Spoke to Alex about making six shirts. Sent them email about design. Never got response. Called Julia told me shirts would be ready Monday. Went to pick up. No shirts. Apparently no communication because no one speaks English or Spanish. They told me to go to Big Frog because my order was too complicated.

Tried to order B-Day shirts for my family. 1st older lady said they will be ready by Thursday morning, she calls me to confirm logo and confirms they will be ready. I had only ordered from them under the assurance from her that they will be ready before Easter Sunday, the day we were going to celebrate my kids B-Day. I go to pick them up, lady #2 says they are not ready, says to come back later, I told her I work, and she offered to deliver them. I was like, great, so far so good. At 2pm, get a call from supervisor/manager for me to go pick them up. She was unaware of what had happened, yet, she assures me she will deliver them before the end of the day because they were going to get a 3-day weekend. She never arrived. I went on Monday to pick up my deposit I had given them.Me: Im here to pick up this depositSupervisor: What happened?Me: Repeat the story for the forth timeSupervisor: Ah yes, I went to deliver them and no one answer the doorMe: How strange, I work from home and I sit next to a window where I can see anyone coming into the house. All day.Supervisor: (Stares at Me), did you give us the right addressMe: Twice, and you could still have called me if you didnt find it.Supervisor: Whats the addressMe: Does it matter at this point?She gave me the refund then.

Amazing work by Daniela. I brought a couple chef coats to customize with logo. She explained the set up, the price, and walked me through the process with some recommendations along the way. I received the coats in time and I was very pleased with the work. I could tell that it was done with pride because it was perfect and the logo was carefully done to represent my branding.Excelente servicio y muy bien trabajo. Vuelvo pronto.

I went to get some polos shirts embroider with my company logo. Ms. Imelda was a great help. She help me with how my logo would look in different types of shirts and colors. The staff professionalism and customer service was outstanding. My polos were returned at the time that was promised. I was more than pleased with the level of detail in the work. I would highly recommend this establishment for you embroidery needs.

Not even worth 1 star. I took 2 handmade Christmas stockings in to have names put on them. Said they would be ready next day. Even took a sample of another stocking to show what I wanted. My daughter went in the next day and my grandsons name was spelled wrong. The names were tiny and on very top of stocking. They asked if color green was correct and they would redo it. They called next day said they were ready. I went there and they were still working on them. The color green was changed to wrong color, names were not centered and were crooked. Looked terrible and lady said she was doing me a favor. I wish she had just told me that she couldn’t do them and I would of found someone else. Now I have to remake the tops and find someone else. I’ve been making these stockings for 35 years and never had a problem getting them embroidered. They were also rude! Would not recommend them to anybody. Young girl working there also said she would not have been happy to have them the way they made them!! Terrible place!

Great Customer Service and Great Finished ProductI am more than happy with the execution of the design embroidered on some hats. I wanted my design to be very nostalgic with colors that popped and it turned out better than expected. There were a few hiccups in my order but they kept me informed and communicated to make sure I would love the outcome. They even waited after closing hours to make sure I could pick up my hats because I was working the hours they were open.Their prices are more than fair and the quality of the work is great. I would be more than happy to order from them again. They’re a very nice and friendly family that I wouldn’t mind recommending others to.

Quality of work is good.. they fail to follow instructions.. I gave them the benifit of the doubt and went back to get business hats done. They wrote what colors where supposed to be on my hats they read the notes wrong that their employee wrote.. Fine colors look good.. 2nd they decided to embroider my logo on the side instead of the middle of the hat.. nowhere on the notes was written to embroider differently. Keep in mind they had already done hats of mine in the past.. spoke to employee at the place and her response was its the fashion and a lot of companies are doing them that way.. (Not what i asked for l) Sadly last time will give my business there..

I was recommended to this location. I googled to see if open on Saturday. Said on website open till 2. It was just before 1 & they were closed. Ill try again on a week day, but I will call before I go.

This place is horrible they charged me $25 for a simple patch. I was told it would be done the next day I even gave them an extra day to get it done. When I got there to pick it up they told me it was almost ready (they havent even started) when they came back it was much smaller then I asked for and it was the wrong color. I will never come back to this place ever again.

If it was possible to give a negative star rating this would be a negative 5. I called last week to ask if they could take in an order for three pairs of shorts that I needed to have a UTEP patch put on by Dec. 18th, in order to ship out to relatives for Christmas gifts in time for Christmas Day. I was told by the young lady that it should not be a problem because I was dropping them off on a Monday and that three patches would be ready, GUARANTEED, NO PROBLEM, by the 18th. I dropped off the shorts and was given a time of ETA 1pm on Dec. 18th. I was called on Thursday the 17th to be asked where I wanted the logo placed on the shorts, after I had already explained to the counter person where I wanted them. That was the first sign that my order had not even been taken in to be started on. I didnt think it was that big of a deal because it was a small order of three simple patches. I received no follow-up phone call on the 18th to verify that my order was ready. I called the number provided twice with no answer. I called back today on the 21st around 10:30am to let them know I was on my way to pick up my order which was GUARANTEED and was told by the woman who answered that my order had not even been started and they would try to have it ready by 1pm. I was already on a time constraint due to holiday shipping times, which is why i chose this location after being assured that my items would be ready by the 18th to be able to get them packed and shipped out on the 19th for Christmas delivery. I showed up at the store and asked to pick up my shorts because they were unable to provide the timely service that they promised. When I asked about MY items I was given attitude by the young lady behind the counter and told I needed to calm down and relax because they were super busy and they never said they would be ready before Christmas. LIES!! Not only was her attitude and language towards me unprofessional but the woman i assume is the manager/owner just told her to look for the invoice because they didnt know how much they charged me and they wanted to give me a credit instead of returning my hard earned money that I had pre paid for the items with. Why would I want a credit if you cant keep your word? If you know that you are behind schedule and your staff cant make the deadlines on the commitments they made to customers, then why would you take on more work? Thats just greedy, and especially this time of year with everything we have going on. Instead of trying to make it right and telling me that they would have my order completed while I wait for 3 PAIRS OF SHORTS WITH A SMALL UTEP PATCH, they decided to let this nobody employee speak to a customer like she was in the streets talking to some punk. UNACCEPTABLE, UNPROFFESIONAL AND DOWNRIGHT WRONG!! And the fact that the manager/owner allowed her to continue to speak to me so unprofessionally just confirms how bad this business is run. I left and was fortunate enough to not only find another location in town with a much more positive attitude, but they stopped what they were doing and took care of my items in less than an hour and a half, no questions asked. Its unfortunate that a business run by a veteran would choose to treat locals supporting their small business with such disrespect. I would be ashamed of myself and my staff if this were my company. Needless to say I am no longer taking any of my business here, nor will any of my family members or coworkers. And our family deals with a large group of youth sports teams as well as company events for people across the borderland. This is NOT how you take care of your neighbors, and this company is definitely not EL PASO STRONG.

Don’t think I’ll go to this business again for my embroidery needs. They did 3 sets of scrubs for me and they came out very good. This prompted me to request 1 T-shirt with a simple logo. It was ordered and paid for on Monday 21 Sept. I was told it would be ready by Friday. 5 day turnaround for 1 T-shirt with a vinyl logo. I thought it was a little long, but no matter. Followed up on Tuesday to see if they found the logo. No answer. I called on 24 Sept after work, it was still not done and they told me they didn’t have the logo. A simple google search is all that was needed. I understand they’re busy, so my expectations weren’t that high to begin with. Today 24 Sept, went in to the store and found the logo. I felt like they begrudgingly did the shirt for me. They showed me the logo printed out on a used vinyl panel, I mentioned it was a little small, they never asked what size I wanted. I assumed they printed it on a panel that already had another logo on it to save money and material. My needs weren’t a priority there. I was then told that the material was expensive to recreate. I assumed they would charge me to make it bigger. I said it was fine and they put it on the shirt. That was rushed as well. The logo came out crooked. Then the clerk tried to charge me again, after I had already paid for the shirt on Monday 21 Sept. I paid $8 more on Monday for a $5 dollar hack job. Needless to say, I was not happy with the outcome of the product. I needed it for Friday and was very disappointed by the service and end result. It’s really a shame, especially being veteran owned. As a veteran they didn’t offer military discount either. They said they wouldn’t charge me taxes if I paid with cash.October 7, 2020. I had to take back 2 sets of scrubs because there was an error on the spelling. They corrected the discrepancy without any issues or charging me more. I appreciate the fix, but I don’t think I’ll go again.

I normally don’t take the time to write reviews but after my experience with the owner I felt compelled. I found this place on google and submitted a inquiry on their website for a quote. I didn’t hear back and figured they were busy and decided to go in person on July 22. The staff was very welcoming. Their pricing and promised ETA really sold me. I chose shirts that had to be ordered. I was told it was be 2-3 days. About a week and half goes by before I call for an update. I am a business owner and understand shipping is sometimes out of your control. So I call and am told my number was lost and that a proof would be sent for approval. I received the proof photo immediately and notice the colors weren’t how I instructed. So I decide to go in person to be sure. I arrive and see that the colors were in fact wrong. I point it out and am promised it would be corrected and ready the next day. I arrive the next day and am told they are running behind and our shirts would be ready the next day. I put cash down on our order and order 10 mask with our company logo on them, after seeing an employee of Corralitos Steak House picking up his order of mask. I was impressed by the quality and wanted that look for our business. I am told the mask would be ready Thursday (2 day ETA). I arrive the next day and pay our entire order’s balance and finally pick up our shirts. I am busy that entire next day and don’t make it in. I call on Saturday to see if they are still open and told they are closed. The owner gives me no warning at that time that our mask order is not ready for pick up. I arrive to pick up the following Monday morning and am told by the owner she does not have them ready and asks me to write down my business address and promised they would be delivered later that day. At this point I am starting to feel like our order has not even been started. 5:30 rolls around and I call for an update. She tells us that she was not able to delivery our order by her closing time of 6pm. I think that it is strange that she couldn’t deliver after her work hours. Especially since we were open and after all the back and forth. She tells me that our order would be delivered the next morning. I said that is fine and ask for a proof mask picture. It looks poorly made and rushed. I call and ask for corrections to be made or if I can be given a refund. She tells me that she made exactly what I ordered but she would make them again or have a refund the following morning. Morning passes and I call for an update. She tells me I can come pick the mask or refund up or wait till she has down time to deliver. I let her know that I have already drove out the her location countless times and promised delivery and that I expect delivery or a refund. She tells me she will process our refund. I never received an email or text receipt for our refund so I call her. She promises she will send it in “two minutes”. After not receiving our refund or receipt, I of course call again. I later receive a refund receipt. I realize I was only refunded for the mask not the $20 fee for saving our logo. I felt we were owed the entire refund due to the extreme inconveniences and we never received any product with that logo. I go back and forth through calls and text for another day trying to get the rest of our refund. She tells me “$20 is nothing to her she has lots of other customers” and that she has no issue refunding the remaining balance. Again we never receive a email or text showing we were refunded. I call her back after an hour and she tells me “I sent it an hour ago”. I again request a receipt and finally receive it. I feel beyond disrespected. My time and business was not valued. I never rushed her, I only showed up all these times because she kept telling me “tomorrow”. This entire experience was completely unprofessional and draining. I recommend taking your business anywhere else!

I shopped around looking for the best place to make my team shirts. After going to Texas Custom Embroidery, I knew this is where I should have come to in the first place. The prices are more than fair. They are definitely better than most places in El Paso and with better quality. I was impressed with the flexibility that they have when it comes to designing what you want, the materials they have to offer, and of course, the final product and the turn around time for the amount of shirts that we ordered. This should be your first and last place to shop for good quality shirts. Definitely recommend everybody to go. I promise that you will not be disappointed. The staff there are extremely knowledgeable and very friendly and are open to any ideas you have for a shirt.

For an extremely rushed order, the quality was that worthy of a roman emperor at an amazing price!!
