduled appointment day at 8:30am. Vehicle was still never even looked at by the mechanic by the time the shop closed. Waste of time. Communication at this facility is zero stars. No call. No updates. When we finally called for a update on outlet vehicle that was SCHEDULED they said the diesel mechanic was backed up and never got a chance to look at it. What is the point of an appointment. Bad service.NO COMMUNICATION. And frankly all reps answering phone can care less that their service levels are subpar. Would not recommend this place.

They were great ! Couldnt ask for more , got info I needed and exactly what I needed .

Continue to demonstrate customer service quality on a regular basis. Thank you for your continued great work. I continue to have great confidence in the service department as they are always open and honest. I also respect the fact that they do not try to oversell things that are not needed as part of service.

All of the Service I have received has been performed with quality and efficiency. The staff was polite and professional. The only issue is that the service department is “always “ behind and overwhelmed. Non essential service is always scheduled out two weeks or more. This has been the MO for at least 3 years. I wish they would be able to add staffing and or capacity. The lack of loaner vehicles is quite inconvenient as well. To be fair, all of the employees are great, it doesn’t seem like the business is supporting them.

We saw a car we liked on the website, drove the hour to get there, met Gary, and went for a test drive.We went around the loop, pulled in to the service center, they let us put the car on the lift. I had an appointment to get 4 tires. I left the car at 8 am and don’t get it back till 4 pm. They had to wait for delivery of tires since they only had 2 in stock. If they did not have the tires I stock I should have been notified when dropped the car off. Nothing was said nor did I get a call informing me of the delay.

I just wanted to say that Nick Pinardo was a genuine and great auto salesman. He was very kind, helpful, and understanding. Although we didn’t walk away with a car, we walked away knowing that there are genuine salespeople in this world.

This nick Abraham auto mall is definitely not a reputable car dealership!!!! Bought a 2009 Subaru from them that was junk had all sort of problems. I found out i had 5000 dollars worth of damage in my new car. They would not back there warranties or make good on there word and honestly didnt care about our situation. STAY AWAY YOU WILL GET SCREWED!!! Horrible customer service to boot!

Bought 6 brand new tires from them for my $70,000 GMC dually and they bent my rims when installing the new tires causing the truck to now shake when driving. They put a different set of tires on, the shaking is a little better but now the front tire is going flat because they never fixed the rims that they bent! They want me to buy new rims for over a thousand dollars for 2 rims! Worst mistake ever buying tires from them! Never again Nick Abraham! They give GMC a terrible name for customer service! Cant even drive my $70,000 truck!
