My car was brand new before I got in an accident that caused extensive damage. The repairs took longer than expected, but I was always receiving updates and kept inormed throughout the whole time. When I finally got my car back, it was like the accident didnt happen, it even smelled brand new! Highly recommend this shop for all services!

I was recommended to use caliber collision from my insurance company after I was rear ended last July. My car was repaired very poorly the first time and then immediately took it back to Caliber. The vehicle was never repaired properly even the second time and my headrest that were deployed at the accident, has never even been addressed by caliber. My insurance company would like me to go back to them for a third time which I am refusing to do. All of this should’ve been picked up and done properly on the first visit. I have already been without my car twice. I have had to deal with a much smaller rental car and now I am being asked to do it for a third time. Very, Very, Very POOR experience.

Ernie Cox and his crew have performed excellent work on my vehicles for years. When I have a problem with a vehicle he is the only Body Shop I would let work on my cars and trucks.
