I tried this service for the first time. I just did a regular oil change on Jul 23, 2020. They forgot to screw two bolts. I came back to the service after I realized something was scraping asphalt on a highway. On a positive side Lynwood Honda fixed it for free. On a negative side - not only they werent able to do a simple oil change, they did not even apologize for their mistake.

Professional and friendly staff, prices that match or beat the cheap chains like jiffy lube or Firestone, and they dont try to talk you into fixing things that dont need it. I live that they give every customer a text when they bring their car in and send updates when the car is ready, and the complimentary car washes! Theyre also very speedy compared to large chain auto shops.

This is the place I bought my new 2003 Civic.Sales were nice then (have not needed a car since).Service is more than capable (not perfect) but generally make a situation right if something is not.I have brought my Civic to this location for all services since I bought it and my used Element since 2003 and will continue to as long as they maintain this level of excellence.
