I come in on Saturday and ask for my rank and service stripe to be put on my uniform by Tuesday. Come by Wednesday and its not ready come Thursday before inspection and its not ready then she says come back in 1 hour, I come back and 30 dollars later ita ready for inspection but looks sloppy. Just Go to SK cleaners. They are as good as they are reliable.

Dropped off my pants on a Saturday, I was told to pick them up in one week. Pants were not ready one week later. Told to go back on Monday, and on Monday pants were not ready. Told to go on Tuesday and Tuesday pants were not ready. Wednesday same story. She then got them ready in a hurry and ruined three out of my dress pants.

They take the time to understand what I need and what I want.

Very unreliable, dropped off a project she was supposed to have it ready Friday, March 5th, 21 went to pick it up and found she hadnt even started it, told me to come back at 5pm, if she hadnt started it on 8 days how can she get it ready in 3 hours. Worst experience in my 23 years service. I wouldnt recommend the business.

She was very friendly and professional. She completed my shirt on time. Fits great. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent work and freindly customer service. They do everything from simple to complicated. I have never had a problem with late finish. Been using them for over 7 years. I always tip them, the prices are very low and I want them to stay in business.

Would not ever recommend this rude woman ... I took her plenty of work & gave her a $50 deposit for which it took her 2 weeks to do several pieces. On top of this she agreed to fix items as discussed only to find out she wasnt able to ... a phone call from her would have beennice. This was very upsetting so I picked up all my items and found someone who was able to fix everything within days!! She should not take on more than she can handle and shouldnt tell people she has so much work ... plus she has poor people skills. Will never go there again ... thumbs down 👎

I took my daughters sweet 16 Formal Gown to this place of business and they total messed it up. The workship was poor and not timely as they stated it would be ready one day and I went the day after and it still was not ready and they redesigned the dressed that it did not look like it did when taken to the shop. If a business cant do the work it should not lie and take it for the money. Totally disgusted with the business and they better have my dress completed tomorrow or they will be sued.

I bought an expensive dress from a New York designer and the e tea small was still big and too long for my daughter. I was worried since it wasn’t a straight hem and because of the material. It was done within good 3 days as prissier and it was absolutely Purrfect. I recommend this place.

Decent quality of work and pretty cheap prices. However, I would recommend coming a couple days after the time they tell you to pick up the order because they almost always are late. I had to come by 3 times before my order was actually ready.

Dropped off 2 pairs of pants for a simple alteration on a saturday. Was given a date to pick up the next saturday because I did not need them quickly. Went following Saturday to pick them up and was told they still werent ready and yo go back at 3(I went when they opened at 1p) decided to wait until the following monday because they are closed sundays and went monday afternoon and they STILL had not even been worked on. Very disappointed I didnt even get a phone call that they would not be ready. Will not be returning

Though they did a good job I lived 45 min from this location, I only went bc it was reccomend to. I was given that it would take 5 days and that was fine just when I drove out of my way to pick up they were not ready and needed another day. They had my phone number they could have easily called and told me and I wouldnt have been upset bc I didnt need then for another few days anyways. Just waisted my time, gas to drive all the way there and I received no discount either when picked up.

Careful taking you work here. This one person operation isn’t reliable. Probably bc she needs help and can’t find it. I needed patches sewn and dry cleaning. She said one week, ok. But, when I showed up it wasn’t even sent to cleaners. I could have waited a few more days for the sewing. But it sat for 8 days. Not going back here.

Took over a week to sew a 1 inch tear on two uniforms and got a lot of unwarranted attitude when trying to take my uniforms back for another alterations place. Everyone warned me not to take my stuff there, now I only hope others do not share the same rotten experience.

Was promised same day work. Well, work was not even started.Called the next day, and she said give me 30 minutes.Showed up, and she had not even started.Horrible service!Go somewhere else!!!

Dropped off shirts on a Friday and was told I would be called for pickup when ready on Tuesday.Tuesday comes around and I call to see if they’re ready because I never got a phone call. She proceeds to tell me they do not call customers (even though she said she would and asked for confirmation of phone number on the receipt). I was told to come back that Friday. Again, Friday comes around and was told to come by on Saturday at 3pm. Saturday and still nothing! I came by today and was told they are not ready and to come by at 5pm…do not go here. It is poorly managed, lackluster performance, and a “good ol boy” system. If you are not a local you will not be a priority.
