I had a great experience buying a new 2022 Insight from Lynnwood Honda, and would strongly recommend my sales representative Christie Chang. Although they didnt have the car I was looking for available when I visited the dealership, Christie quickly found a 2021 Insight that was just traded in for me to test drive. She was very friendly and helpful during my visit, very transparent on the incoming inventory situation and pricing (I used the Costco Auto program and she showed me the sheet with price clearly listed), and was never pushy on making the sale on the spot (I told her I needed to consider other options). She was also very responsive when I texted her after the visit for more information. Despite living in Kent, I never found it a hassle to drive up to Lynnwood since I know they not only have great prices but also great car sales folks! Back in 2016, David helped me out with explaining everything for my first car, was really patient with me and I came out with a great first car! Today, I was looking to trade in my car and get a new one. Despite not having the new 2022 models, Joe (I believe is his name) was amazing! He still showed us what was available on the lot and told us when to expect to have the 2022 models. He didnt pressure us to purchase the used cars but just started to explain the differences between the 2017, 2018 and 2022 models. Courteous stuff as far as I can tell well done car service. They usually have a pickup and delivery service so you can get a ride home or two however its been suspended for the pandemic. Probably cost more to have the work done here but its all in one place they keep better records on my car than my doctors do for myself and they always know what needs to be done.

The OBD system in my 2009 Honda Fit detected a problem. My engine light came on so I immediately called to schedule an appointment with Lynnwood Hondas Service Department. I knew I would be charged above and beyond a fair price for services rendered; as everyone knows, that is what dealerships do.I signed off on the $415.50 bill not realizing Honda had arbitrarily included a charge of $9.94 for shop materials. The hour and a half (at $165.50 per hr) it took to replace a third clutch pressure switch seemed a bit much but I was not going to argue the issue. I researched part prices and saw that Honda doubles their cost which is probably the usual.What I wanted to know was what were the Shop Materials I paid for. I called Neil, the Service Advisor, who had handled the service for my car. I left a message asking what exactly were the Materials I had paid for. NO CALL BACK...not surprised at all! When a company pads their bill and is questioned about it, they are not about to call back with an explanation when they have none :-(

The moment we stepped in, he was very professional, walked with us to the car and was the only one representative of all that we had met across different brands and dealerships in our car search, to patiently spend time to talk to us about all the features the car had and answered all our questions which eventually tilted us in the favor of a Honda (since we were coming from a family of multiple Hyundai ownerships over the past 10 years or so). We would have loved to close the deal with Troy, if not for the sales manager who made the final negotiation step a little disappointing to deal with and we ended up signing a deal for the same car elsewhere. Maybe in the future we might come back to do business with Troy and highly recommend him.

Outstanding customer service! One of the brake lights went out. Phoned Lynnwood Honda this morning but didnt expect availability on a Friday of a holiday weekend. Spoke with Juan (Service Dept) who assured me I could come in today and they would take care of the issue. When I arrived, the Service Department was busy; yet I was not kept waiting. Both the employee I spoke with upon arrival and the person in Parts who assisted me were welcoming and very efficient (unfortunatley, I failed to get their names.) The employee who replaced the damaged light, Kai, also made me feel like a valued customer. Each and EVERY associate at this dealership treated me with kindness and respect. I noticed that they were very attentive and considerate of ALL customers despite being so busy. And the whole process from obtaining the part to getting it installed took about 10 minutes. After this experience, Im scheduling the next check-up at Lynnwood Honda!

Very good experience here at Lynwood Honda. I’m a new Seattle resident, and also a fresh graduate so car buying is pretty new to me. I’ll definitely say that I did a lot more research than the average person before going into the dealership but Christie Chang and her manager were incredibly helpful with all the leftover questions I had and very good about negotiating a fair price when it comes to what’s in the market. The manager said he understands buyers can just see everything online so he always wants to make sure in-dealership shoppers get the same deals/fair values. Purchased our brand new CR-V here a few weeks ago. Bobby was great to work with and did not once pressure us into buying. After driving my 2010 Honda CR-V for 206,000 miles, I decided it was time to buy a new one.I drove 60 miles, past 2 other Honda dealerships, where I had previously had unpleasant dealings, to Lynnwood Honda, where I was lucky to work with Mark Baker, having the best experience I ever have, when buying a car. He was patient and spent a lot of time explaining all of my options, without any pressure, whatsoever. When I asked about a less-expensive model, I was pleasantly surprised that he didn’t try to dissuade me in the least – he explained the differences in a matter-of-fact way, and let me make my own decision.After I made my choice, he spent a lot of time with me, showing me how everything works on the car and where to get my future questions, answered. I never felt like he was in a hurry to move on to another customer.For a single woman, going alone, the thought of buying a car has been overwhelming.
