They were out of everything and seems they cut back on a lot of merchandise, especially crafts and make up was hardly there. This use to be the best store in Edmond, but not anymore :(

The staff today was so helpful. I needed a larger quantity and they really came through!

I have visited this store on 25Feb2020. I have bought AA and AAA portable batteries and kids Alphabet books. This store is big. They are selling best greeting cards, Floral and plastic flowers. Staff are customer friendly. Lot of collection available here. I haven’t find the EAR MUFFS here. Ceramic, kitchen and Glass items are available for 1$ which is very good deal.

Yikes. I kind of liked this dollar tree because it seemed to have it a bit more together than the other ones. Until today. Wow. I did about 20 minutes of shopping. I had about $25 worth of stuff in my hand basket. I put it up on the belt expecting the cashier to just take everything out and scan it, same as she would if it were on the actual belt. Nope. She gives me a dirty look, grabs the entire basket and DUMPS it on the conveyor belt. It was so rude and unbelievable that even the lady in front of me still paying shook her head and was in complete shock. I grabbed my wallet, phone and keys out of the PILE of items now dropped onto the belt and told her what she did was rude and I’ll pass on getting anything. I’ve never been treated so poorly and I’m actually LAUGHING at the audacity of someone to be so completely rude and disrespectful to someone. I had candles and glass all throughout the basket that I had put in carefully for the cashier to get out. Like I can’t even fathom this. Smh.

Very clean store but the manager is very rude. She is elderly with drawn on eyebrows and my mom was putting something up and she goes to my mom and snags it out of her hand and says “Do not do that” in a tone like my mom was a child? The girl checking us out was so sweet though.

Awesome prices. Love that theyve started adding new things like the crafts section. Very budget friendly. Love this place! Also everytime I go, the inside and outside is very tidy .

All I wanted was some m&m w/peanuts, my was looking for some cards which she found.

This is a dollar tree we come to regularly. Cashiers are always nice and helpful. This time was different and it completely changed my perspective on the store. I tried to use a coupon at the store that was a manufacturers coupon. Dollar trees websites coupon policy says that I could use it so I tried. The cashier wasn’t sure what to do so she asked for the manager. He came out of the office listen to her for three seconds and walked away from her while she was speaking. He continued at the cash register and was nowhere close to formal. He tried to scan it and the barcode was too light so he told me that I couldn’t be used. I askedHim if he could type in the numbers on the barcode to see if it would work. He shut the Coupons into me and said do you see any numbers? The cashier was just as surprised as I was. He typed it in and it didn’t work and he continued to speak to us and politely. If I don’t come back to the dollar tree it’s because of this manager. The way he spoke to both the cashier and I was completely disrespectful and I’m not sure how he got the position he did with the way he behaved and communicated with both the customer and employee

Mondays the stock is low. Midweek is much better.

Its very nice to walk out with a bag full of stuff for a very low price. The people are very nice and are quick to offer help. My only complaint is they have not had some items Ive personally been looking for at this location, but I will remain loyal to this location simply because of the excellent customer service.

Convenient location off Bryant @ 2nd Street. Many items are available for Halloween and, are of course, $1 ea!! And Christmas is already being stocked. Fall and Thanksgiving items are also available to make your home and table festive.

I usually find some pretty cool things. Apparently they have revamped the snack section.. they have a pretty large selection to choose from. I had a blast.

Went in for Christmas bags or boxes. Found three boxes I liked, but couldnt find anymore like them. Ask a sales clerk if they had any more. She said she would check, so I figured I wouldnt see her again. She came back with a case of them. I was sooo excited. Great place to shop with caring sales people.

Had everything that we needed. I was disappointed that the employees were not wearing masks or practicing safe social distancing. The store was very unorganized with carts of inventory in the aisles.

Unlike some other chains with Dollar in their name, this place really is everything for a buck. I have started getting alot of our cleaning supplies, toothpaste, dog treats, etc. here. Inventory seems to be consistent with some surprise items thrown in each week. Truck full of goodies comes in every Wednesday.

Their website says they open at 8 am, but the hours on the front of their store say 9am. They need to open at 8, or fix the hours posted on Google. Extremely inconvenient for me.

I went in looking for reading glasses and found a great selection. Got several pair and can afford to loose them at just $1. Staff was friendly and the line was short.
