Had the best experience I’ve ever had a dealership, everyone at the service department went above and beyond to help me and my boyfriend who were on a road trip and our mini broke down half way home from Salt Lake City to Florida and were stranded. You guys were awesome, and we will be eternally grateful for everything that you guys did . Best wishes

I had the misfortune of losing the key for my 2008 mini cooper. Called Jackie Cooper Mini parts and spoke to Ed Rodriguez, he told me what paperwork was required and I got my key the next business day. Great service from Ed, thanks

We just went to Jackie Cooper for the first time with our 2006 Mini Cooper S. The visit took some time because there was only 1 technician. Brendan, our service associate, was very polite, explained the suggested repairs. There was no hard sell. The waiting area was really nice.

I had a major blowout on my way through Oklahoma. My MINI was towed here after hours. Great customer service in the service department. I couldnt remember if I had any type of tire insurance, they did all the legwork to find out if I was covered. I was here for a couple of hours, my tire was changed and I was on my way. If I lived in the area I would definitely be back. Thanks for making a very stressful situation a little less stressful 🙂

BEST CAR EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! This was the easiest and best car deal we have ever done and we’ve done a lot! Nicest, most professional team ever! Carly Nichols was such a sugar and so easy to work with and the fastest easiest transaction we have ever done! The finance team were amazing, quick and less than a 10 minute deal. Thank you Toni Thomas! The GM - Richard Vairo is the nicest, most professional and friendly GM we have ever met or worked with. He went above and beyond and truly made this experience even better! We will definitely be back for our next car need! Our car was so polished and pretty, with the nicest detailer, He was so so funny and friendly! I recently contacted Jackie Cooper in search of a Mini. I was very specific about what I was looking for, and was having trouble locating exactly what I wanted. Grant from Jackie Cooper responded to my online inquiry. He understood what I was looking for, and almost immediately found the car that I ultimately ended up purchasing.While I was shopping, COVID-19 was present, and I was very concerned about test-driving and the safety of myself and everyone at Jackie Cooper. Grant was very reassuring, and arranged for the vehicle to be cleaned and sanitized, then tucked away before I arrived for the test drive, ensuring that the car would not be contaminated. I was very impressed that they did this, and after the test drive, I bought my 4th Mini from Grant and Jackie Cooper.Grant was amazing through the process, from start to finish. He listened to my concerns, fulfilled every request that I had, and was by my side the whole way. He was very friendly and professional, and was very easy to reach. His determination to make sure that I bought the right Mini was sincere, and I truly could not have asked for a better experience, thanks to Grant. It was truly a pleasure doing business with Jackie Cooper because of Grant, and I can’t recommend him highly enough. Shout out also to Tony, Chan, and the rest of the gang who helped to make the experience simple.

Very disappointed in this place and it was out first visit. Bought a used Mini for our 16 year old recently and it needed an oil change. My husband was told it required a $500 repair because the gas cap wasnt completely tight and air got into the engine. That might be believable, but then we were told the brakes needed to be replaced at a cost of $400. Since the car is driven by our teen we want it to be the safest and most reliable car it can be so we made the repairs. The same evening I contacted the previous owner to ask about the business and relay what we had done. He said they never used Jackie Cooper Mini because of terrible service and constant dishonesty with service appointments. They actually had the brakes replaced 5 months ago so we were very disappointed to know that we were lied to. I never understand why dealers/service places up-sell. If they would be honest and do whats needed and not lie to fabricate additional repairs theyd make much more money and have repeat business as a trustworthy establishment. We will use Sals Auto Service from now on for honest service.

Wish I could give zero stars and a “Stay Away!” recommendation. Very disappointed with my interactions with Jackie Cooper MINI over the last few months.Short version - I took them my vehicle to address a clutch problem and after them having it for a few months (which was caused by me being out of town, taking care of my mother) they ended up doing no work that I asked them to do and they ended up impounding my vehicle and having it towed away on the day my mother passed. I ended up having to pay hundreds of dollars due to a crooked service department that will never touch my vehicle again. The General Manager tried to make it right by paying $150 of the tow bill but that just doesn’t cut it. After I got to my vehicle, I realized they never added fluid or even knocked the dust off the parts they said they looked at to troubleshoot the clutch.

I wish i could give 10 stars! The Jackie Cooper Mini service department is the best ive seen in my many years of owning vehicles. My wife had a battery issue with her 17 Clubman, the service dept got her in first thing, diagnosed the issue and checked for warranty on old battery. Got the problem resloved and she was back on her way within an hour. Outstanding service every time! Thanks again to Steve and the crew!

If I could submit a zero star review, I absolutely would!I purchased my new 2019 Mini Cooper from Jackie cooper. 2 months later my car is back at the dealer getting repaired by a bad install during manufacturing. My car is still out there as I type this, because the service advisor thought 2pm was too late in the afternoon to pickup the phone and call Roadside Assistance to get the car back to me! They lack customer service. They lack initiative. I can’t trust them! And if you have the option of using a different MINI dealer for Service, I would HIGHLY recommend it. I am at the mercy of a lazy dealer! I hope to get my car back someday!

Terrible doesnt start to describe the poor customer service I received from this dealership. I bought a used Mini and part of the deal was getting the grille replaced at a future date as it had some minor damage. Its been over a month and Ive tried calling multiple people up and down the organizational chain trying to get resolution but I cant ever talk to anyone past the receptionist and all my messages that are passed to the people who are responisble for helping me go unanswered.Do yourself a favor and shop someplace where they value their customers and give solid follow up.///////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////Follow up:Richard, I see youre offering the same rubber stamped alibi that you reply to all poor comments with. Guess what? I did call for you at x-3600 and could only reach your assistant Danielle...did you get the message? Guess not. If you were sincere with these online reviews, youd offer your direct line.I had called/left messages at for EJ, Stockton, Kristin, Carly and Cammy all of whom were ineffective at solving the simplest of problems. Confirming a $30 part had been received and scheduling me for the 5 minute install.Instead of offering me a contrite apology, Id rather you discuss customer service with your team at the next meeting. Might I suggest a tracker and a policy where customer queries not answered in 24 hrs are emailed to the manager with a CC to your inbox for situational awareness. Thats how you fix this issue.

Crooks. tried to charge me $1300 to replace my headlights and housings when i took it in because the footwell manual box went out under warranty and it was going to be fixed for free. i said no, my dad’s a mechanic, please just replace what’s under warranty and i’ll let him order parts and fix it up for me. left the lot and took it to o’reilly’s to run the codes to tell my dad. nothing. they unscrewed my lightbulbs.

Worst dealership Ive ever been to. The only reason for the 2 stars is because the man who was working with us personally was really kind. We spent almost 5,000 to fix everything that was wrong with our car. They had our car for about 2 weeks and when we finally got it back the car didnt even make it all the way home. It died out and wouldnt start again. When we took it back they said they had to replace the engine which was 12,000 dollars originally but because the situation was their fault we only had to spend 1,000 on it. We pick up the car again and this time it didnt even make it down the road before dying out again. I have never had this much trouble going to any other mini dealership before.
