Dont waste your time !! Customer service is terrible. So called sales person name Jen is terrible !! Try to call either nobody answers or have to leave a message dont return calls and if she does she complains about how busy her personal life is and includes her family. They get you info dont call or email no nothing you have to call them and then no answer. I took my vehicle in for trade she looked at it did some paper work and shoved me out the door in 10 minutes. This is no sales place its just a waste of time and space !! Stay away. I even tried to call her boss had to leave a message no call back. If i could give them a 0 stars i would. This place is bad news. Im reporting then every place i can including the better buiness bureau !!

Great service and love my new car

I filled out an online application and was called pretty quickly. I was very upfront about my credit not being great at all and was reassured that they would be able to work with me. I answered some questions and the woman said she’d be calling me back in a few days. After running my credit about 60 times I got a voicemail saying she had an approval. When I returned her call she said she was busy and would call me back. This was weeks ago. So I called again today to see what was going on. I spoke with John who wouldn’t let me get a word in other than to tell him my call back number. A few mins later Jen called me and basically said she had an approval but was waiting for me to bring my trade in and proof of income to her. Which we never talked about. Then she said that the money that I had down wouldn’t work with any of the vehicles on her lot. So I asked if they were going to get more inventory which she replied “He’s buying more inventory now.” I asked if there was a way I could get a call back when some thing closer to my budget was available and that putting more money down wasn’t an issue. She then tried to explain to me about how busy she was and how many ppl she runs every day/week and I could call her. Sooooo I basically wasted weeks trying to deal with this company who claims to help ppl with poor credit. I understand not being able to help me Bc of this or that but can I get a call back? An email? The vibe I got was they just want to put someone in whatever car n get their money. No work or effort needs to be put in. I would never go back or recommend this place to anyone. Find someone with a dealers license and buy a car that way. ELM CHEVROLET BUDGET CORNER IS A JOKE!!!
