I shop at this store every single week and typically it is a fine experience. I do appreciate they always have a lot of lanes open when you are ready to check out. Yesterday, I did my grocery shopping and went to check out. As I was pushing my basket up to let them know I had drinks the checker looks over to see if I had any (like I was trying to hide it or something). She did not greet me or say anything just stormed around to scan my drinks. Maam maybe give me the opportunity to speak first. Once my drinks are scanned she comes back and hands me the divider and says something looking behind me that I couldnt hear. Ill admit I hadnt had my coffee yet and I was so confused about why she was handing me this. I guess I didnt react fast enough so she then raised her voice and started yelling at me. Luckily, the nice man in line behind me saw what was going on and grabbed the divider so this lady would calm down. She proceeded to check me out stopping every few items to glare at me. She also slammed everything down after she scanned it. About half way through I asked her to stop slamming my groceries down and she began arguing she wasnt. I then told her I am watching her do it and she continued to, even knocking these over for the sacker to have to grab for. It was seriously the WORST experience I have EVER had at a grocery store. I decided to call the GM the next day after thinking about it because she not only embarassed me and treated me poorly, the poor guy sacking my groceries (who was fantastic) look so uncomfortable and miserable to work with this woman. I spoke with the Manager of this store and he continually cut me off and rushed to get me off the phone as fast as possible. I will not be coming back to Crest and will take my weekly grocery shopping else where.

I found a dryer sheet in a one gallon jug of water I bought here. My wife couldnt taste and drinked a large portion of it. I verified the pattern on the dryer sheet to rule out it came from my house. I called Crest and gave them my receipt number, register, and time I was there. They never called me back. Its been weeks. I called the Edmond Police Department and filed an informal complaint. We also called Poison Control the moment we noticed. I saved the jug of water and hope to have a DNA test done to determine what staff member did this to our family. Please check your products you buy here for chemical contamination. If you have had this happen to you please contact me or the Edmond Police Department. Crest never contacted me back and show no concern that their staff poisoned a customers water. Please dont support this establishment any more!

Very impressive grocery store. I really liked the extra wide aisles that made it very easy to shop and navigate around other shoppers. There are many products to choose from and a great variety of options. The store is very clean and well maintained. They keep the floors spotless and waxed. We will be back.

They have great prices and the produce is usually very good. Their sales can’t be beat and when they put out the discount baskets you get great deals especially if you are willing to dig through the basket.The cheese area has a great selection and the ladies that work there are great. The deli counter is great as well.They also have a magazine, card, and floral section.The downside to this place is half of the workers there could give a rip about the customer but the other half are as good as it gets. Can’t explain it. Because of their buying patterns it is not unusual that products are no longer available there when they sellout.

Was well greeted at door with a clean cart and nice greeting. I usually get (sex on the beach) alcoholic beverage but as usual was out. Ask for help but they said they were out. He could have switched us to a different one. I told him I came a long ways.

Crest in Edmond, OK .I’ve been shopping here for several years, passing other grocery stores on the way.The store is well lite, wide aisles, and is clean.Many times I go and employees are cleaning the shelves and more.Most employees are helpful and kind.They even as if you want help out with your groceries.I highly recommend Crest grocery store

Crest is a great store that offers low prices in exchange for no advertising. They have a nice, clean store with very friendly personal greeters, fresh produce, great selection of all types of brands. Even has a pharmacy with drive through service...cant best it! Only issue is the parking lot is huge and they tend to always be busy, but always plenty of cashiers.

I think it is really sad the way the economy is that you’re charging an extra fee to slice of meat to make jerky. And over that one thing I hardly ever go to the store anymore and I promise you’re losing more money than you are by hiking the price up.

My wife and I love to shop here. It is extremely clean and organized. Crest has the best deals!!!

Everything was okay, until I went to get some milk at 1am and one guy was vacuuming and told me to wait 15min just to grab a milk, and was very rude!! All other staff was very friendly!

Crest, I love that I can shop mask and hassle free in the Edmond store!! However, Id like to request that you OPEN BOTH DOORS again so you can enter/exit and pick up carts at both doors. Consolidate the covid section or whatever you need to do, but it is frustrating to be herded through the far door when I only need a few things on the other side of the store. Ive emailed corporate with this request too; no response to date. Thanks much!

I was a loyal customer of Crest for 10 years feeding a family of 6 until today as I refuse to shop non local. I was accosted at the door by an employee for my receipt after not responding to him telling me have a good day. He followed me to check my 3 little bags that he and the self check out clerk watched me checkout while I was having a conversation with M . Tobin was unprofessional and harassed me and made me look like a criminal for not responding to him. THIS SHOULD BE CRIMINAL. If he even is a security guard he did not present himself as one or have a respective uniform.

I had a chance to be helped by Michael the new nighttime manager of the meat department. Just from my few moments at Crest foods, I can tell he is a hardworker that cares for the meat department. I have been shopping at this particular store for years now and I never been more satisfied with service until now. I’m not sure who is over that store, but that young man damn sure needs a raise.

Ive shopped here for years & I want Crest to improve because I love the store.Please open up self check out for after hours or have at least one lane open. Walmart did the same. Even before covid. It took Crest decades to even let customers use ebta cards in self check-out & to not force specific customers to use the standard lines at all hours. Please innovate, its incredibly frustrating that the store is always behind other grocery chains in certain areas. Not everyone wants products entering their home included in the cycle of both customers & employees. Touching money & other objects both have touched during & before coming to the store. Especially during a pandemic. I cant recall the amount of times Ive watched grown men use the bathroom 1&2 without washing their hands. Then proceed to go grocery shopping in produce. Fix this!

I had been using crest for about 10 yrs now and it has always been pleasure to shop there. Hands down prices are great; products are of great quality; open 24/7 - 365.25 days. I cant say for exactly how long but its been few yrs I have realized the customer service has been top class. Particularly, today I asked these guys carried Pedialyte from phone and within 2 mins they gave me what flavors and which aisle theyre in as well. Then i went to check out and the cashier and baggage helper were very pleasant.Whenever I put out any review, next time it gets zinxed and my review goes out of hand but what the heck, these guys need 5 stars. Here they go! *****

I just started shopping here because they dont require masks. I wont shop in a store that mandates the use of masks. Ive done enough research to understand the fallacy that masks will protect you. Thank you Crest Foods for letting each person make that decision for themselves! The selection of foods is amazing as well as the awesome produce section. I also love how wide the aisles are. Wonderful store.

They need to check on their produce, things are sometimes left out for days even if slimy or moldy.I like the cheese department on the front area, lots of variety

This store is super clean, well lit with wide aisles, good variety and prices, great deli, bakery and produce sections, open 24/7, even on holidays, and has great staffing levels even in the very early AM hours. It’s my favorite supermarket, hands down.

I love shopping at Crest, they are right around the corner, carry a many variaties of the same product, are clean and well organized. They donate to the community, including veterans organizations. The staff is usually very friendly and helpful. The owners love America and the freedoms for which the flag represents. They are a good midsize company that truly does care about the Oklahoma community.

I am 70 yrs young and have been shopping at Crest for years, I asked the bagger to please bag it lite, not so much heavy stuff in 1 bag. I was toldthat they would have to charge me an extra 2 cents per bag then, I almost walked out of the store but thought I would bring this to the managers attention. They repeated the same BS. I guess they need to put a bag tip jar at each register. Back to WM

The circumstances during covid-19 are not easy to navigate but crest seems to have done their best during this time. Every employee was wearing a mask and gloves, shields at the register, sanitation of stations etc. I feel safe shopping here. Great job at taking precautions and keeping prices low! Keep up the good work!

I shop here every week for just about everything...meds and clothes are only things I dont get. This is a wonderful store, I couldnt really a ford much if I didnt shop here, always clean, staff so helpful, great prices and offers and great quality. Through this corona Virus they have taken every possible action to make it safe for customers and staff.......Best shopping experience always

Typically I have appreciated this store, but was unhappy last night when I walked from my car to the store and had to walk through a huge cloud of cigarette smoke because of the employees sitting less than 20 feet from the store smoking. There were signs clearly stating Crest to be a non smoking property. Customers should not have to breathe cigarette smoke..... especially because of smoking employees. Management.. . Please do something.

I have shopped here for over 20 years - it is my go-to grocery with the best food and best prices around. However, the last few times Ive been, it has been way too crowded for social distancing, families with children - all unmasked - in the store. The last time I visited, I would estimate over 50% of the customers were not wearing masks. I wont be back during the pandemic unless this store mandates its customers wear masks. Wal-Mart - here I come.

I waited 10 minutes to be acknowledged by the people who were supposed to be helping me. Then when I asked for the employee to slice some ham he acted very put out. Other customers approached and left because they also went unacknowledged. I watched the 2 employees behind the counter talk and eventually settled for less meat so I could leave quicker. If I was a manager I would want to know.

I will never shop at Crest again. Today they actually called the Police and demanded the removal of People showing non-partisan pride in America. Crest is against people supporting American Veterans or Law Enforcement. In the past, I could only shop there late at night and complained several times that the stockers were playing extremely vulgar music very loudly. I was told by management that it would be taken care of but the same thing was going on every time I shopped there. It seems to me it is ok to play vile, vulgar music in the store, but is not ok to be patriotic! I wish I could leave a zero!

Meat department was extremely rude and unwilling to help we get a steak cut. Completely opposite of the Crest off of 104th and May. I wont be going back to this crest again!

I was in the store earlier today, May 28, 2020. I was at the checkout counter holding my three items and social distancing, wearing a mask as requested by the governor, when a store customer came up behind me, placing items on the conveyor belt. She was not social distancing and was within 2 feet of where I was standing. I told her to move back to the designated spot where she was supposed to remain. She argued with me and moved back a bit. She continued to verbally attack me and I tried to dismiss her elementary vocabulary. She continued to verbally attack me until l verbally attacked her back and left the store. All of this was submitted to ask CREST to have someone at the checkout counters to monitor the social distancing rule!!! This can be easily accomplished to prevent another outburst between customers. It is going to happen again soon. We must do all we can to prevent the transmission of this deadly virus.

I want to thank Holly at the self checkout for covering my $2.00 shortage on my total. I drove from Luther to another store that was closed for the night and Crest was the only store open with dog food. Holly was generous to help me out and I really appreciate that kindness. Crest is apparently only interested in freedom and protecting its sales numbers. It is certainly not interested in enforcing Edmonds mandatory mask mandate.

I love Crest and usually do my shopping there, however I am becoming very uncomfortable with all of the unmasked shoppers. I dont understand why it cant be inforced until we are over this pandemic. I like to feel safe!!

It’s a pretty good place because it’s closer than Walmart and it’s open later than Walmart. But yesterday I called customer service to ask if they had sonic gift cards because all the Sonics were out, the lady on the phone said they had some but then I got there and they didn’t have any. I asked for help and one the workers tried to help but he couldn’t find any either. So the trip was a waste.

I live right across the street. I usually prefer Crest over Walmart. I can get in and out pretty quickly. They seem to always have plenty of cashiers. They are the cheapest place I found for the pod coffees. The gentleman that greets people at the door is so friendly. Great place to shop.

I was REALLY impressed by their meat selection !!Been almost a year since weve moved here, and been looking for a store closer to what we were used to. Really nice selection with a fair amount of things Ive not seen before. DEFINITELY going to be shopping here allot more often.

Crest is always know for their incredible selection, high quality produce and clean environment. This location sets the bar for them all! I’ll drive the 15mins just to utilize this location and it never disappoints.

We always have the best experience here! At the busy times they will open most or all of the checkout lanes. When I go by myself with my two littles often someone will come over and help me unload my cart onto the belt. They always offer everyone help out to their car. Well stocked aisles and lots of variety.

I shop here exclusively for all of my grocery needs be ause they dont bother anybody about masks. It is spaced enough than youre plenty far from everybody else, if youre worried about that kind of thing.Downside: watch out for the baggers. Theyre stingy with the bags and you end up with crushed loaves of bread and find yourself making multiple trips from the car to the house because you dont have enough bag handles to grab. Even as a retired juggler I have trouble getting everything inside from the car, in either a hot environment, thunderstorms, or cold and windy environment. They may have some excuse about saving the environment, but I would simply like to minimize my exposure to the environment while carrying groceries. It is the only thing keeping them from being a 5 star store.

Crest is a good place to shop if you are looking for just general groceries. It does have some specialty goods, but dont count on a huge selection. The produce here is good some of the times. I have come at times when it was good and other times they just let old produce rot in the bin, it depends on the location. The staff is friendly, not particularly knowledge however.Overall Crest is a good place to shop and you can get in and out fairly fast on an average day.

Love the prices. Always well lit. Lots of selection. Cashiers are friendly. Only dislike I have ever had is how they fill the bag up to the point it is bottoming out on me.

Always a five star experience. I shop here exclusively for the prime beef, and its exponentially cheaper than all the alternatives. Best part: they all use the same distributor. Crest has reasonable prices, great customer service, and they ALWAYS have a sufficient amount of checkstands open to help expedite your shopping experience. I dont know why anyone would shop anywhere else, to be honest.

Crest is my favorite grocery store. Friendly , helpful and polite staff. Great prices and plenty of cashiers. My Edmond store is always clean and isles are passable. Cant say enough good things about Crest .

My only complaint about Crest is that they arent closer to my house. This is an amazing grocery store. The prices are low. The produce section is both high quantity and high quality. There are fresh meats, fresh sea food, hot food and open 24 hours. They are efficient and well organized. It is worth driving 2 miles past Walmart to go here.

Its difficult to find a grocery store that has good quality products, reasonable prices, and friendly staff. Crest is a good place to go whenever you get the time for grocery shopping. We usually go late in the evening when its not so busy, but there are plenty of people ready to help you and you never stand more than just a few minutes in line. Great place!

Love buying meat from Crest, great prices on Prime beef. Also been happy with their seafood and prices in general. I dont like that the dairy is on the opposite side of the store from produce and the meat market, it makes quick trips difficult.

Friendly neighborhood grocery store. They always have good prices on meat, milk, produce, fruit. They also offer sushi and a bakery thats good at making custom cakes.

Easy in and out. Prices are a bit lower than the other two stores nearby. DO NOT park in the handicap spaces along the front. I see the code enforcement officer there at least once a week $301 . . and he dont play!

Crest is by far the best grocery store around OKC. It is very family friendly. They even have parking spots for parents with children near the front of the store. As someone with 18 month old twins and a 6yr old their double seated carts allow me to safely seat my babies conveniently. They try to keep their check out lines moving fast. The greeters are always incredibly friendly and so are most the staff. Shopping with 3 kids can be challenging and they definitely make it easier.

Disrespectful. Does not support the American flag. Will not ever go to crest.

Our go-to grocery store. Affordable store. Good meat, produce and dairy. Polite staff. Stock is standard fair. Not a high-end shop, but inventory is always consistent. Weve used the bakery for cakes and they do a good job.

Crest does not support our veterans. Also Ive heard their against puppys rights.

The staff took off with my cart when I went to the bathroom for less than five minutes. When I tracked down a manager she was very put out by my problem. She said I had definitely left it there too long and this was all my fault.

Its a low overhead supermarket. Open 24 hours 365. Quality is fine. Some B grade products and fairly certain some products didnt make the cut for natl retailers. Have never had a problem with returns of any kind. Staff is customer friendly

Absolutely love the prices here! My go to place for weekly shopping. The staff are friendly and helpful, store is clean. A little disappointed with the produce from time to time. Staff are happy to help at the service counters. GREAT selection of fancy cheeses!!!

There were vegetable trays and tomatoes with very visible mold growing on them. Fresh items were ok otherwise. I rate grocery stores primarily on the quality of produce. Crest had room for improvement.

We have tried every grocery store in Edmond and Crest definitely has the best prices. The have a huge selection of everything and great fruits and veggies. Only down side is the employees are not always very friendly.

I love the cart guy. He makes me and my son feel so welcomed there. Prices are great too!

I do 95% of grocery shopping here. Only when I dont wish to drive the 3 miles or feel lazy, I go to Uptown (whole foods). Why, better selection and cost is way better at Crest than any other grocery store. Seafood selection is okay but pricey. There if s quality in their beef, pork and chicken. Uptown was supposed to reduce prices by 20% on 04/03/2019, but I went in there 1 day later and the price change could not be seen. I will continue to go to Crest.

I find their lack of support for our veterans disturbing and un-American. I can’t recommend any business with this attitude. I will never shop there again.

It was a good grocery store that provided fresh food and high-quality dairy with a reasonable price. However, I have brought four times of quickly catalyzed milk within last year. One of them even turned to yogurt after I stored it in a refrigerator for one day. And all of them were at least 2-3 weeks from the expiration dates. A similar situation has never taken to me when I brought dairy from any other stores in Edmond / OKC. Very disappointed!

Only place I love to shop and have a good time. Workers are very friendly and the atmosphere is awesome. Good thing I live close by due to the fact I hate going to walmart unless its needed for me to go.

Crest almost always a very good experience, they always open however many registers they need to to get customers through the line without a long wait. And every employee that I have asked where something was carries me right to it with a helpful friendly manner.

Please teach your baggers how to properly bag the customers groceries. I am happy to bag my own from here on after or go elsewhere b/c this isnt the first time weve noticed this issue. The bagger coughed into her hand instead of her arm & then proceeded to touch ALL of our groceries without using any sanitizer/ wipes, during flu season....as if that wasnt frustrating enough she then bagged multiple items that didnt belong together in single bags that will surely break once we try to carry them upstairs due to the weight. No double bag, bread packed with milk cartons/ eggs packed with cans, frozen meat packed with boxed items, etc. I enjoy the store, staff & prices but Id rather not use baggers if this continues to be a concern.
