The sales person called us then seemed like she was ready to do something else. I had items in the cart and she kept asking if that was it? I gave her my membership information and the bar code for a $50. Discount at the very being because she didnt ask if I was a member or had discount coupons.I understand stand she ran out of the right bags but she wrapped the smaller breakable things in s smaller plastic bag and just wasnt paying attention.At the end I repeated my email address 3 times loudly because it looked like she didnt understand me! Instead of asking me for my membership information that I had to tell her about and show her at the beginning and because I didnt have my glasses I couldnt see that she input it wrong so when I hit ok on the green button it was an error but the sale went through without my correct email.

Came for a lotion and they were out in the size i wanted to i ended up having to grab a different kind, hope they restock it soon. Had to hunt down people to ask i will give it 4 stars as we all have to adapt to changes with covid and the service was actually very nice from everyone involved.

Had the most amazing experience today at this store. Ordered online but received wrong items. Nicole, Cora and Jazlyn went over and above to make it right for me. Arranging a full refund of my original order and place a new order to be delivered straight to my house. I had made the trip from Staten Island, and they made it well worth the trip!! I have not experienced customer service like this in a long, long time. More stores should service their customers like them !! I will try to shop there more often.

My wife enjoys this store, conveniently located on Route 1 south, in Best Buy complex. The prices are a little high in my opinion, but if shopping online coupons can be applied. This is a new location, in stock 100%, and immaculate. An associate was very helpful looking online for an Ugg comforter. 👍

If it wasnt for the sales associate, this experience would have been no stars. I was told to ask the lady on the floor for help, when I did she act as if I was bothering her. She putting things away. As you know in retail if a customer needs your help, you stop help and return to putting things away. Well Nicole, the manager was rude and took a loud tone with me. Didnt at all wanted to help. I would not ever thought she was a manager. The only reason I purchased here was because the sales associates were super nice. Nicole is not manager material.

I asked a manager when leaving the store if she can check the censor tag on a soap I had just purchased at the register because Ive had the cashier forget to check the soap twice before and the alarm goes off when I leave the store. She tells me the alarm wouldnt go off unless I had something in my bag I wasnt suppose as if I was stealing...

The hours posted online have not been adjusted due to the revised Covid hours. So basically idk if they really didnt have what I was looking for... or if after waiting around for an hour for the store to open... I was just too aggravated to look.They open at 10 now... not 9 #gofigure

When comes to having the products they are really good but there is this one short African American girl who works there, I didn’t get her name, who is very rude and needs to work on her customer service. She also needs to remember customers aren’t random girls on the street so to leave the ghetto “intimidating” act at home

Its the best entrance into the Jersey Garden mall.. U can park close go in shop or walk around the mall easily.

I was able to get a bed quickly and effortlessly. The guy who was helping us had us try out the bed and look at our options. The pricing is good and setting up financing plans are a breeze. I expected a few hours but it took us maybe an hour to pick it out and set everything up for delivery.The delivery men came on time as scheduled. They set it up in 30 min. I recommend this store to everyone.

Absolutely love this store. The store is well laid out with different accessories for the home not just bed and bath. The layout was pretty spectacular. Take advantage of the sales persons as they may help make good suggestions.

Its actually Face Value. Some items are expensive but most are discounted. The sales here are really great. They have some wonderful holiday gift sets that are fantastic for those people in your life that you can re not close to but should give something to. The store has 2 floors - downstairs is household (containers, shower curtains, bath towels etc...) upstairs is cosmetics and toiletries etc.... and some food/candy but not that much

This store has great stuff!

What I like about this place a fact that is most easy to find a park outside , since is close to paid park in this section. The place is always smelling so good . Honestly I use this BBB entrance to get in the mall. What make me stop to shop here are the products on the middle section, the products that advertise on tv that you never have time to call to order it or the shipping fee is to expensive that you prefer to not order. There are a varied of makeups, good shampoos and personal care product. I do not buy anything to bath or bed doing that is very expensive of course it a good quality product; just do not have the resource to spend on it. The staffs are friendly and the store is very organized.
