I hardly know where to begin, since there is so much good and positive things to say about Murphy Bros... It is intimidating for a woman to walk into an auto shop alone to request service, but Murphy Bros staff make you feel welcomed and valued the moment you step through their door. The ambiance of the place is remarkable and once you experience their fantastic service, you will not want to ever go anyplace else for matters pertaining to your vehicle! That is a fact. The guys there are so great, that as soon as they approach you to ask if they can help you, you automatically relax knowing that you are in the best of hands. This is the kind of wonderful business that you may have heard your grandparents speak so fondly of, but never thought that you’d ever have the pleasure of experiencing for yourself (it feels sort of like a ‘gift,’ in a way). The staff are friendly, kind, and respectful, yet totally professional, and they go above and beyond for their customers without hesitation. Joey took the time to explain the procedure that my Jeep needed, and perceiving how little I know about cars, he took time out to explain it all to me in a way that did not make me feel inept. I was informed every step of the way, of how long the procedure would take to do, on down to the cost estimate, and the estimate was almost precise (it was actually less). It will always be well-worth it to me, to have my vehicle towed a million miles to Murphy Bros rather than to deal with any other place.

I brought my Kia Telluride here for my insurance claim when I ripped the front bumper off. Murphy Brothers did an excellent job with the repair and got things done in a timely fashion. Would definitely recommend these guys for any body work you need done, especially if you want it done RIGHT!

The services we needed weren’t offered by this body shop but when we called, the employee who responded was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help us with our particular situation. If we ever need body work done, we are going here!!!

WOW! My car looks like there never was a deer plastered on the front of it! The staff was so professional and helpful. Patient and explanatory. They even helped with getting Enterprise to pick me up and returning my rental car. I can really tell they care about their customers and they take pride in their workmanship. Hopefully I never get hit by another deer but if I do Ill for sure go back to Murphy Brothers!

My brand new 2017 Kia Forte got hit and there was almost $5k worth of damage. Someone ran a stop sign. I took it to Murphy brothers and they made it look new again. I was so upset because my brand new car got smashed and when I saw it after they fixed it I cried. Thank you to everyone there who put so much work into my car. It looks new again and I will forever appreciate you. Those guys were so pleasant to work with and they made me feel better about the whole thing. Thank you.

Another body shop thats only interested in collisions on brand new vehicles. Willing to spend cash money to have two panels replaced on my 08 vehicle but they wouldnt even look at it

My lower front underlayment and bumper were caught onto the concrete stopper and was ripped off. This place was recommended called and they picked it up, the insurance company came out and wrote off my car when I just wanted it fixed. Called them back for a quote to fix the car and he said it was $150 so i agreed to pay it and then he went back on his price by stating it could be more, completely confused at this point and told him all I wanted was to get my car fixed and I needed a quote ; he then refused and said he doesnt work for attorneys. What is that supposed to mean?
