1. An appointment for wheel alignment and three other procedures was scheduled for 11 oclock. At 11 oclock, the shop worker took the car keys and said that they would now start working on the car. I stayed in the shop and waited. I waited one hour 15 minutes. All this time my car was parked in front of the shop, and no one was working on it. I checked the service area several times. All this time, the alignment lift has been empty. Only after my questions, the car was finally taken to the service elevator. The procedure took 15 minutes. Thus, only one was solved out of the four problems since I no longer had time to wait.Nobody even apologized for the delay.2. Despite the sign at the entrance that wearing masks inside is mandatory, half of the visitors and employees do not wear masks.3. Absolutely unfriendly staff.4. I have never used Les Schwab after a few years ago, the manager of this company offered to put different brands of tires on my car (lol).I usually use Goodyear. But this time, the time was very limited, so I made the app closer to the place of work. And I really regretted it. This was my last experience with this company. Now I am back to Goodyear for sure.

I had a really horrible experience here last weekend that is totally not on brand or what Ive come to expect from Les Schwab. When I showed up for the appointment I made online, the woman behind the counter was not wearing a mask. I assumed that since she was sitting at a desk far away from the counter that was why she didnt have a mask on, but she never put on a mask throughout our entire interaction. After the unmasked employee took a look at my tires and told me my options, I asked about the 90 days same as cash financing option. I have used this many times in the past, and it has always been so quick and easy. She told me you can only sign up for that online now, and that it takes a couple days to go through. Honestly, I didnt like this employees attitude so I left without getting new tires that day. It wasnt sitting right with me that she said you can only get financing online now, so I called another Les Schwab in the area and asked about 90 days same as cash, and they told me it takes 10-15 minutes IN STORE and all they need is to ask a few questions and my drivers license. Yesterday I made an appointment online for this coming weekend at a different location. While I was on the website, I went to the financing tab. I got preapproved for $2,500 on the spot. Less than 5 minutes. From my phone. Why did this employee intentionally give me the wrong information? Was she lazy? Was she having a bad day? And why wasnt she wearing a mask? Its state mandate. Its not a choice. Again, this is a very bad look for a company that has built a great reputation for unmatched service.

Got my tires rotated. I had called in a week prior about having the work done and was advised that the wait was over 3 hours for drive up and that I should schedule an appointment. I followed their advice and was in and out so fast! If your work isnt urgent I recommend making an appointment online, it helps them properly staff for people coming in and saves you a bunch of time.

Took my car here because my dash light said my tire was leaking air, told them what was up, they asked how many times I’ve refilled it with air. I told them I had not yet, but this had recently happened not even a year prior and they had filled the hole they found back then, which was the same tire. I knew my tire treads were getting old, so I just had a feeling something punctured it again. Well, they said they would look at it and see if something punctured it.I sat around waiting for them (probably about 30mins) to come out and tell me they did not find anything… So I went home.Well, a few weeks go by and I’m noticing that my back left tire does seem to be leaking because it was losing air faster than the others.I took it over to discount tires because I just knew something was up…Well guess what? There was a giant staple stuck in wall of my tire. It was very obvious.I’m wondering if I probably missed it refilling air because the staple was on the lip of the tread/wall so maybe it was facing downwards when I refilled? I don’t know, but…… when they “inspect” your tires wouldn’t they come across this?*see photo*Well, they missed out, because my tires are getting worn down so I’m not just replacing 1, I’m getting all 4 done at Discount tires now.Never going back to Les Shwab again.I understand the employees likely make no difference in money for the work they do, but I mean maybe have some integrity?I mean, if they had been super busy and told me they found that staple and said that I should come back for an appointment, that would have been better than me just leaving with a hazard in my worn down tires.So, yeah, not going back here again.Discount tires in Bothell are great,I have an appointment with them in a week.

Just youngsters starting out in there career as a mechanic, they are programmed by the company to make money for the company. Some may have knowledge but most tech at less swabs dont.

I work for a local well known company with box trucks and our experience here is not helping with les schwab reputation. I was told 1 hour wait to fix a flat and after 3 hours here I am still waiting.

Just got done picking up an rv tire from here for a leak. They put my tire under the wrong name so I never got a call when it was done. I called on my own after a couple days, they said it was done. I pick it up and they said there was a nail in it. No charge. Great so far. I take it home to discover it still leaks and it still has the nail embedded in it. Absolutely nothing was done to it. They only inflated it to 35psi. But its an rv tire and needs to be at 70-80 psi. So I had to do the remainder at home with the compressor. It has an obvious leak at that pressure. They didnt do anything to it. I wasted my time and energy jacking it up to remove the tire to make it more convenient for everyone. Extremely irritated at the time wasted for this and no chance at going on a road trip with my boys this week before I have to hand them back over to my ex.

I went in, at 5:45pm, to pick up textile chains they ordered for me.I was supposed to get there earlier to also have my tires rotated, but my day flew by and I assumed I would come back tomorrow.They offered to still rotate my tires and said they have plenty of time- they would be happy for the business.Les Schwab has always had the best customer service and great prices. I highly recommend them. One of the great businesses in the Pacific Northwest.

I just got done telling my mom how SO impressed I was by the customer service at le schwab! dont know how I accidentally posted a one star review 🤣😭 anyways- they treat customers with utmost respect, are very efficient - my alignment and battery test/replacement took like 25minutes! also- since the alignment was super slight they didnt make me pay for it! another thing that impressed was the free wifi and coffee, plus the waiting area was spotless! lastly- Pete, the employee I worked with, was super kind & even brought my car right to the front door - how awesome!! thank youuuuu 🥰

Updating my review to 5 star on May 6th, 2021 after having an excellent service experience with them. I highly recommend this place for not just for purchasing a new set of tires and replacing battery, but their excellent afterservice when I had an unexpected flat tire. I will continue to do my business with them as long as they keep up the excellent job.

I found I had a low tire when I got to the job. It was almost flat when I finished. I temp. filled it up, and found a Les Schwab three minutes away. I walked in, and left 20 minutes after I got there with a fixed tire, no charge. Awesome!!!

I can’t recommend this Les Schwab enough. I recently had a different company tell me I needed a complete brake job. They quoted me $1300. I took my vehicle into this location to get a second opinion. Upon inspection they determined that my brake issue had been misdiagnosed. I actually only needed two front rotors. The cost was just over $300 after tax and everything. Getting the second opinion ended up saving me $1,000.Thank you Steve and crew for taking such great care of me. I will definitely be bringing all of my vehicles back to this location in the future. You guys rock!

Amazing, fast service & trustworthy! I went in to have my brakes fixed and was quoted a pretty decent price. It only took them about an hour or so to repair and I ended up paying more than half of my quoted price! Amazing! Especially during such a hard financial time for everyone, it really helped out so much. I highly recommend this location.

I had to give a one star just to leave my review, they didnt even earn that.I wouldnt say it was the team that failed but the gal at the desk, but they do all work together, right.After checking in 15 min before my scheduled appointment I was told to have a seat and they would get right on my truck. I was sitting in the reception area for 40 min knowing my truck should almost be done, I was having new tpms valves put in. The gal at the desk looked at me and asked me, as if I hadnt talked to her or been sitting there for 40 min,...have you been helped, can I help you...I looked at her and said I sure hope Ive been helped, you checked me in 40 min ago and took my keys...she looked at me with a puzzled look, I noticed that my truck was still sitting where I parked it. There were 4-5 crew members in an empty bay laughing and talking. She went out and walked around then came back in and said, with no apologies, it will be about another hour. I promptly told her dont touch my truck Im leaving. I called the Shoreline store where I was promptly taken care of first thing next morning as it was now closing time.

I had to make an emergency stop Les Schwab tire store. I was stranded 12 miles from home. I needed a new tire as I hit a curb and punctured my tire. They had to order the tire, said it would be in at about 3 Pm. The time now was 8:40 AM. OK, I was offered to take my car and come back. I wanted to leave my car there in case the tire arrived early. GOOD decision, My tire was in and balanced and ON when I got the call at 11:30 that my car was ready. Was so thankful for the fast and courteous service I received. Have always used Les Schwab and this is exactly the reason why.

Im disappointed with the service, not the level of service Les Schwab is known for. I left without getting the work done and they didnt seem to care for repeat customers, offer any apology for not ordering the part as promised nor acknowledge the inconvenience of having to go, twice and still not have the part that was supposed to be ordered.

I made an appointment to have my tire looked at because it had a slow leak.The service was INCREDIBLE!! Everyone was professional, courteous and efficient. Although they could not find a specific reason for the strange leak they did do a couple of things and didnt charge me! The tire doesnt leak now!! I highly recommend making an appointment, on line. I am so glad that I stumbled across this shop when I had a flat tire. These guys are just straight to the point. They dont try to scam you or up-sale anything. They just are competitive with all tire and related prices and they are very honest to give you the best options.When I had a flat tire on Christmas (guess I was a little naughty this year) they told me that I can save money by trying to save the tire that got poked by a small nail and saved me from buying a whole new one. This is the kind of honest service that we all need. Thank you.

We went in for info on tires and chains. The gal that helped us was very knowledgeable on both. She quickly printed up quotes for both recommendations. She was very courteous and friendly. The interior was clean, nice layout with a comfortable waiting room with refreshments. We went back a few days later and purchased both.

My practically brand new tire that came on my new car was punctured late Sunday evening, leaving me in a lurch. I brought the tire in Monday morning to have it repaired and was in and out in less than 15 minutes! I was also greeted immediately when I came in, the two guys I interacted with with super nice, and they didnt even charge me (this particular tire wasnt Les Schwab, but I have never bought tires anywhere else so heck yes for treating a loyal customer as such). Ill be returning later this week to buy a new spare, since the one that came with my car is garbage.

On my way to work, tire pressure sensor alerted. I remembered a good experience I had years back with Les Schwab, so found the Edmonds location. They found a nail in the tire, and patched free of charge! Really quick and good work. I recommend this shop.

Had an emergency issue with a noise in my front wheel. Pulled in and they got me in right away!! It ended up being a rock that got lodged in the wheel and it kicked itself out by the time they checked it. Repair guy was wonderful and then he didnt charge me! Next set of tires I buy will be from them!!

Les Schwab is for people who care about more than just price. Ive gotten good prices at Les Schwab for 40 years, but Ive also always gotten great advice, the best selection of tires, related services (chains, brakes, etc.), theyre open every day, and the always have fast service. They have all the things el cheap-o places like Costco has and a whole lot more. They know tires better than anyone. Tell me...do you want you or your loved ones driving on the cheapest tires or the best tires?

I bought 2 brand new tires - approx $700 spent. Tires should have been inflated to 75 psi. Get the truck back, and the brand new tires are at 58 psi. They did not check the pressure in the rear tires either. I contacted Les Schwab and there was absolutely no apology whatsoever. Dismal customer service and obviously no pride taken in the workmanship.

What great customer service! I had a screw in my tire. Came in without an appointment at 5:30pm, 30 minutes before closing, asked the front desk for help. The gentlemen took my key, while I sat around waiting. 40 minutes later, they have patched up my tire for free!! They had stayed back an extra 10 minutes to help me and handed me the key with a good attitude. I was so happy, told the husband about the experience. We plan to switch from Costco to Les Schwab in Edmonds and become customers for life. This was not the first time they have bailed us out in time of needs. Yes, Costco has great prices but they have never bailed us out at 5:30pm. We dont mind paying more for someone whos been there for us over and over again!! Thank you Edmonds Les Schwab!! Les Shwab has always been true to their marketing. They have always been good to my family. They start with service to the customer first. Even if they wont make money. They have left the store open for us so my son, who was travelling Al or as a teen could come in and get his tire fixed. They helped us air up our semi truck tires. They truly are the best.

My tire just needed minor repair which they took care of for me free of charge. Not only that but they were done before I had to head to work. Everyone today this wet Saturday morning the good -young- gentlemen folks were quite helpful. --i wont recommend this to anyone else, my dog trained to be off leash-- anyfux, they were diligently working on what should need solutions. They left us alone, and Layla cant wear her service vest until i fix or replace. They finished timely, and mostly pro bono:)

Stopped in for a slow leak in one tire. I first noticed it during the big snow last month. I stopped in then but they were swamped because of the weather, but they put in enough air to bring the tire up to specs. The low tire pressure light came back on yesterday so today I went in to get it fixed. Turned out to have a nail in the tire. They were fairly busy but got me fixed up in a little over an hour. They checked the other tires and made sure they were properly inflated. Friendly service and no charge for the leak repair. Doesnt get any better.

I purchased tires in July 2012. When my tire went flat March 2013 (nail) I took it in. They greeted me, checked my tire and it could not be fixed. The wear on the other tires was within the boundary of it being OK to put a new tire on the car. They put on the tire, rotated all the tires, and it was all free - on the warranty. I was informed along the way and the work was accomplished within 30 minutes of my arrival at the tire center.Very happy, very impressed with the service and glad I had purchased my tires there.

I came in due to a near flat, and after a pretty long wait time (understandable, Mondays are busy) they let me know there was a nail in the sidewall. I have a tire and rim replacement policy through a company called Easy Care, while this may seem like a scam, its actually a policy Ive used a few times with no issues at tire shops in the Midwest (where Im from). All the tire shop has to do is call in the damage and cost of the tire, get near instant approval for the claim, then the EasyCare rep provides payment info, no other paperwork required.I was told that Les Schwab does not work with any third party payment providers as a rule, and would not honor my replacement package, when I asked if they knew of any places locally that I could try instead I was told that no one in the area works with these types of plans.I get not wanting to get scammed by some fake insurance policy, and I totally understand if this is company policy. I took my car to the Honda dealer up the street and they were happy to work my Easy Care coverage and seemed surprised that Les Schwab refused to.I dont have any ill will towards anyone at this location, the staff are friendly and kind, service is as prompt as they can make it, and their free patch service is a lifesaver. That said, being unwilling to work with folks who might have a similar policy makes it impossible for me to recommend them for any emergency work.

Great staff over the phone and in person, the staff went above and beyond to assist me and I highly recommend to anyone. Facility was clean with many refreshments.

Les Schwab in Edmonds damaged my expensive rim in the process of repairing a flat tire. Rim has several gouges from a slipped pry bar or tire iron. Must add that the tire was a low profile 35 series tire and requires a specific tire machine and tire tech skill set to operate. I neglected to verify both since I do not live in the area and this Les Schwab was the closest to where the flat occurred. Finally, the repaired tire has a slow bead leak. On the positive side, the counter person was polite and did not charge me for the flat repair. Of course, I did not check the rim for damage before driving off. My fault.

Les Schwab is the best place to get brakes done. They explain everything and it doesnt cost a fortune.

I am not the biggest fan of Les Schwab due to past experience with them. This visit gained some respect back. We had purchased new RV tires years ago and with very little use they showed signs of cracking. Took the RV in and were replaced for free!

Disrespectful of people’s time.Just sat for a hour to get tire repaired attendant did not mention it would take excessive wait time to get tire fixed.So therefore I am going to have to come back tomorrow and or sometime when they can get me in?This is what I was told?Moral of story horrible customer service, disrespectful and tire still damaged.Thank you

Just what I have experienced every time I have purchased tires or other services as a customer of Les Schwab for almost 40 years (and in more than 8 locations in Washington and Idaho). It was tires this time. I consider Les Schwab to be the Nordstrom model -- in the tire business.

Staff was extremely helpful. While on vacation and traveling through the area, our rental car got a flat tire and we had to install the spare. We stopped by this location to have the tire repaired. Within 30 minutes they had the car finished and ready to go. The original tire was back on along with the spare and jack nicely put back in the trunk compartment (sometimes its a struggle to figure out how everything fits back in!). When we were called to get the keys at the counter, to our surprise, the tech. informed us there would be no charge for the repair as Les Schwab Customers! Thank you Les Schwab!

I went in there hoping to get a tire patch but ended up needing a new tire because the hole was too big. Right from the start the service was fantastic. The employee came up to me after examining my car with two quotes, one for a more cost effective tire and the other for a higher end. He didnt try to upsell me at all and just wanted me to have the options.After the new tire was installed, the price I paid was much lower than what I was originally quoted for the cheaper tire (about 30-40 dollars) PLUS he had noticed a dented rim I had from hitting a curb a few months back and he had hammered it back into place for me for free (these are cheap old rims, not stylish ones).Overall, I was very impressed by their work and I will not hesitate to come back into their shop for any issues I may have that they can service. I highly recommend you come here.

I was told wait time was 1hr and half, I left my car and came back after one hr and half. It was another guy whom told me to wait for another one hr and half. I wanted to call their coporation to file a complaint, guess what? No phone number on their website. It took me three hr and half to get tires works done. I would not recommend this location.
