Pretty shady place. Theyd rather beat around the bush with excuses instead of just being honest. Cant really trust how they do business and they certainly dont uphold a professional demeanor. Overall displeased and not interested in reconciliation.

Be careful buying from them. I bought an 04 Duramax, and later that week discovered it needed head gaskets. Since I brought my own financing and it was considered a cash sale the only thing they offered was to give me parts at cost. What a joke head.gaskets on a Duramax is a $6000plus job. Disappointing

I bought a new vehicle. It needed cleaned. I didnt really have the money, and I should have just did it myself. But I really just wanted that fresh new car feeling/smell... they made the deal seem really good. Like they would shampoo everything, get my vents cleaned out... Clean it really good inside and out.Also I had asked how long it would take, so I could schedule my day around the detail, since I dont have another vehicle and Im a pretty busy person. They said max 2 hours. They were supposed to call when they were completed, they never did. I dropped it off at 8 am. I called at 5pm and they wouldnt answer the phone until after 6 pm. And said it would be done in 30 more minutes... what? They really messed my day up. A lot...Me being the optimist I am, thought oh well hopefully theyre just getting it super clean. At least Ill have a very fresh new car...Ugh... I push the front seat up to get my daughters carseat in the back (its a small car) and theres still a chicken nugget in the floor. And the back clearly hasnt even been swept... the doors still have mud on them. I get in the front and Im looking and theres still sticky stuff and debree in the cup holders... at this point Im wondering what they even did.It appeared to have been very quickly vacuumed. Not in the back at all. And no shampooing of the seats were clearly done. And if they wiped it downed they did it in 5 seconds.The vents definitely werent cleaned.Im very disappointed. I spent $300, wasted a full day and I could have cleaned it way better than the job they did in 20 minutes.Three. Hundred. Dollars. :(

This place is a joke. They will try to sell you bad vehicles. Stay away.

Not very customer friendly. John tried to get my mom to take a lemon of a vehicle. That has a loose radiator, front two tires are around a 2/32 tread wear left. Makes a vibration underneath while driving or turning, the front tires is also low on air, has a bent rim as well and had a strong antifreeze smell under the hood. Top that off John is being rude to my mom and tried to push her into having this vehicle. I used to work at Firestone I know what I am talking about to. John should be fired period

Quick clean and great place

I cant believe how easy it was to purchase a car here. I think the whole process took a little over 1 hour. Tyler was great! It took all of 5 minutes to work out a deal that was very reasonable the rest was test drive and getting all the paperwork together and signed. I will definitely be referring people to Menzel Auto and I will be purchasing from them again.

Service is great, but check your car before you buy. I got a car that seemed fine when I got it, but when the sale was final, the brakes was grinding, the wheels had locking lug nuts on the wheels, but no key. I took it to the maintenance department to look at the brakes and they told me that they had to charge me just to look at them. So this is why I am taking my five star back. Advice to whoever checks the cars.......do a better job! I am not so sure now if I will tell anyone to buy from this dealer.P.S. Dont ask if there is anything you can do to help, because honestly, dont insult my intelligence, there is nothing you want to do anyway. If I am wrong, prove it.

Got a truck and have had no problems with it. Only issue I’ve had is the vehicle not having a title!! Other than that they are great and understanding people. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. I just hope we can get a title for it quick!!
