Ive been taking my car and my wifes car to Edmonds Auto for years. They always do a great job and thoroughly explain any repair that needs to be completed. They are upfront about pricing and have actually explained why I didnt yet need certain repairs when I was told differently from another mechanic. I highly recommend them!

My daughter ended up with a flat tire while meeting a friend in Edmonds. I was in Seattle and she had never changed a tire before, so she looked up the nearest service station and called Edmonds Automotive Services. How fortunate we were! Chaz took an air tank out to the car where it was stuck downtown, filled the tire so she could drive it to the shop, then put the spare tire on the car so she could get the flat fixed at Les Schwab (the tire was less than a month old). I’m blown away at the time, kindness, and generosity (he did this with no charge)!!! Thank you Chaz and Edmonds Automotive Services for treating my daughter like your own! We are truly grateful!

I had my eye on a used 2012 Lexus GX460 (at Castle Auto Sales) and took the car to Edmonds Automotive Service for a free pre-purchase inspection. Chaz was incredibly friendly, humorous and informative, and really talked through step-by-step what he was looking at/for and why. He was really generous with his time (especially considering we werent paying for any service) and I can tell that building trust with clientele is important to their business. After speaking with him, I felt much more confident about what I was buying and ended up purchasing the vehicle -- theyve won me over so Ill definitely be coming back to this place when I need any repairs or maintenance on it!

I brought my Jeep Rubicon in their shop to have my rear lockers looked at. They found I needed an expensive repair done and quoted me a price. More than that though, Nate mentioned since it had lower miles it might still be under a power train warranty.I took it to the dealer and he was right. Saved me a couple thousand dollars. Nate and Jerry were both a pleasure to talk with. I will continue to take my jeep whenever it needs any work done.

I was advise to take my 72 Chevelle that needed the power steering box replaced that I should use Edmonds automotive service to perform this job. My friend recommended Jerry and his employees to perform this work on my classic car. I could not have been more happy with the work that Jerry did in restoring the steering of my 1972 Chevelle convertible. The job was done with utmost care and concern and everything was restored and working as new. Jerry kept me informed in All phases of the job to replace my steering box and hoses for the power steering unit. I ended up cancelling the inspection appointment because I opted to just buy a used car instead and when I called to cancel the gentleman was so excited for me! They are amazing! I called during my lunch thinking I wouldnt get an appt for weeks. I told them my brakes sounded pretty bad whenever I stopped. Chaz asked if I could drop it off now so I did. They inspected it and let me know my previous mechanic put low-quality brake pads. So they took it apart and added something to help with the noise. They couldve tried to convince me that I needed new ones even though theyre fairly new but they were honest. My oil change was overdue so they took care of that too and their price was very reasonable for the same day appt, speediness (done by EOD), and honesty. Its hard to find your go-to places after moving from out-of-state so Im glad I found Edmonds Automotive Services first.

I have never been so impressed on the service I received from Edmonds Automotive Service. My wifes car over heated and needed help,we found the help at Edmonds Auto Services. The repair shop found the issue (Water Pump,and belt ). The work was done in a timely manner and it was back to us in perfect shape. The price was more then fair, and the technitions were great and very knowledgeable. Chas was the lead man on our Jeep, kept us well informed. GREAT SHOP, GREAT JOB, THANKS.

These guys have amazing customer service! Really patient with my questions and genuinely friendly guys. They take time to explain the issues and needed repairs. I got quotes on some repairs and they were the cheapest too. This place is very popular. They are always booked 3-4 weeks out so plan ahead! They even referred me to another shop because they were so booked which tells me they aren’t money hungry. They understand that people’s safety far outweighs money in their pockets.

Its been a good 6 months since Ive had them fix the squealing on my car. It was a simple fix but none of the other mechanics that looked at it could figure it out. EVERYONE I talked to recommended these guys. They are so popular you have to wait about a month to be seen. IT IS worth the wait. As long as Im in the state, I will take my car here.

Told us over the phone that they would look at the car for free. Then when we showed up the mechanic (chaz) refused to look at the car because it was a German made vehicle. These guys have a reputation for not looking at German vehicles and not following through with what they had promised on the phone. I would not take their word for much and don’t expect them to do as you had arranged before hand.

Ive been going to Edmonds Automotive for about 15 years. They are the best! Honest and reliable and just a great group of guys. They are so knowledgeable and are fair. Ive taken a few perspective cars that I was looking to buy down for a check up and they will let me know the true condition of the car and what upcoming services it may need. My entire family and everybody I know in Edmonds uses them as well and loves them. I will not take my car anywhere else.

I called them from 300 miles away and they walked me through how & where to take my car to figure out what’s wrong. Then they guided me through what to do and got me home safe! Reliable, HONEST, and very reasonable.

I have used Edmonds Automotive for 28 years and six cars. I grew up in an automotive family. I have spend my life around cars. These guys know as much as anyone I have ever known.....the they are professional and as honest as the day is long. They will never do work that does not need to be done. They are fair priced and much cheaper than taking your car to the dealer. I have had all my periodic services done there and I have never asked a question that they cannot answer.1000% professional. HIGHLY recommend if you want good, honest work done on your car....new or old.

Hands down the best repair shop ever! Their competence and friendliness are unsurpassed. Only downside is that everyone else loves them too, so it can be hard to get an appointment. But they are worth waiting for, especially if you think something big might be wrong. Chaz and the guys are honest and forthright, so you can totally trust that they wont talk you into anything that isnt really needed. My husband and I love this place!

Dont need to say much, their reputation precedes them. Even though they were overworked and overbooked on a Monday afternoon, one of them took 10min to talk me through troubleshooting a weird heater glitch my truck I just got, then apologized for not having more time to help. My husband and I drove our truck and travel trailer out here from Colorado Springs and on the first day of our three day trip, our engine light came on, the oil pressure gauge said 0 and the bells wouldnt stop chiming. We drove like this for 2 more days knowing it was just a bad sensor. When we got here we called Chaz and he told us to give him a call back if no one else could get us in and he would see if he could make some magic happen for us. Well let me tell you...Harry Potter has nothing on Chaz! He was able to get us in, even with their busy schedule and fixed our truck in record time. I was hesitante bringing my car in a new shop, but Im so glad I did! They are the nicest people, the explain to you exactly what is going on with your car, what is going to be fix, and how much it will be. You leave their garage knowing more about your car. They are just so friendly and helpful. My car was shaking really bad, every time I would stop it would start to shake and honestly I thought it was going to blow up at some point. What originally I thought would cost 500-600 only cost me 300, you dont know how happy I was to hear that. If you ever need to bring your car to get fixed, bring it to them! You will not regret it. The best little shop for your car ever

I remember when the shop was owned by Magic Merlin aka Merlin Rogers. He was truly magic in his mysterious way he could fix my cars. As a teenager with a 57 Chev Belair he was my hero. An expensive hero. He managed to turn my 57 into exactly what every teen boy wants ...a chick 🐥 magnet.Of most recent I visited the shop with my very tempromental Boss Hoss motorcycle. Magic still lives at the shop. The reception I received along with the advise was immeasurable and probably saved me a fortune.Service and expertise of this caliber is why the shop is still in business and booked weeks in advance. There is no reason to take your vehicle to #2.

Awesome people great service

My son, a self-supporting college student, brought his 1979 Dodge pick-up truck into the Edmonds Automotive Service shop as he was having erratic electrical issues. They solved the problem on the same day. During the next two months, the same problem had sporadically reoccurred. After returning to the auto shop and expressing these concerns, the shop fixed the problem. Chaz (a friendly and skilled mechanic with 30 years experience) had offered my son a full refund of the service. This was truly above and beyond any expectation of excellent customer service, which left me speechless. That is why I am writing this review. I am glad that my son can breathe easily knowing that dedicated and skilled technicians are looking out for his best interest and are committed to providing excellent and fair services.

My Honda just turned 300,000 thanks to Chaz and crew who have cared for her lovingly since 1993! Way to go guys!
