First off, the dealership is a beautiful building, very clean and really a neat layout inside. My kids thought is was amazing.But the people we dealt with made the entire experience the best experience weve every had at a dealership. Very friendly, never got any kind of feeling that I was being sold to. Ive been to many dealerships where thats just not the case. Elmhurst treated us like you would want to be treated, not like another number or a sale. Was also out in less than an hour after starting the buying process. Last dealership had me waiting for an hour before even talking to anyone.By far the best experience from start to finish weve ever had buying a car.

Overall I have a great experience but I’m very very I’m not trying to curse but FFFF disappointed on how the sales person whom I won’t name promise such and such things on the car a bought which is the Toyota Camry trd 2022. And when it came to the services the promises that was made wasn’t full fill now I am very disappointed and very mad on a nice morning and considering to go in and have to talk to the boss myself. Just why let go of words that you don’t mean it make it seems that they are trying to lie to you to get and buy the car. Like why lie don’t make any sense to me.

Dealer visits are not high on my list for a pleasant experience, but this dealer backs up to a beautiful park with a nice waking path and they let you bring your dog in the service lounge area.

Called them at 6:35pm to confirm what time they close as I was going to try to make it in as soon as I could. Representative said they close at 8pm. Made it to the store at 7:40 and the lights were off as they were heading out and the salesman gives me attitude stating they don’t have anyone to help me and they are closed. I reiterate the fact that I called in and confirmed their closing time as 8pm prior to coming. I asked why they’re closing early and he provides no answer and offers no solution. No problem, I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Took my mother’s car in for a detail as a retirement present. First attempt was not worth the money as it left me wiping spots away with my hand and the buff job was not apparent. Second attempt, TBD. Pickup ride is half hour late and no one is answering phones now after the operator got sick of trying to transfer me to service. I’m paying for an Uber now to get me to the dealership to pick up my mother’s vehicle.

Brought in my Highlander for needed service a few days ago. Dave, from the Service Dept, provided excellent service throughout.They diagnosed my car’s issue quickly. Dave let me know it would be a couple of hours for the job to be completed and arranged a shuttle for me home so I didn’t have to wait all day. Called me back a few hours later to let me know my car is ready and sent the shuttle to pick me up.Very smooth experience, look forward to coming back.

I recently purchased a high-mileage 4Runner from specialized dealer and brought it here for a used car inspection prior to purchase. For as little as I spent ($140), the service team gave me a warm welcome and treated me like family. I worked with Dave in the service department who spent about 15-20 minutes with me answering questions and going over all of the findings and recommendations. They werent dealbreakers, but the inspection I got here helped me negotiate a great deal to get the big repairs addressed prior to purchase. I live in the city, but will absolutely come back here to service my new car.

Drove over an hour to check out this facility, and what vehicles they have to offer. A older gentleman approached me and told me if I needed any help I could talk to him so I did. Long story short, the gentleman tried swaying me to buy a different vehicle because the economy is getting worse and gas will only go up to $5-6 dollars+, so this has to be the perfect purchase for you. I guess thats how this gentleman has convinced others when they were looking to purchase their vehicle. But I appreciate the economics input but how would you know where things are going in the years. Not to mention he kept pestering me that I should buy today and that he could not give me a better price for vehicles but when I said maybe next time, immediately responds with how about I take off $1000-2000. Thats okay maybe someone else will help me and be upfront next time. I gave an additional star for the facility being clean and other staff being welcoming.

Beware of the tip extortion practices if you choose the local delivery!I purchased some coolant online from them today. I did choose and paid for local delivery at the time of the order. There was no warning that I need to meet the delivery driver in person and to tip him.However, a little while before delivery, Ive got a phone call from, who I guess was a delivery person, who was very hard to understand because of his English speaking level (actually spanglish). This person demanded that I should meet him in person and tip him good, because it took an hour to get here.I was not at home at the time. And I was shocked by such demand.I told him that I paid for delivery and instructed to drop my order at the doorstep.Nevertheless, few minutes later my spouse called me that some guy was ringing the bell and demanded the tip for delivery when she opened the door. She was disappointed and shocked. I told her to reject the delivery, shut the door and call the police, if the guy will continue.I think that Elmhurst Toyota should either stop such tip extortion practices and, or if tips are considered by Elmhurst Toyota management, customers should be warned at the time of the order.

The employees need to learn how to treat customers. I got a part that failed and sent it back. The employee refused to refund me and called me a scumbag! Ive never delt with such unprofessional people in the automotive industry. Id recommend go somewhere else

Tom in Sales is wonderful to work with. He is patient and not aggressive. Hands down the best car buying experience we have ever had. Everyone at the dealership put safety first by wearing masks which makes is far more comfortable to work through the buying process. Poor experience by salesman Aleks. Absolutely unacceptable in giving a customer hope to upgrade vehicles. After asking what my monthly budget was, he told me to basically fudge off. I guess this location is in high end rich neighborhood so $300 a month is too low for an 2018 used 45K vehicle which is sad. I thought dealers try multiple banks to obtain a loan. No matter what the budget is. But he did not want to waste his time. I went to Toyota on South Western in Chicago where my trade was accepted and upgraded. Monthly is $252. Elmhurst toyota needs to hire more patient and helpful salesman. Not everyone is rich….

Kevin Gomez promptly answered an online request for information on a car featured by Elmhurst Toyota. He was courteous yet stayed on top of our interest in the car. He did not try to sell us something other than our interest. Within 3 days of our initial contact we drove off with an amazing new car! Let me start of by saying i love my 06 camry no matter how old it is. Im a toyota customer for life. But never will i service my car at this place again . Do not trust these people with your money. Steve Arnold VIP crook. Does not even have the courtesy to look me in the eye. This place should be ashamed of it self. Turns my simple oil change into 330 ticket because my vehicle had to sit there for 7 days. Storage fees he calls it. I wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy. But because you look poor and dont drive a brand new car you get judged and ofcourse treated differently. If i could have put minus stars i would have. Be smart about your car and money thank you.

People are so rude here and unprofessional, came just to refill my oil in 5:30 pm , (service center working till 6:00 pm )they said we closed , don’t like this dealership, refilling oil just take about 15 minutes , and they didn’t let me do test drive on supra 2021 , which I bought in Naperville, I recommend to visit Naperville Toyota so nice people are working there
