Great service, wonderful manager!!
The lady manager short not sure if she is a manager it was a Monday she made people to stay outside in a line even though store capacity is 6 person it was only 1 person inside and she wouldn’t let anyone come in I respect covid rules but itself store has a sign of 6 people maximum i dont know she wasn’t professional at all in terms of letting of people in or out.
I went to NJ Gardens Mall, and visited my favorite place Sunglass Hut I purchased sunglasses for the summer. The customer care who helped me was super friendly and knowledgeable. They have a huge selection of beautiful sunglasses for me and for her. Lol
The general manager Melissa was not professional at all and Romina did not help either . We went in to exchange a pair of glasses that we were told were Evolve and turned out they didn’t transition at all. A nice gentleman informed us that we were able to do it and that if we decide for a 2nd pair we would get their 30% off promo. After an hour of deciding our glasses we went to finalize and Melissa came out and refused the exchange. She had an attitude saying that we had made 2 exchanges previously and that they weren’t going to help us. We were treated very poorly. We were willing to buy the 2nd pair and stay with the original glasses since she refused the exchange but she didn’t even want to give us the promo even after we told her over and over that we were fooled about the Evolves and Romina didn’t even bother to convince her either she was like sorry but she’s the boss. As a manager myself you should make every intent to push the customer to make a purchase and leave happy. She did the complete opposite! We left feeling disrespected and disappointed.
The service is bad for the customer
Both for new and for existing customers, this place is awesome. They always have a good selection and the employees are awesome as well. Special thanks to the manager Alaa (Sorry if I misspelled it) for her 1A 100% excellent Customer Service treatment.
Awesome experience. Went for a pair of glasses and ended up getting 2. The store is well managed and the employees were great, very patient with us. If I can give them more stars I would. Hanoon, Jessica and Kayla were wonderful and really took care of us even with a busy store full of people. Thank you so much!!!
Excellent customer service
Very friendly helpful staffs. Clean well organized store. Prices are reasonable. You dont have to buy their 2nd pair in order to get discount, simply just ask up front they most likely will entertain you.

As a shades lover, Id rate this store 5 stars, we bought a pair of Ray-Ban for my husband yesterday and Jamie was right there helping out and giving us a professional advice, unlike the other employees, she would make you feel comfortable looking around and will at the same time suggest an advice with a huge and genuine smile.Thanks Jamie 🤝Highly recommend!
There a lot of special most of the time, and the staff in this place is always trying to help, and tells about online coupons and suggest an appropriate size; so friendly that you feel shy to leave without buying anything.

I had a really bad experience at this store. I bought a pair for my wife and decided to return one of them. When I reached to return it, person said that it has scratches and has a chip, honestly there wasnt any and no scratch on the glass. Person was trying hard to find the scratch. I asked to show it to me and I couldnt see one. It was unused and not even tried once besides store trials. Also, that store person offered me an exchange, which tells me they want to keep the money anyhow! Not good. They go extra mile while selling you stuff but if you try to return they give these little excuses.
Poor customer service and communication skills. I bought a oakley holbrook pair at Willowbrook location and tried to return at Jersey Gardens because I work in Port Newark. They told me to go back to Willowbrook. I forgot that womans name, she said she is the supervisor and had a towel over her head. I went on the website and realized that this woman lied to me.
Not surprised when I seen this store had almost 5 stars. They deserve more especially, with Hannoon as an employee. She gave me 5 star service. I was having maybe one of the worse days of my life and she brightened my day up. Found a solution quickly. Glad to see that genuine people still exist.Im a lifetime customer to Sunglas Hut now, thanks to Hannoon. Once again thank you and God bless you!
