I arrived at 1200 for an open appointment and even before I climbed out of the truck I was approached by the forklift driver that told me to back into the dock on the street. The dock is a little tight with the street being so narrow but its doable. Once lined up in the dock out of the street I slid my tandems and finished backing. They immediately started and where finished loading about 30 minutes later. I went inside to sign for the bills and afterwards I was leaving. Overall the employees were very efficient and friendly and I would take a load from here again. The only frustration would be backing into the dock but with the proper set up it takes less than 5 minutes. Overall great customer.

Very rude people try to get Windchil for my truck they are rude they cant tell me when can get it nothing just hang up on me ! If I can give them minus stars

Not only does their quality of glass exceed other distributors, but they also have friendly customer service. Their deliveries arrive on time or even a lil early, and over the years of working with PGW weve been content with their glass and service. Highly recommend, thank you John K and staff.

Did not recalibrate safety devices after installation and then lied about it when asked

This place sucks! Chipped and scratched/cracked glass. Buy from Mygrant they treat the customer much better!
