In general, I like this store. Great atmosphere that inspires me to purchase healthier, fresher options. All around good groceries!The purchase-by-weight, hot lunch deli section however…is overpriced for the quality of food.

Always my go-to grocery spot for something quick and full shopping hauls. Very Nice employees and to store is kept very clean.

This grocery company has created an exceptional shopping experience with their Uptown Grocery stores.The produce placement and vibrant and colorful arrangements of their stock is second to none.One can purchase from the Deli and eat Lunch and/or Dinner in a clean and spacious environment.Truly, this is my favorite grocery company.

Owned by the people who owned Food 4 Less. This is and upscale grocery store. They have high quality products and a great meat market and deli. The sushi they make there is actually really good and the bakery will get your money before you leave. The price arent much more higher than other stores. Usually be .10 to .15 cent.

Very expensive grocery store.. you can find some good deals once in awhile... but over all Id go broke shopping for all my weakly needs.. but I do like to pop on from time to time and Buy fresh Bread and Vegetables..

My niece loved your store. She fell in love. She had never imagined a store so organized and beautifully designed. I told her it was a sister company to Buy for Less and they designed it for better opportunities in a new community. She is astonished, I told her she can use this in her life too. So thank you, for giving me an opening to give a great life lesson.

While produce is about the same or better since being purchased by Pruetts foods, the overall selection is worse, and service has declined. Staff were discussing all the employees who have recently quit and not been replaced. I understand they no longer want to sell alcohol, but theres little incentive to pay more for less without it.

The floral shop at uptown has always been fantastic, I’ve used them on multiple occasions and I would highly recommend anyone who is looking for flowers or a corsage for prom or special occasions to work with them! Always a great experience!

The bakery is absolutely amazing and I love the sushi selection especially the red canyon. That is one of my favorite sushi rolls and uptown grocers actually makes it!!!! Best grocery store anywhere!!!

Upscale grocery store with more specialty items than normal chains. A bit more expensive for their products so it’s not a store I’d do my regular shopping at. I do recommend the deli and bakery for items though.

I usually shop at Crest as the location is more convenient and its a bigger store but we do shop at this Uptown Grocery on occasions and I have to say I really like the selection. The flowers tend to be a decent price and the veggies are always fresh. I also love the architecture both inside and out. Beautiful store and kind staff.

Usually clean and friendly staff. Just dont have them make you any cakes. I had two bad experiences with the bakery. The manager was responsive and helped resolve the issue the best he could.

Every time we visit this store they have an awesome selection of products, the entire store is very clean and well kept. All the aisles are organized and tidy. The butcher/deli counter in the back has amazing choices and everyone is so helpful and friendly, the cashiers are very positive and kind as well. I have nothing bad to say about this store and havent had a bad experience yet, and we have been shopping here for years.

I use to really love this place when it first opened, not for the grocery part but for the ready to eat meals. That part of the store is garbage now. We waited at the bakery for 20 minutes with several workers walking by but none of them would help us. Really disappointing. Why anyone would pay double for groceries without the convenience of getting dinner is beyond me.

But I’m sad. I discovered this store not long ago and was so impressed with the fresh, delicious food, flowers, delightful deli. I thought I was “home.” But no sooner than that, the Uptown was sold to this Pruitt family and now fruit and veg are not so fresh—eat them quick! And priced higher too. Maybe we’re just at the point where good deals vanish all for profits, everywhere. Still okay. But sad.

A little on the high side price was but they have great quality and a more upscale selection. There bakery is pretty good and the only place we found in Edmond that has cannolis.Their email specials are great and you sign up for them. Parking is a little tight so you need to be careful.

Their donuts are AMAZING. They have a ton of food you can come in and order ready-made by the pound. However, today some of it looked pretty dry. Their prices are definately higher than Crest or Walmart or sprouts. I would return for the donuts for sure. They also have a good deal on NOS but there were no purple ones.

Everyone at this store has a really bad attude , absolutely no help in finding items. I do not recommend shopping at this store. The new management does not seem to care about their customers and it is reflected in its employees

I really love this store but its a bit pricey. So I only go there for a couple things on my way home or specialty items for special occasions.

Ive been disappointed in their fresh meat lately. Ground beef turns brown the day after I buy it even though not expired. Also have to watch perishables because already expired and still on the shelf.

Probably the best overall grocery store in the area. Cost is at a premium, but they have a great selection of foods, flowers, pastry, and party supplies. Friendly staff. Catering is commendable. Quick serve meal selection is pretty large.Nice sitting area if you intend to stop for lunch or a break.Got my wife the largest eclair I have ever seen!

I only go here if i need something. Since they stopped wine and beer sales i have no reason to do my shopping here. Such a shame.

My entire family loves Uptown! It is convenient and always has fresh produce and meats. Plus, they have friendly faces!

I liked shopping here, they have a limited selection, but usually stocked well. So sorry the new owners removed beer and wine. Will most likely take my business elsewhere. Like the convenience of a full service grocery and not having to go multiple places to complete my shopping.

This was our first experience at Uptown Grocery andxwe were really loking forward to it coming from S.W. Oklahoma! The bakery, deli, meat counter and produce were excellent. What a display!! I was able to locat some hard to find items that I needed for some recipes that I was wanting to try. I would love to come back and shop, but will plan better as we were traveling home in 100 degree weather without a freezer bag.

New owners have taken over. There are a lot of missing items in the shelves any day of the week. There are cheap brands at regular prices and specialty brands at high prices. We have trouble consistently finding our favorite coffee brand and roast in stock and this is the only place that carries it. There are specialty cheeses and interesting deli and soup items. I havent tried these since the new owners so Im unsure if the quality remains high.

They have a nice selection of Pasta salads. 😋

Was a great store but has deteriorated significantly. Vegetables turn bad very quickly, the bakery items are not near as tasty, many items are no lomget available. The staff is amazing and doing their best. The prices average 20-25% higher than any other store.

I life Uptown Grocery. It is a bit more expensive than some of the larger stores but you also get a far better experience, way more selection of hard to find items and their meat counter is great. I get the salmon there often and am always impressed with how fresh it is. The employees aren’t always super friendly but the store is always well organized and you can tell the owners take pride in their business. Also, their chocolate iced donuts are AMAZING.

Its always clean and well stocked. The employees are nice. Its a little bit pricier, but the items are higher quality or things you dont find in a typical grocery store. Id say the produce is the best in Edmond and never rotten or overpriced for what you get.

Excellent service! The staff in the market area are always so friendly. Sunny especially made what could have been an everyday quick trip for some addictive chicken salad into something a little more special. Thank you for the extra care and laughs!

If you are calling to figure out if they have a specific item in stock, be prepared to call 6 different times and then be on hold for 15 mins. Also ironically I tried to leave them feedback on their website and that does not even work!

Very clean and nice inside. It was noon and they were very busy. Very well stocked and huge selection. Only ran in for a couple things so did not spend a lot of time shopping so do not know about pricing.

Great sales this week! Corn on cob; pork baby back ribs and chicken breast(boneless/skinless) and as a bonus 2 folks, 2 tri tip to do on new smoker!!!!

It seams like all the odds and ends that no one else usually carries are always available. Like lady fingers for tiramisu. Good smoking woods for bbq that Walmart is always out of, as well as a great variety of seafood and other meats. Logistically very well managed!! Love this place

No more wine! And that isnt fine. Gourmet cheese and butter, good selection of meat, and wonderful selection of breads and desserts. They have a nice selection of flowers that are pricey. Just sad you lose the alcohol for a one stop shop for that special evening.

Good grocery store if you just need a couple items quickly. Store is pretty clean and staff are nice , but prices are a little high. However, if you want organic food items, this is your place. They have an abundance of organic items! Pretty good grocery store, will be back soon.

Since the sale of the grocery chain to Pruett ownership, prices have skyrocketed. Its really quite awful. Have already migrated to another grocery store for weekly groceries. Prices have gone up so much here that I wont even go in for quick dinner necessities while driving by. Sure its convenient, but not for my wallet. Example, Wrights bacon has gone from $9.99 to 16 bucks! Are you kidding me? No, these are not pandemic prices, they went through the entire store after they bought the place and jacked the prices across the board.

Good quality of fresh vegetables and meat.

The bread we purchased that was baked there was very hard around the ends. I asked the sales person if it was fresh and she said yes. Unfortunately we werent able to use it all for our sandwiches with the fixings we also purchased there.

Quality of store has gone down significantly under new management.Alcohol is no longer sold under the guise of we cant get our license, but is really just forcing their absurd evangelical views on shoppers.

Marvelous bakery. I could go there every day just to look at the display.

Worst customer service. Worst online website for ordering cakes. Make sure you triple check your order or they will double charge. And instead of giving you the discount they would rather blame you and throw away the cake. Principles is what the manager kept sayWill never be using them again or frequenting there store

I went in early Saturday morning scrambling to figure out what I was going to cook for my grandparents who were coming over for lunch with lots of diet restrictions, and Ike behind the deli counter was so helpful! He helped me find selections that were reasonably priced and walked me through how to have it cooked while I shopped! Ike and Charlie we’re both so kind and helpful- I am so happy to have had such an amazing experience at Uptown on Covell and can’t wait to tell my friends about how easy it was!

I love this store but was very disappointed when my husband brought home a lovely poinsettia, but after two days it started to turn dark and fall apart. I am a plant person so was very disappointed in the quality.

I love Uptown Grocery! Not only do they have a wide variety of groceries to purchase, they also have neat soaps and bath salts, real flowers and gift baskets, and even some garden patio furniture.

This used to be my favorite grocery store, but sadly the new owners have decided they want to be by nanny rather than my grocer and stop selling beer and wine. That is surely their right, just as its my right to go shop at Crest from now on. Oh well.

This is a preliminary review before we even have our event. We had a planning hazard on our hands when Noahs Event Venue cancelled all our carefully-made plans just three weeks before the big day.Uptown Grocery Co of Edmond has been helpful and gracious to us as we try to make other plans and I expect to write another glowing review after our day comes.It means a lot to be able to contact and reason with people when you have bad things happen.

I shopped at this location for the first time. yesterday. I was very upset. The bakery is a real disappointment. I experienced a stale Birthday Cake and after dealing with a couple of the associates, I decided that it would not be in my best interest to keep shopping here. I guess my expectations were to high.
