Annette is the best! I had a bad experience with a car delivery service and was left without a vehicle. She helped me so much and walked me through the whole process and really let me just look at the inventory and see what I liked. She also followed up with me multiple times after my purchase and took really good care of me. Everyone else in the office and dealership seemed nice and helpful if needed.

To anyone interested in buying a car from Jackie Cooper heres my experience with Joe F.1. There was wonderful communicate from the start.2. I never felt pressured.3. He listened well4. The negotiation was fair and I was happy.I went on a whim and later that evening I home in my new truck.Bonus: They have and indoor showroom. So because it was raining in was able to look over the truck out of the rain and cold weather with all the light you can ask for.

We drove 5 hours to Jackie Cooper BMW. We were treated very well and the indoor showroom was nice!! Our salesman Travis Snyder, sent us a video of the vehicle we were interested. He responded to all our questions promptly. The response was so great, we decided to drive and see the vehicle. We contacted Travis once we arrived, and from there he showed us the vehicle we were interested as well as other vehicles. The customer service he showed was very well received. We actually purchased the vehicle!!! We are very pleased.

I bought a BMW 3 series from here and the buying experience was the best I’ve had at a car dealership. Gary Greeson is an amazing salesman. He was not pushy in the least, even encouraging me to explore other makes and models to make sure the BMW 3 series was the vehicle for me. Gary worked hard to get me top dollar for my trade-in, as well as every possible incentive I qualified for to get me the best price for the new car. He took his time explaining all of the cars features (and there are A LOT). In the four days since purchasing my car, Gary has reached out both by phone as well as email to thank me for my business and remind me that he is available for any questions I may have.

Everything went as smoothly as possible, Grant took good care of me, made an online trade in offer and a firm sales price all without having to go in. Once all was agreed upon, went in and took care of the paper work all without any back and forth about changing sales price or trade amount, really appreciated that. Finance is Finance, always a little more time consuming than you would like. All in all they took good care of me and I will definitely give them a shot again on any future purchase. Matt

I have a text message telling me the average interest rate on auto purchases for the dealership is 8%... If they quote you 8% or around that RUN your getting ripped off.. Ive asked 6x ( by text) what my interest was, I was told my interest rate would be better than there average 8% and someone would call me.. I received another text asking me to place my deposit on the car (20k) once again asked what my rate would be NO ANSWER but 2min later I received an email to put my 20k deposit down... I texted again asking my rate but still no response..Salesman kept telling they will call...I tried calling the dealership 3x unable to get anyoneTHEY SOLD THE CAR ON ME-- WHY WOULD I GO TO ALL THE TROUBLE APPLING FOR THE LOAN AND NOT BUY IT....selling my car because Im buying out of state and dont wanna worry about my trade in. Now I have no car and no car to buy.Ive asked for the GM to call or a manager, still no response was told they are busy.WHEN PURCHASING A 100K Car this should never happen. Don’t trust this dealership. They’ll say whatever to sell their vehicles. I bought 2017 X3 from them in Feb2018, it was a loaner vehicle and had around 4500miles on it. They sold it to me as a new car and told me that the warranty of 4 years and 50k miles will start from the date of purchase since I’ll be the first owner of the car. Just recently when I went for repairs in a different service location, I was told that my car’s warranty is expired in July. It only has 45k miles and it hasn’t been 4 years since I purchased it. Now when I called the dealership, they’re telling me that the warranty starts when the vehicle is put under service and not when it is first sold. That’s not what they told me while selling the vehicle, I asked this question multiple times while buying it. It is a totally frustrating experience.

We took our 2012 Mini to be serviced and checked out only to be presented with an estimate approaching $3K. As an old, knowledgeable hot-rodder, issues (printed in bold red type labeled urgent) just didnt seem right in my opinion. After paying a healthy diagnostic fee, we took it to an independent European specialist. The same day service, at a fraction of the price, made me very happy with that decision.

The staff at Jackie Cooper BMW were great to work with. Everyone was very helpful, polite, and never hesitated to help in any way they could with buying from another state (travelled from WI). We were buying a used vehicle from them and they were VERY honest about the vehicle condition, which is paramount when buying cars in this class. They offered to replace a few fairly expensive items that most people wouldn’t even notice, and also did not ask to change the sale price. Would not hesitate to work with them again!

After shopping around, I’m going to be honest I didn’t go to Jackie Cooper with a lot of faith. I found the car I wanted online and grilled my car salesman Joe about possible fees, before I even agreed to come in. Joe went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of. I didn’t feel pressured into anything by anyone, even the finance department. My air conditioner went out a couple of days after I bought the car. Because of their free 3,000 mile 3 month warranty, it was taken care of with no hassle. I am extremely grateful for my whole experience with Jackie Cooper. Mike was a great salesman. I didn’t know what I wanted so we looked at a lot of vehicles. We were trading in 1 vehicle & getting 2 w/o having a loan. We picked 2 vehicles that we really liked. James made the process smooth, even when I wanted to trade to a different vehicle. Danielle in finance came back late to finish the deal & we left happy w 2 nearly new, very low mileage vehicles. I feel like they sold us a lemon. We have spent several thousand dollars servicing the car we purchased and had the work done at this dealership. The issue we have is when we schedule an appointment 2 weeks out and schedule a loaner then we get the call 15min from the dealership... sorry we are out of loaners.  That is ridiculous...  We take time out of our jobs and days to make sure the car is serviced... Such a waste of time.  Not to mention the issue of not having the supplies necessary to service our vehicle... You would think BMW would have most of the necessary parts to service the vehicle.  Not even our land rover has had the issues this vehicle has had.  When you schedule an appointment with BMW you should ensure that A. you have the parts, and B. you have a loaner that was requested 2 weeks prior.  Confirm confirm confirm before you have a client drive 1.5 hours and blow their day b/c you are not ready for them.  Thats poor customer service. Not likely to buy BMW again or to use this dealership to service said vehicle.

Would not recommend this dealership. Said that they could not finance a vehicle that was over 10 years old. They wanted cash. I was able to find 2 credit unions in my hometown of Wichita ks within 30 minutes that would finance. Amazingly they came up with someone that would finance the vehicle after I told them that. It took hours for the financing and I was handed my paperwork and 30 day tag and told thanks. I had to find my salesman myself to get the vehicle. I guess unless you are buying one of their BMW they dont care.

He was fair in negotiating and made sure that I was happy with both my trade-in and my purchase. He also made sure I left with a full tank of gas which I really appreciated! Brendan did an excellent job putting a deal together for my girlfriend and I. His service is unmatched, and his eagerness to please and transparency made the deal. There were a couple parts in the process in general that could have been done differently but to no fault of Brendan’s. Got a great deal on a used vehicle here, but had a few issues.If work needs to be done to the car before delivery they will drag their feet getting it done. Had to ask several times for a loaner vehicle. Car was not cleaned as promised and tank was empty at delivery.

This was actually one of the best car shopping experiences I’ve had. I was in a car accident last year in May and have been waiting to be able to replace my vehicle because of insurance hold ups. I have test driven so many cars in the last few months and I knew what I liked. I saw a car online, one that I really wanted, but it was no longer available. Adam offered another vehicle, one I hadn’t test driven before. I was skeptical, but he brought the car to me to drive, because all of my family members were at work and couldn’t drive me. This car didn’t hit all the points on my wish list, but it was even better than I hoped for! The process was smooth and pretty quick for car buying! Their finance department is great, and I never felt like I didn’t belong there. I would absolutely buy another car here.

Purchasing a new car is typically an anxiety producing experience, especially as a woman. Being the researcher that I am, in May 2021 I decided upon a 2018 BMW X2, in part for two reasons. 1) It is still under factory warranty, so if anything goes wrong, it will be covered. 2) It is also a Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) BMW, so again, if anything goes wrong, it has coverage. This has been the basic strategy I have used purchasing cars previously, along with reading multiple reviews of the pros and cons of the make, model, and year. However, this was the first time I purchased a car that needed to be put in the shop about a month after purchase, then again, and then again, all for the same reason. This has all occurred since May of 2021. All totaled, the car was in the shop for over a month. Before I get to the worst part of this experience, let me tell you what they did well, they sold me the car, they offered a single point of contact while the car was in the shop, and they communicated with BMW North America when they couldnt fix the problem with the car. They did not communicate with me very well or almost at all without my prompting for updates. Jackie Cooper left me weeks without a car to drive and when I pushed for a loaner, as they advertised, I was told I needed to buy a Japanese model car. They would go several days at a time with no news after they last told me they were changing ABC or trying XYZ. No updates. Just nothing. Mind you, I *just* bought this car in May 2021. They advertise a 90 and 3,000 mile warranty, the car was in the shop within those confines. I was told that only applies to cars major system failures and the factory warranty and CPO would trump that. Meaning they will not purchase back the car. Yesterday, I was given back the car after being told the issue isnt fixed but their hope is that after two more tanks of gas, the issue will resolve on its own. The used car sales manager, Andy Womack explained this to me last night, 9/20/2021, then promised that come this morning, I would have the receipt from the service department explaining this again along with the most recent repairs made to the car. I was also told twice that the GM would contact me, he hasnt. It is 4:23 pm. I have emailed Andy, reminding him of his promises. He hasnt responded. No one has called. It is well past morning. And I have a car that is not fixed and Jackie Cooper is refusing to stand behind the product they sold me.

We showed up at 6:45pm in the evening, just to look at the new Mini Cooper Convertible, Karli met us out side and was amazing, she let us take it on a test drive, we feel in love with the car and least to say we were driving it home at 9:30pm! Staff stayed late to make it happen and then came back next day and car was detailed and I was schooled on all aspects of the car!! Best experience on purchasing a new car!

Over all I got a good deal on the car I bought but there was a few things I was not happy how they went down; (1) I specifically asked the finance person to not shotgun blast my credit to see who wanted to do the financing and after being told they will not do that, I started getting pop-up alerts on my cell phone from the 10 inquiries from different banks which I specifically asked them not to do. (2) I received my title paperwork with the wrong name on the paperwork which required me to contact the dealership to inform them of their mistake. (3) If you have to call the dealership for anything you either have to call multiple times to reach someone in the department you need or you leave a voicemail and no return call back happens.

Had two blowouts in their loaners which I paid for the tow truck to tow it twice out of my pocket. I paid for a tire, balance and tow truck on first blowout. The second blowout I paid for just a tow truck and refused to put hundreds more into a loaner. Cooper took care of just the tire the second time but no reimbursement for the two tows and one run flat tire and balance on a 2019 5 series. Instead they got a nail in my tire on the service drive or shop and refused to replace it. They tried to up sale me $2200 worth of preventive maintenance one being tires. Turn signal bulb all of sudden went out and they charged $85 to replace a bulb. They put the bulb in and it lasted less than a hour until the turn signal malfunction light came back on. They didnt fix anything but charged me for it and I never authorized it. Im a man I can change a $5 bulb without the $80hr labor charge. All this is just too sketchy and shady.I bought the car there and it was fine until they worked on it. After I picked it up because it was finished the passenger door wouldnt auto lock and my horn doesnt work. All these thing were fine before the technician Nathan misdiagnosed the problem and possibly caused future problems.

I took my car in for an airbag recall and, while they washed my car after the service was completed, they left dirty fingerprints on the felt of the pillar above the passenger side airbag and on the dashboard as well. The dirt on the dashboard is easy to wipe off but the felt, not so much. The person who did the repairs didnt bother to clean up after themselves.The paperwork I received also suggested services that I know for certain I do not need. Overall, not a happy customer.

My experience at Jackie Cooper BMW was phenomenal! It had an inauspicious start as my 2009 750il was towed in when electronics failed driving down the road. I had known for quite some time that every day we were able to continue driving that car was a luxury and soon we would have to pay the piper. This happened on Saturday afternoon of Memorial Day weekend. We were headed out of town when we had to stop our excursion to have the car towed to the local (happened to be Jackie Cooper BMW in Edmond) dealership. Albeit late on a Saturday afternoon of a holiday weekend, my first call to the service department resulted in me speaking with Curtis Schreiner. What a kind and compassionate man I had reached when the day had turned bad for my family. I had NO intention to buy another BMW especially considering I now live in a small town with no one to service a BMW and live 1 hour away from Edmond. I told Curtis that and he said it was his goal to take care of us whether we had the car repaired or purchased a new one which I reminded him I was not planning to do. Each day during the holiday weekend, Curtis checked in to see how we were doing and see if he could do anything. On Tuesday, he called yo give me the bad news of what your cost to repair our BMW would be, ended up being more than the car worth. We had built such a good bond over the previous 3 days, the news did not bother me. He said let him know if I wanted them to begin the repairs. I asked to speak to a new car salesperson (swore I was not going yo do this) ONLY because of the bond I had built with Curtis from service. I suspect it was the easiest car sale that Mark at Jackie Cooper has ever made. I appreciate the service and communication from everyone at Jackie Cooper but we are a proud owner of a 2021 BMW now simply because of the relationship established with Curtis, it is the best I have ever experienced in my lifetime of purchasing automobiles!

If you go to this dealer absolutely ask for David Naylor. I have no previous affiliation with David or even Jackie Cooper for that matter and David was as friendly and professional as you could possibly ask for. We previously were only considering getting an Infiniti and then I saw a 340i for sale at Jackie Cooper and figured why not just go see what it’s like. Very thankful we gave BMW a chance because each day since buying this car I am more and more happy I did so each day. (Had the car for a little over a week now) I cannot stress enough how awesome it was working with David beyond helpful and was going above and beyond before and after the sale. Even post sale he’s been more than happy to help with random questions about the car. Whatever David is getting paid it is not enough because he’s been a better sales person than the last five I’ve encounter combined. It’s pertinent that I mention I’ve been shopping around for a car for about a year now as I am insanely picky. Seriously give Jackie Cooper a shot.

If I had not been mislead, i could have bought the truck for 2k less the next day, according to a cargaru notice I received the next day. I understand the dealer wants to make as much as they can from each sale just like the buyer dosent want to pay more than they have to.

Terrible and dishonest service dept. Ruined my driveway from a leaking oil change then scratched my car from the tow truck that picked it up. Later denied the damage happened after even the driver wrote it on the invoice. Completely cut off communication with me and never hit back to me. Watch out for these guys. I sold the bmw and will never buy from or use them again.

It was well worth the wait. I purchased a vehicle from Carvana and realized they had sold me a lemon vehicle with it being in my possession for only 3 days. Thankfully they have a 7 day return policy and got them to extend so I can take it in for service. They Stated to have me ignore the chassis stabilization issue as they couldn’t figure out how to “reset” the system. Turns out there was also a recall that had to be taken care of as well. It was one thing after the next on issues but this place was able to handle it with care! It took 3 weeks but it was well worth the wait. Now, I don’t have any trouble with my vehicle and I’m thankful I was patient enough because I almost had Carvana take their car back…. My service man was Matt and I highly recommend he take care of you if you ever needed their service.

Was there to get my girlfriends BMW alignment adjustment and I must say the customer service was exemplary. Mike in the service department is awesome and truly knows his stuff. Yes BMWs are expensive but damn the service, at least at this location, you get what you pay for. Highly recommend.

After purchasing the vehicle, I left it behind for a week so that Cooper could repair a couple of items that I highlighted. Although the vehicle wasnt ready for my return, the dealer made amends by providing a loaner and a promise to deliver the vehicle to my house, which is four hours away.

Paperwork was done and waiting for me when I got there. Just had to finish the warranty and if I wanted the service package. Other than that I was in and out in under an hour. This was the worse experience from a dealership. The finance person started off by adding on some gap insurance that we clearly stated that we didnt need. After taking delivery from the dealership and getting home, we realize that we were overcharged. We have attempted to have the issue fixed but Jackie Cooper BMW is more concerned with gap, extended warranties and upcharging than the customer... If you choose to go to the dealership.....Please check your paperwork... We have $6K issue. I know my one complaint might not matter but I will tell everyone about the service.

I am a long term customer of Jackie Cooper BMW. I recently bought my 6th 7-series. Five from Jackie Cooper. There are several reasons I stay with Jackie Cooper.1. I like BMW 7s.2. I truly appreciate the first class service I get for my cars.3. Franklin Sherrod is my sales representative and he does a wonderful job of anticipating my desires and not wasting my time. He knows the timing with which I buy and he knows what I want. So he contacts me when everything is right. However, we have also become friends over time and I appreciate that he is in my life. I know his family and he knows mine and we have done several community projects together.4. My service rep is Matt, and he too anticipates my cars needs and is in no rush to push things on me that my car does not need. He pays attention to my warranties and does everything he can to save me money when he can.5. Bryan, the service manager is a long time friend as well.6. I talk about this because when I buy a car that costs that much, I want a connection with the people who take care of it. With Jackie Cooper, you get an A+ in that area. Whether it is Richard, the GM, or Chan the FM, or one of the geniuses or technicians, or even the guys doing the detailing. They are all committed to taking care of their customers and the cars they sale!

We title our vehicles in Montana, and we made clear what we needed and they messed it up from the get go. We have titled multiple vehicles and I have never had such a circus on my hands trying to get this done. My calls went unanswered for weeks on end, I bought in February, I’m driving with faded and expired tags and my title is stuck in Montana because the accounting department is a joke. While the staff is great and I feel sorry for them to have such a poor excuse backing them, I will never use this dealership again.
