Causal visit to Walmart today to get some automotive stuff. Welcomed when I entered, found everything pretty easy, definitely some store remodeling going on, all the employees had masks and were helpful. All the checkout lanes were open for a change and checkout was super quick and easy.

It took awhile because everyone is short staffed. Trees in the pickup area would help make the wait more bearable. Otherwise my order was correct and the food looked good, and the substitutions were great.

Just as the name implies ... its super! Lots of stuff here - Pharmacy, Hair Salon, Build-A-Bear Workshop, groceries, household items, and clothing.

Horrible!! The employees that are filling on line orders are rude and hateful. Cant find anything. Horrible experience no one at self checkouts but still had trouble getting someone to come help. I will drive further and pay more at target. Dont go here for shopping. I get my nails done there love that place and the people at regal nails and that is the only reason I will go in there, I will shop elsewhere.

I dont care what anyone says Walmart has so many of the things we use everyday. My problem is I spend too much money there 😅. The supercenters have so many products and supplies. Plus they have full service automotive. Walmart usually has great prices to save you money even though I still spend to much 🙃. So anyone that thinks there too good for Walmart, there missing out on great products, prices and services.

They appear to be starting either some remodeling or changing the store around 🤦🏼‍♀️. As it was 10:30 at night I didnt have a lot of options shouldnt to go shopping but needed to get a replacement headlight for a car before driving. The employees that had just started their shift and were going to be there overnight doing the remodel stuff were all very helpful and generous with their knowledge and helped me find the correct bulb for my car.

Nice staff! Lots of products! My go-to grocery store! Items are not super overpriced! 8/10 recommend! Not a perfect grocery store but definitely a good one!

The whole store was i guess doing a reset and cleaning.......everything was taken down and whole isles were missing and everything was just everywhere. I couldnt even get the juice I went in there for because they had that whole juice isle including the metal shelves all moved and stacked up elsewhere!

Only one checkout lane staffed. Even removed a number of lanes. Expect to wait if you do anything other than self checkout.

As all WMs - has plenty of all. There were disorganized sections like kraft area... I did a bit of arrangement myself so other Customers are invited to buy by looking at a nice product display

So I needed help getting a cake topper in the bakery. I waited to talk to the girl behind the counter for 20 min and she just kept going to a different person. I then asked if she would mind helping for a quick question. She couldnt answer my question because she said she didnt know how to ring the topper up without a cake attached. She called for a manager over the intercom. Another 20 min just waiting. They kept looking at me and shrugging their shoulders. I find a manager myself and get the instructions for the cashier to ring up the $5 topper. An hour for something so simple. Being Walmart I cant say Im not surprised. They have and continue to go down hill. Everyone was nice but geeze!

Today I was amazed by the great customer service I received from Alexis at the Deli department approximately around 8:20 PM. As the deli department was closed at this time, Alexis went beyond the standards of customer service and she served my order of 2 pounds of meet in timely manner. I even had a special request from her to clean the slicing machine from previous cuts. She got on it and she performed the best of her duties to ensure I my satisfaction is met. I hope this goes viral out to her management team so they notice how awesome she is. Thanks Walmart and THANK YOU Alexis.

They have serious stalking issues. Getting anyones help in a specific area is hard. Yet they are always standing around. And forget about checking out! RICHEST company on the planet two cashiers and their check out machines suck!

Wal mart is always unloading in the middle of aisles and the employees offer no assistance. The cattle guards placed at the doors are the opposite of welcoming. I get trying to protect your overhead, but you canhire security instead of treating paying customers like livestock.

Some of the auto/ lube techs are rude. Especially the guy name bill. He walked away from me while asking a question so did on if the lube techs. They were in a rush because they wanted to go home. That was the exact words of of the lube techs mouth.

I not a Walmart fan but the always fresh food to eat and when u need help find some one is great you go to crest stores it like pulling teeth Walmart employee are so helpful they are the best they go out there way to help thanks

This walmart location has been the absolute nicest walmart Ive ever been in. So clean. The selections were so much better. And the employees were so friendly and helpful! There is even a build a bear inside! Highly recommend this location. Will be back!!

Had to make three separate trips because I kept forgetting things, but Walmart never failed me. They had the items I needed and I was able to get in and out super quick!

The little skinny guy with the glasses at the grocery door on the side of the store where the pharmacy is tonight was very rude and disrespectful to my parents and I. He shoved masks at us and we nicely declined them and he then proceeded to mumble some trash talk under his breath just loud enough for us to hear. I’m extremely tired of Walmart employees attitudes. It seems one out of every three you ever talk to even slightly cares to help you. And now that the vaccine is being forced on the employees, you won’t see me back. Save money, live better; don’t shop at Walmart.

Since I can pay with my Walmart app, is an easy going in and out of the store.

I asked 4 employees for 1 item and only 1 of the 4 actually helped me as opposed to pointing saying some where that way. Thank you 1 person for helping me find my lint roller.

The store was in pretty good shape. My problem is the self checkouts. They need to have more that take cash as well. I waited in line for 10 minutes and then found out it was card only. A little annoying.

Seems like its all alcohol an MEXICAN food.Which I do like but.

Saturday afternoon, 3 checkout lanes. We were 5-7 deep lined up with our shopping carts to check out. Even self checkout lanes were backed up. Floor managers just walking around ignoring the situation. Store warm and more people with full carts looking at the long lines they would have to wait in. Walmart sure doesn’t mind taking the money!!

There’s almost always 1 cashier during the day. It makes no sense. Not everyone wants to self checkout. If you’d make tax exempt an option at self checkout it might be better. Standing in line during a weekday for 10-15 mins is redonkulous. And the sad thing is, management doesn’t care

Having to play “checker” is getting very annoying!! I should get paid to check and bag for myself! I will stop shopping here if I am forced to do a job that they should pay someone to do. I didn’t see a discount for the extra work I did, but I know I paid more for the products!!

Worst walmart in the area!! sat in the grocery pick up for over 2 hours and still didn’t get my stuff. All 20 spots were filled and within the 2 hours i sat there not a single delivery went out. i understand being short staffed but 2 hours with nobody getting there order is ridiculous. 4 hours later my pickup time my order was finally done. i called the store over 12 times and not a single person answered. each time it rang for 10 minutes then hung up. if the staff isn’t doing deliveries or answering the phone what are they doing?

Was harassed at the door by a lady who watched me check out then proceeded to ask me for my receipt and check me up and down..Ive never stole anything but this store makes you feel like a criminal.

Reserved a time slot at 1pm to get my groceries but they weren’t ready until 4pm. Waited at pick up for an hour and a half for my groceries. After I finally getting my groceries, I got home and found out they gave me somebody else’s groceries. I tried calling the store 3 times but no one answered me. This isn’t the first time their pick up service has had issues but this is the worst it has ever been. Highly recommend just going to another Walmart and shopping for yourself.

Only problem I have is those employees who shopping for customers are always in the way of inside costumers…but over all a great store..

Everytime I come to this wallmart no matter the time or day I can never get a oil change I only have one person and he cant do oil changes is what I get Everytime maybe yall should just close the shop permanently

Walmart would be more popular if they had what Target has. Providing a few computers to look up which items one cant find would make shopping there much more pleasant. I gave the store 3stars as I finally found an employee after several minutes. She was kind enough to take me directly to the item. She gets 5 stars.

Although incredibly convenient to my neighborhood, I call this the forgotten Walmart. It is run-down and when you enter the food side it smells of aged produce and sour milk. The inventory has always been lacking, then a few years ago when the remodeled to bring in the liquor, they further got rid of so many common and popularly used items. Variety is seriously lacking. Want ground sausage? Well there are 2 brands and 2 flavors. Thats it. Go to any other Walmart and youll find many options. Their open refrigeration/freezer bins are old and energy inefficient, as are their open refrigeration walls. Inconsistencies with prices marked vs prices ringing up at checkout is enfuriating. You must pay attention. GV milk marked at $3.06 per gallon rings up at $3.50 at the register. Only those paying attention notice this. This is theft. Milk is a top seller. I call an associate over to correct it and often times they give me a hard time for the price check. I started preemtively taking a phone-pic of the milk price tag, to show them at the front, and they still mumble and fight me on it. They have been aware of this particular inconsistency for well over a month now, but they never fix it. They make thousands off of unsuspecting customers who dont notice they are being overcharged. Other Walmarts 7-10 miles away are much cleaner, up to date, organized, energy efficient, and dont smell of sour milk. The only reason I keep using this one for my quick grocery runs is because it is literally less than 2mi from my neighborhood.

Clean, organized shelves, great selection, but the dressing rooms should be open...and theyre not. Other than that my visit was fine.

We had to self check out and there was still a long long line. This store has been bad for years about. Hack out. I try to avoid it except for pharmacy. They have an excellent pharmacy.

As far as Walmarts go, this is one of the nicer ones, with a wider variety of certain grocery items .

The store was clean. I went to the deli to get wingettes (wing dings) and they were way over cooked and looked uninviting. Please stop cooking them so hard!

Extremely busy! Really in these times it was to crowded! Its always this way.

No one works there. They just stand around and watch you. A guy was by the plant area. I asked if he was working. He said no, no one is working in this area. It was 6 pm after work and customers everywhere. Very few checkouts open unless you do it yourself.

Visited this place on 6Feb2020 along with my family. We have purchased vegetables, coconut and garlic. This Place is big and huge. Not able to find screen guard and iPad cover for Apple iPad 7th generation 10.2 inches piece. Purchased Samsung stylus holder. The stylus holder is good and my Samsung stylus pen fits correctly and I have arranged this on one flap of my Samsung tablet cover which looks good. Staff is good and customer friendly. I don’t have any complaints.

We go to this Walmart for a variety of things. I’ll have to say their lawn and garden is not staffed well but when you do get help it is very good!

I fail to understand why employees for such a mega a store are not equipped to assist consumers. Never have I asked for assistance and had an employee be able to help or seem to care if they helped or not you would think Walmart could do something to make this better for the buyer and it is for this reason I avoid Walmart when at all possible.

I find shelves not stock very well in grocery, clothing not organized, current pricing not marked, and now cant use cash at quick checkout. Only one lane open for cash with cashier. Can go to service desk but long line there. I dont like using card with all the hacking going on.

Last night I was supposed to receive my delivery order between 4-5pm. It is 10am the next day and I have not received my delivery. Also NOONE has notified me about what is going on. They have already took my money but no one has reached out. I would really like to talk to someone about what is going on. This is unacceptable. I understand with the weather that they may have been behind but out of courteously someone should have called to let me know what is going on. You have my groceries and my money and I have nothing and do not know what is going on. I have called last night and this morning to try to get a hold of someone and no one in the whole store will pick up the phone.

The selection is okay but the help is awful and it is poorly laid out. A lot of products are more expensive than Crest or Sprouts. If you are looking to get in and out quickly it is not ideal. This Walmart is better than others in Oklahoma City though.

It’s not even the first of October and Christmas decor is out. Needed pool closing supplies but none to be found.

Absolutely pathetic, registers froze and no one to help. Going down the toilet at a very rapid pace, ashamed that they claim to be of US origin.

It was an okay visit to Walmart the only thing that was aggravating if they had four lanes closed off however it was late and I know they got stock their stuff at night. Anyhow the lady at the checkout was really kind and helpful we went through the self-checkout but I had a problem with the machine and she helped. And my kids had a blast as you can see with the pictures

An hour wait to pick up groceries. Only 1 employee working. Called store... rang and rang.. when I did get through to a person they hung up on me. This isnt the first time either to wait this long. Bless the young ladies heart that was working bc she said there were 3 of them n the boys decided to go on lunch break together and not on their scheduled time. Nor did she have a manager there.

Subway is gone! Ive been complaining since last year about how nasty the front restroom is and just today I see they finally put hooks on the doors, but it took almost 2 weeks to get a result after I finally got to tell the store manager myself. I also have been complaining just as long about them almost never answering the phone (except for the pharmacy). Stuff isnt always priced any more either. They run out of stuff for a month sometimes but have no idea when they will get more. They wouldnt tell you if they have something in stock or the price of it on the phone but now they dont even answer the phone! I finally got to talk to the store manager about 2 weeks ago but her response to my idea of hiring a woman to clean just the womens restrooms because they get nasty quick at this store was they are going to get remodeled soon and be easier to clean then. I went to get a battery for my moms watch the time before and the lady there said they didnt have any and wouldnt be getting more. She said they are going to close the jewelry department down and doesnt know if they will carry watches any more. Mei still doesnt know how to do coupons if they dont scan but doesnt like calling a manager to help her. She left me waiting with a coupon one day and went to put receipt tape in another machine at another self checkout machine. Lately the cashiers at the self checkouts seem to leave their post and who knows where they are going or when they will be back! I have had issues with them telling me they dont take cash or food stamps there too and they keep changing what they say from day to day and which machines do what. I ride the bus a lot but even when my friend takes me I dont have time for this nonsense. Walmart is generally cheaper than everywhere else for food except canned vegetables and the things on sale at crest- but they expire sooner at crest. I like to go to Dollar Tree now first- and see what they have if I want something other than food. I found a lot of stuff for less at Dollar Tree, but not everything. They have $1 DVDs too but I started going to the public library after awhile to save money because I found out they get different stuff in every year I guess. I have found some good deals on clothes at Walmart, but I keep getting upset everytime I come about something. Not one Walmart employee would help me one night when I missed the last bus. I had to go ask a guy in subway to text my friend to come get me and a lot of the Walmart employees know I used to work for a Walmart in Norman. Its a toss up as to which store Im more upset with every time I go grocery shopping - Walmart or Crest Foods.

Some of the people that work there seem to busy and like to walk over the top of the customers. Be careful what you buy on the clearance ile it could be broken. Some if the people that work there will yell at you if your doing something they dont like. This walmart needs to keep in mind with out custimers they dont have jobs

Maybe they should try answering the phone once in a while. The worst Walmart I order online they never delivered my food, and imagine that they dont answer either... To refund my money is a joke because they dont answer. So I reported them to the corporate in Arkansas.

Typical walmart. Workers blocking the isles, will not move. Items on shelves in boxes so you have to lift up each can to find what you want. Cant read the labels.

Good management. Customer service is poor. If you need to know where something is they wont take you to it they just say houseware or hardware or grocery and then good luck. The only reason I gave them a good rating is because the store is much better than it was two years ago and there are some wonderful people working there. The merchandise selection has improved but still needs work. Overall I shop there wore now than I did even a year ago.

They are adding news clothing items that are hip. The remodel is frustrating but I am getting use to the changes being made.

When I arrived, there was an unorganized line of customers waiting patiently on a very grumpy, older gentleman to provide service to them. I saw him being short tempered with each customer ahead of me. I was nervous to speak to him, but I decided to be extra kind to him. I dont think he knew what to think, but he wasnt rude to me. It got me thinking that if everyone treated EVERYONE kindly, maybe there wouldnt be so many grumpy people

The pictures say it all...why is it a rollback for just a few pennies..Are they trying to fool the consumer by adding the rollback verbiage on their signage??? This is misleading and wrong in my opinion...Walmart is beginning to sour me...I think Ill be spending my hefty food budget elsewhere

This Walmart in Guthrie is great you can pull up to the automotive place and you get right in and out of the hunting and fishing sporting goods Department thats for sure theyre always great there the pharmacist even talk to me into getting my covid-19 shot that I was not going to get but Ive known this man for 7 years like I said everybodys really nice here and its the Oklahoma way thats for sure.

Its always a fun place to go to theyre always organized for the most part keeping things stop and the help is great they really care about people and well show them right where something is if they ask.

I wish to say something related to this stores (Danforth Wal Mart) Pharmacy and pharmacy staff. My most recent visit was this morning around 11:40 am 5-17-21. They are BOTH efficient and kind. If you are looking to make a change, this is the place to go. They handle my Moms prescription drugs and never get them wrong. I also went here to get BOTH of my Covid-19 shots, Moderna. Maybe Im just lucky but I barely felt the needle go in either of my two Moderna shots (ZERO pain). The girl running the computers, a young black lady on my second visit was very kind and made sure I filled out my forms correctly and got my vaccine card back. The head pharmacist Wuti has a very sharp mind and amiable personality. He didnt rush me and made sure I felt relaxed before the shot, like he was my kindly Uncle. ALL of Wutis staff, including the girls who do computer input for the virus shots are A+ people. If theres a pharmacy in Heaven, its not too different than this place.

They dont even have a lot ofcustomers and they just cant help anyone thats the slowest Walmart ever

They keep moving items around and its hard to find things. Im a senior and its hard for me to walk the entire store when I used to know exactly where something was.

I had an online grocery pickup order, received confirmation my order was ready, I get there and call to tell them I am in lane 5. Realize cars around me that pulled up after I got here were receiving their orders. Called again, and they said must have slipped their mind. 10 mins later they bring me my order. This is the third time it has taken them over 30 mins after they say the order is ready.

Never enough cashier or lanes open. Lines are long for self checkout. Store is fairly clean & stocked. Always see stickers on the floor.
