I have been here a number of times since 2004. I have 3 Toyotas. They dont have any of my previous visits listed since 04 not one!. luckily i keep paper copies of everything. Our 4- runner was not leaking oil, and now it is, it pulls to the right after they did an inspection, one hour after...All the work they said needed to be done, I HAVE RECORDS OF THEM ALREADY HAVING DONE THE WORK! Thats it for me, never again will I go to this dealer, and maybe no dealer at all. There are honest mechanics out there.

Good place, only wanted my a.c. fixed. They wanted me to fix other things but I can only afford a.c. fixing. Great service people. A little miscommunication about time to fix my a.c. thus the 4 star review

I scheduled my oil change for my 08 Toyota Corolla and normally my service is good. This car is not my daily drive so I noticed an oil leak two months after my service. I called Magic to explain that it didnt start leaking oil until after they serviced my car. They wanted to charge me $170 to diagnose it. I understand that maybe too much time has passed and they want to charge me. However, you can also check and see that the car only as an additional 140 miles since the service. My dad checked it out and found that the oil pan drain plug was extremely loose. After it was tightened the leaked stopped. Magic Toyota let me down and was trying to charge me $170 because the drain plug was not properly secured in the first place. I will not be a returning customer.

Its a good place to have updates & routine care for your cars. The waiting room is spacious & open with seating spaced without feeling too cramped. Theres seating outside as well! But dont get too comfortable, your car is ready!!

Scheduled regular maintenance at Magic Toyota for my Corolla. The Service Department is efficient, helpful and always courteous. I receive a full report from their inspection regarding which things need immediate attention, which may need service soon, and which things checked out without any concerns. I highly recommend Magic Toyota Sevice Department for quality service, knowledge & care.

Extremely impolite and unprofessional service team you can ever encounter. Took my 2020 Camry Hybrid with less than 21k miles for check engine alert. I was told since the windshield was replaced the vehicle diagnostic run has to be performed for $350. I declined the service and requested for the regular oil filter service. I was made to wait for over 3 hrs and later came to know vehicle never made through service bay as service rep Brandon left the RO unattended intentionally or unintentionally and was gone for the day. Whilst this was being addressed with Assistant service manager on duty I was told if I need to take my car away or get it done without a single word on inconvenience I experienced and 3 hrs of wait time. Please train your staff to be courteous if not more.

Magic Toyota is a very impressive car dealership and has a wonderful service center. I wouldnt buy a car or truck anywhere else. Ionel is a fantastic salesperson and Brandon in service has gone the extra mile for me more than once. Ive purchased a lot of vehicles in my life and have now found my every time place.

The service department is effecient and well educated, one of the very few places that work on my wifes RAV. Free wifi , TVs, and snacks/drinks available.

Called to get some Service work done this Tuesday. Said there Service is open until 7 and wanted to make an appointment for 5pm for that same day. Was told latest appointment could be made after 2pm. Strange to me this policy.

Magic always takes care of us. The service department is a tightly run ship. Must have good leadership for that team. They always get the job done.

4th time in 2 months for same problem with radio. Each time have spent 3 to 4 hours waiting. 1st time told they would replace radio. 2nd time time they replaced radio. 3rd time check antenna was flashing and no Sirius radio. They couldnt find problem. 3 days ago same problem. After 2 days that it didnt work, drove to dealer so they could see problem as it was happening. They would not even look just said come back tomorrow. So now I am back and of course problem is not happening. They didnt even show my appointment on the books. This dealer is an hour drive from where I live so each time I have to come in it means losing a day of my life.

It took two hours.

This is my second experience with Magic Toyotas service department. The first time was for a purchase inspection on my used vehicle. Im giving 3 stars vs 2 because the department manager during that visit gave me a generous discount on that service (I did think the fee exorbitant to begin with, but thats beside the point.) Most recently, I scheduled an oil change about a week ahead of time. I arrived on time (I admit I was 3-4 minutes late) and then proceeded to wait in the seating area for 1.25 hours with no word. I decided to check on the status, and was told they were just about ready to start working on it. Things did move as expected after that. During the checkout, I was told there was a fluid leak in my power steering, but I wasnt given much guidance on what to watch for, or time frame for follow-up, I was just told it had to be looked at by a master mechanic and that it can be pricey. I asked a few questions, but the gal seemed rushed. Within 48 hours, my check engine light/VSC light came on. I took it elsewhere, I just didnt feel confident taking it here. Turned out, an air hose hadnt been reattached after the oil change. The mechanic where I took it said this is a common oversight, so I wont judge too harshly. I did get a small discount for the delay, but I ended up losing overall by missing time at work and having to take a Lyft to and from work because I was without my car for a day. The whole experience felt inconvenient for me and I dont think I will be returning here for service.

Worst experience. I schedule an appointment 2 days out to get my glass replaced, I wait 2 hours for them to tell me they won’t cover it and if I want to pay I need to schedule another appointment and come back. What was the point of this appointment!? Now I’m stuck with a huge hole in my glass with no resolution.

A good dealership with good service. they helped me with my Toyota even though I purchased it used from an independent dealership, and while the service prices coming from a dealership service center are going to be higher, they take really good care of my car and were able to deal with it way better than an independent auto service place. I am very grateful for their assistance and will likely be going back for maintenance because they quickly built up my trust. I appreciate them very much.

I highly recommend this place. They investigated the problem with my car. gave me their honest evaluation at no charge. I wont hesitate to bring my cars here from now on.

Took 2 hours for an oil change with an appointment and the service advisor, Brandon, was a punk and condescending when I asked why it was taking two hours with an appointment. Avoid these chumps. I bought my car here but regret it. Take your business somewhere else.

Toyota guys here are awesome. I switched to here from Everett because its much more easy to book a visit and commonly they have bookings open for tomorrow or after.

Did a drop by on a holiday around 6pm. Fixed 2 issues in 4 minutes for FREE! Cant ask for any more.

I brought my car to service, this is my first time after they remodeled the dealership, service department looks great and customer service is excellent they are very polite.

I have had a terrible experience here 3 times now. My car has been “serviced” with steps checked on the checklist but obviously incomplete, and the appointments consistently run late. My advice to you: get your car serviced literally anywhere else.

Not great. Fancy place...for sucking money out of your wallet. My mother-in-law was up from Oregon. Had a tire problem on her Prius. Assumed Toyota Care meant all Toyotas.... apparently it is very dealer specific. Stupid. Way better service at non- dealers.

Went through the Costco program.. that experience was excellent. When I went in at an earlier time was frustrated at the aggressive first visit with then no follow through.

Unprofessional, zero workmanship. I was never happy with their service whether replacing my car tire, brake replacement or a regular oil change. There is always oil dripping and they leave the car a mess without wiping the oil that dripped onto the car. They destroyed my driveway. Many times, I paid for tire rotation and they forget to do it.

Last time they said they are little behind like 30 minuets I waited almost 2 hours not worth it was late to work as well . This time today they said hour and 20 minutes wait I was like ok I can wait. Now the guy came and said it’s gonna be more 20 minuets I know it’s gonna be longer then that . I had an appointment at 6 but have to cancel that . Sucks!!!

Had service done on my Corolla last week. They didn’t top my fluids off. My coolant reservoir is empty and so is my windshield wiper fluid. I also waited almost 3 hours when it was supposed to be no longer than 1 1/2 hours. I won’t be taking my car here anymore for anything.

Everything done with courtesy and promptness for my 10k mile service. I have never been treated so well by a dealership.

Been in twice for routine maintenance, e.g. oil changes. Both appointments made in advance, both appointments was told it would be an hour wait, both appts took over two hours. Unnacceptable. If a service is going to take two hours, tell the customer up front. Still sitting in the lobby as I write this, frustrating.

They are very nice and personable. Open on Saturdays early enough to get your car fixed and do the rest of your daily errands.

The factory farm of Toyota vehicle service...crowded, impersonal, and unwilling to help. Friendly greeters when dropping off vehicle, but the service agent was condescending, and unhelpful... Decided to leave without the service..

Car service not handled as should be, Magic Never bother to handover clean car to you.your car always oil spoted,if you asked for car wash, theyre always short of coupon.
