Very friendly staff. The ONLY issue I had was that our appointment was supposed to be 45 minutes and we spent an hour and 45 minutes waiting instead, but it wasnt terrible. The staffs kindness more than made up for it and one particular woman is the reason I didnt rate lower. Regardless of the wait time, Ill for sure be coming back. Especially since if you do the survey afterwards and rate 5 stars, your next service is free!

Great customer service! I wasnt there to buy a car, but I needed help regarding a service contract. I thought I needed to see someone in the business office, but Sales Professional Mike Martin said he could take care of it, and he did...very friendly, courteous, and efficient!

Went to look at 7 cars between the different S-R dealerships and they were all dirty. Cars out on the lot with a price still had dog hair, crayon marks, dirt on the dash and seats, sticky stuff on the plastic surfaces, and even food in one center console. Not going to do business with them if they cant do the little things right. I dont have faith in the mechanical state of their cars for sale or that they could repair anything if it went wrong.

Drove up from PA and Dieter is the best around. Everyone was friendly and not at all sales driven like most other dealerships.
